Pros (+) Grounds get cleaned every day. They do respond to issues, and the do come to fix, but it doesn't always help
Cons (-) The shower was either too hot or too cold. Try to imagine, while taking a shower, one minute it's freezing water, then it's burning. You spend the whole time in the shower maneuvering the faucet. They tried to fix, but wouldn't work. I got tired of calling them again. Cons (-) No intercoms in the room, you need to walk to the front desk every time for room service requests because they rarely answer their desk phone. They do not refill coffee packets, you will need to buy your own.
