Pros (+) The hot meal upon arrival, the size and comfort of the room along with the quality of its appointments, the staff and my interactions with them and the fresh hot breakfast with numerous options.
Cons (-) View of side of parking structure and ability of passersby to look into my 3rd story room. One lamp in the room didn't work. Having to schlep things upstairs to the lobby upon check-in and back downstairs from the lobby to the valet station upon checkout.
