Pros (+) Nothing
Pros (+) Room was clean and nicely decorated.
Cons (-) Staff seemed a little lackluster. View left something to be desired.
Cons (-) very poor serice at the desk - when someone was present. They made commitments, then didnt followup - multiple times. Restaurant staff was friendly, but very slow to respond - multiple times. Luke Knutsen was excellent, when he was working things got done. I know his name becuase he stood out as the busiest and he initiated conversations to see if everything was ok.
Pros (+) Hotel is great and the Staff is amazing!
Cons (-) Parking - $42.00 per night is too much!
