Pros: Staff is very very friendly and helpful
Cons: very bad wifi
Pros: Very comfortable, clean and spacious rooms with a lovely balcony. Delicious breakfast, the best we've had in the Black Forest - not to be missed! Excellent facilities and two wonderful hosts - thank you Silvia & Sabine for a fabulous stay.
Pros: The rooms in the hotel were pretty big. The breakfast was great and the hotel owners were very friendly people. We had a really nice stay!
Cons: The mattresses were pretty good quality, but we had 2 small mattresses in our double bed, 1 big mattress is more comfortable when sleeping with your partner.
Pros: Friendly and helpfull owners!
Pros: Really amazing hosts. Both Sabine and Sylvia took care of us really good. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of variety.
Pros: Everything! Amazing hosts at a really lovely hotel in an amazing place! The hoch schwartzwald cards were unbelievably good.
Cons: Nothing...apart from having to go home at the end of our hols!!!
Pros: The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The breakfast spread was great. The property has plenty of boardgames and things to keep you engaged and entertained. It is an ideal place for a family vacation.
Cons: Sadly the room did not have much of a view as it was not a front facing room. Though it had a big common terrace on the back which was good.
Pros: Very warm welcome in this nice hotel in a lovely little town. This breakfast assures a great start of the day. The ski track in Menzenschwand is only 2 lifts but even for experienced skiërs a good alternative to avoid the weekend chaos at Feldberg. The Sauna at 2 minutes walk is an ideal place to complete the day.
Cons: Weak Wifi network. Make sure the validity of the Hochscharzwald card is correct.
Pros: The staff were super amazing, very organised checkin process, gave several tips with outdoor activities, restaurants, parking and everything else. My girlfriend is "gluten free", the owners even prepared a gluten free bread for her for breakfast, very good customer service.
Pros: The owners were super friendly from beginning to end. Great spa facilities at a walking distance. Great breakfast.
