I loved the location the hotel was beautiful and I also love the customer service it was amazing
I liked the location. I liked the layout of the one bedroom apartment.
The room wasn’t clean upon arrival. There were a bunch of loose blinds in one of the closets and under one of the sinks. The full kitchen didn’t have and dish detergent nor dish washer packets. There wasn’t a frying pan . The bathroom had a tag from previous customer stuck to the wall which further the more let me know that the room wasn’t cleaned as good as they told me it would be ex specially giving the COVID-19 is out here. There was a lot of hair on the floor and also a cigarette bud on the balcony. Everything in the kitchen was old and rusty. I was unaware that I had to valet park at $30 a day. There was food in cabinets that wasn’t mines.
the air was not working. i called several times. no one ever came to room. i was told to reset the air. but it never cooled off. also the coffee table was dirty and not wiped down.
Great views all around , So much to do and see right downstairs in the lobby . ALSO IT IS REQUIRED TO WEAR MASK UPON ARRIVAL
No room service available and housekeeping is only on Thursday and Monday’s ... we arrived Thursday and left Sunday soo .. and also the cream in my room for coffee expired 2 months prior to my arrival .
