Pros (+) The bed and towels were clean. It's right on the beach! Can't beat the location! Close walk to many restaurants and a Walgreens. Ocean view is outstanding.
Cons (-) The Breakfast is: make your own toast, pour milk into a pre-packaged cereal bowl. The motel is old and it shows. Dirty carpet, dirty walls, rusty door hinges, etc. The Wifi was down for 2 of 3 days while we were there. You will pay about $10/day for parking.

Pros (+) It was right across the street from the beach and I picked it because I had some business nearby.
Cons (-) The breakfast was continential and in a dark room with no chairs or tables. The beds were very very bad. This place was built in possibly 1930's and it still looks that way with only small changes. The street has many other places not repaired and boarded up.
