10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location and the owners
Cons: Nothing!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hosts, location and room are all very, very good. The breakfast is excellent value as it offers fresh (warm) home made muffins!
Cons: The very old LCD TV available. It can't even display the current free to air high definition channels.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: all was good, nothing to dislike.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Extremely lovely service. Good location. Super comfortable bed. Great value for price. Happy to come back any time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was so comfortable, the room very cosy on cold nights and the hosts are very helpful. Nothing appeared to be too much trouble... and the muffins lived up to expectations!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast with fresh muffins, very personal service
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent, especially the homemade muffins.:) Owners were very kind and helpful. It's a cosy environment
Cons: Breakfast time should be extended. It started at 8.00 and only went up to 9.00 a.m. When you are on holidays, you try to relax more and sleep in. We shouldn't have to rush in order not to miss breakfast. Also, more towels supply please. There should be better indicating signs, brighter perhaps of the Guest house at the door, especially at night as you can't see the sign on the road. Thanks
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The personal, friendly service, the beautiful surroundings and the delicious continental breakfast.
Cons: The single beds were quite hard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and very friendly 'hosts'.
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast with the parrots was the standout as well as the warm muffins fresh out of the oven.
Cons: Unfortunately the water was hot then cold then hot while having a shower. Toilet paper was very thin and of bad quality. Too many appliances with lights shining in the room at night. Would of liked to sit in the garden as the weather was perfect but all the outdoor furniture was very dirty.

9.3 Excellent
Pros: Washer and dryer in the chalet unit. Separate toilet and bathroom. Quite well equipped kitchen
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The property is really nice and we even caught a kangaroo hopping outside our property with the amazing sunset view. The staff was really nice to as they sent an email for self check in otherwise we would not know what to do.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Bed was extra comfortable, loved the option of indoor/outdoor dining. A very peaceful Bush setting. Our unit had everything we could wish for and more. NB. We are from NZ not Australia.
Cons: Our only issue was the spa bath which wasn’t fully secured. It tipped up and threw my husband back into the bath as he was trying to step out and water leaked all over the floor. His towel was soaked as were the two bath mats. Probably our first and last desire to use a spa bath again as it gave us both a fright.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The scenery. The kitchen appliances are great to use.
Cons: The doors could not be propped and the sliding fly screen door could not be closed properly. Unfortunately the layout of the room allocated was different from the one we booked on-line. That i son the website it says queen with 2 bed rooms and a fireplace. In reality it was one bed room and an open plan second bed with NO fireplace. When queried at reception was informed that we had to specify upon booking. However the booking description clearly describe the chalet with photos.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was amazing, very clean and excellent value
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Self contained and clean!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The setting is very relaxed , natural and private. The room was luxurious , spacious, clean and new - very good value compared to other properties we stayed at in the Margaret River region.
Cons: The room didn't have a view of lake, like the advertised photo.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A very comfortable and spotlessly clean stay in the heart of Margaret River. We loved the seclusion of the property but was still very accessible to towns nearby. Would highly recommend for a couple or family.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Personal touches. Fresh chicken eggs available to purchase. Lovely and warm, extra cozy blankets and an awesome spa bath. Extra touches such as washing powder, washing up liquid, etc. Can purchase a breakfast basket for morning with loads of local produce. Very very clean and tidy.
Cons: Beds uncomfortable (a little too hard) but I guess that's a personal preference. Plastic plates would have been an extra touch to make more kid friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect size, facokitie, quiet, location
Cons: Perhaps just a surface spray so we can keep kitchen clean, as requested.

Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like at all the only suggestion we have is to put a Day bed or hammock outside so you can relax outside more as the setting is just so perfect

Pros: Much thought went into the details. We really appreciated the decent cookware, sealable containers, bikes, tea lights, matches, etc.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in the lodge and it was much bigger and nicer than we expected. I actually rechecked our bill to make sure that I did not make a mistake. I thought the place had to cost more than we were charged. The lodge is surrounded by kangaroos and has plenty of indoor and outdoor space to roam around, which made our kids happy. And you are only 10-15 minutes away from beautiful (child-friendly!) vineyards and breweries, which made me happy.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent

Cons: Nothing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Bakehouse is a warm, welcoming space set in a beautiful, quirky town with good coffee, interesting shops and close proximity to a wide range of Margaret River wineries (10 mins drive). The rooms are clean, cosy and impeccably furnished and Shannon is an amazing host, warm, friendly and always ready to pass on freshly baked treats including her famous flower pot baked breads. A little artisan market runs onsite on Sundays and there’s plenty of great cafes and stores to explore in town. Dinner we did out at Margaret River because restaurants were open there in the night, but it is only a 10min drive away from the Bakehouse.

Pros: Quiet, private.perfect location among many attractions. The distillery was awesome. Great stay overall. We will definitely come back or recommend the grove to our friends
Cons: The water quality. No sign weather the water was drinkable. There wasn't any dust pan or broom to clean any spills if they happen.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The heating was good in the house beautiful house plenty of room and good Foxtel for the nights you wanna stay in.
Cons: Better lighting out side the house and in. Comfier beds. All lights working and all fan switches working. Dish washer on button faulty hot water system was off on arrival and had to figure out why we had no hot water. Shower leaks onto floor and tower heating switch was broke
9.5 Excellent
Cons: COULD HAVE HAD CLEAR BLINDS AROUND THE SPA. DOES GET WINDY
8.8 Excellent
Pros: We loved the outdoor spa. Wonderful at night looking at the stars
Cons: Pillows weren't the best
6.3 Good
Pros: Great location. Walking distance to a few wineries which is unusual. Large house. The distillery itself was great with an easy stroll home.
Cons: Lacked attention to detail. Light above the jacuzzi didn't work, no plug in the house for the bath (had to ask in the distillery on the 2nd day). Could have been cleaner - my son crawled the length of the main living area once while pushing his car and the knees of his pants got dirty.
10.0 Excellent

9.3 Excellent
Pros: The lodge is wonderful, and the entire venue is bouncing back under new management. In spite of some start-up challenges, the entire lodge feels like home and the staff makes you feel exceptionally welcome. Value for money is excellent, and I would say you'd better take advantage of it while you still can.
Cons: nothing
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Being surrounded by magnificent trees and all the bird life. The quietness away from the noisy city is so restful too. Safe undercover parking for the car was excellent.
Cons: The shower was a little strange.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is perfect, being away from the town centre and on a large property. It was so peaceful and serene sitting on the balcony overlooking the landscape. The staff were accommodating and kind. The large outdoor chess board is super fun. The walking trail to Gracetown, starting on the property, provides ocean views and fresh air. We would highly recommend.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Andrew was an amazing host and very helpful. The balcony had awesome views and the bed was so incredibly comfy!!!! We didn’t want to leave!!

10.0 Excellent

Cons: Would be good if they offered wifi
9.5 Excellent
Pros: An absolutely beautiful setting among the Karri Trees, this place gave such a therapeutic connection with nature. We loved going for morning walks around the property to see the trees, birds and kangaroos. Hosts were very nice and helpful. We would happily visit again!
Cons: There was a small leak from the bathroom tap and a small amount of mould in the shower. New hosts have just taken the property over and they are working to fix up all these minor issues.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The setting was amazing
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Andrew, the owner is superbly friendly. and welcome us warmly. very nice for a quiet relaxing and peaceful lovely lodge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, staff were amazing! Everything was great!!!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location, location, location! Stunning forest surroundings, spacious property. Manageable walk to/from Gracetown beach along bush tracks. Super-friendly host. Excellent pizzas on Saturday night.
Cons: The facilities in the room didn't match those advertised (no microwave and kitchenette on arrival) but the host was quick to make amends, albeit some were makeshift. The room was a little too spacious - a couch and side table would have provided a more homely feel and given a place to relax upon aside from the bed. However, that said, the new host is working flat-out to lift the property back to its former standard - and has done a mighty job given the short time he has been in the saddle.
