Pros. Good Location in Miami's Brickell District.
Cons. This place SUCKS. Our reservation was cancelled without notice, and they moved us to new hotels twice. Then told us we had not paid, even though we paid in full with CC 3 months in advance. Every time we passed through the lobby there was a new customer with a major problem, receiving no help. Once I reached out to corporate, the situation began to improve, but not without MUCH arguing and hassle. The service is beyond terrible. The employees are largely completely clueless, helpless and don't communicate with you, or each other. The rooms are just barely passable. Cheap construction, cheap beds, poor sheets, and no services whatsoever. No cleaning, no gym, nada. Again, this place SUCKS. Don't stay here unless you're completely out of options. Get a VRBO or Air BnB in the same area. This is the only time I'll be visiting an Extended Stay America, ever.
