Very close to the beach and pool was cozy and clean and front desk was very friendly
That their is no microwave in the room but everything more then perfect
Don't bother - false advertising!
Lobby and parking lot next door.
Other than the lobby, the rest of the place was very rundown. There was hair in the sink and the bathtub and the toilet reminded me of the girls bathroom in grade school. Couldn't see the ocean out of the windows because there was so much condensation on them. Not one single picture on the walls in our room - totally bare bones. Many boarded up, run down buildings located directly next to the Broadmoor. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone else - unless you have low expectations. Pictures on the web site are totally misleading as to what is actually there. Breakfast is a joke.
Come for the location
The bed and towels were clean. It's right on the beach! Can't beat the location! Close walk to many restaurants and a Walgreens. Ocean view is outstanding.
The Breakfast is: make your own toast, pour milk into a pre-packaged cereal bowl. The motel is old and it shows. Dirty carpet, dirty walls, rusty door hinges, etc. The Wifi was down for 2 of 3 days while we were there. You will pay about $10/day for parking.
I liked the fact that the location was right on the beach.
Need of remodel
Location, bathroom minus the tub.
Standard rooms are decent sized but pretty small. There was more closet space than the room itself. The tub in the bathroom seemed like it wasn't clean. Also, the cleaning lady opened our door a hour earlier after I told the concierge that we wanted a late checkout. Felt as though we were being kicked out. Other than that I enjoyed my stay.
