Pros (+) Apartment was spacious, housekeeping did decent job of cleaning even though we had to call once or twice for extra towels. Location was great, downtown/ Brickell area with a lot of restaurants and bars close by. Nice kitchen. Nice balcony. The staff was responsive when we needed them.
Cons (-) The beds were terrible, I slept in the bed a couple nights then slept on the couch the rest of the stay. Beds had no cushion just felt like sleeping on springs half the time. The couch was more comfortable. No way i could have slept the whole week on the bed without having back issues. Had to pay for parking $25/day and they tried to charge for a week even though we returned the rental car the day...

Cons (-) HIDDEN FEES AT CHECK OUT... The hotel was at a great price.. But during checkout they add all these fees nobody told you and you have to pay them... I paid like 35 dollars in fees for ONE night... If you are spending more nights, just multiply the fees.
