Good location, but their name suggests that it's in La Condesa - which it's not - it's about 15 mins from La Condesa
There were some inconvenients, my room was already booked so I had to change, the room smelled stange and the bed was unconfortable.
staff is excellent, rooms are nice, clean and big (mastersuite), wifi very fast, breakfast ok. definitly go there again. if you stay longer and don't want small hotel room go for Casa de la Condesa, appartment type room. They have also their own taxi contract which is very reasonably priced (160 $MXN to airport, abt 8 EUR). Hotel is located on nice square with fountains and gelateria/coffeeshop
pretty neighborhood, pleasant room; loved having a balcony.
Very nice room, but the door was almost impossible to unlock and we were giving another room. This one had cracks and holes in the bathroom ceilings. No big thing, but it should be fixed.
The location, the staff, the ambiance and charm, all as usual. It's a great place in a great area.
The beds are, unfortunately, like so many hotel beds, way too hard. And still no pony. ;)
The hotel maintains its usual cozy homey feeling. The new restaurant's expanded hours and menu are a very nice addition as well. All in all a great bargain for a comfortable room in a safe, quiet part of Mexico City that's close to everything.
Unfortunately, despite my entreaties, the hotel remains pony-free. Which isn't very nice, because a pony always makes things better. But you try to tell them that. Just try. You'll see. They'll look at you like you're crazy. :)
The neighborhood and proximity to my work.
There was no pony at the hotel. This could easily have been a deal breaker.
clean, comfortable, low cost, and the neighborhood is great.
The surrounding neighborhood
There was no pony
nice helpful people
gaudy colors, cheap renovation, very few tv channels
