We had a great time at the Kimptom
The staff were helpful, responsive and genuine. The room was comfortable and clean. We caught a really great deal on Expedia.
The cost of snacks/beverages
Best hotel downtown
This hotel is the go-to for my wife and I whenever we're in Miami. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are beautiful! Very close to incredible restaurants and bars too!
Good hotel, but don't stay here during Ultra music
Hotel facilities seemed good but couldn't use many of them.
Pool overrun by near-naked chemically stimulated revelers. Incredibly noisy till small hours of morning. Phones in room didn't work.
Fantastic views, great location, comfortable beds. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Clean, nice room
Our shower, nor our phones, did not work. Fortunately, we were only staying for a single night, which made the problem not a big deal. Also, pools were not heated. They have two BEAUTIFUL pools, but no one dared to be in them at all because they were absolutely freezing. A shame, really.
Many problems. Very noisy.
The views were pretty nice. The room was comfortable, except for the constant racket of music, construction and traffic, not to mention the binging from the elevator
Super noisy. Disorganized. Staff not very helpful Somewhat snobby clientele.
Location and staff
Dirty, loudy, parking, people hosted.
Loved the location, restaurant and bars
I wish they had coffee available for longer in the am, start earlier and end later, I missed it every day, either I was leaving to early or too late
Customers are first
The staff went over and beyond to help make our stay comfortable-including an early check in and later check out to accommodate our flights. Well done! Rooms are nice size and had great views of the harbor and city lights. Would definitely come back again!
Price for parking is steep.
Rooms and pool
No good signal tv, I can not go to pool for private pool party.
Outstanding service Exceptional experience We have stayed at Epic many times, but this was the first time bringing the kids. The kids had a wonderful time. As a family we cannot wait to come back!!
each stay at Epic has been an exceptional experience, which is why it's our hotel of choice when visiting Miami.
Great Experience on almost all counts
Room quality, location, pool, gym, breakfast area, Lobby, In-Room dining experience was terrific.
Bed linens were not soft, very rough and low quality. Pillows much to big and thick, no choices for pillows. Took one hour and three calls to get extra towels.
Fun lively noisy location in downtown Miami
We were not given the room we ordered but they did try to make up for the error.
EPIC is a luxurious Downtown hotel that attracts a mix of business professionals and leisure travelers who want a trendy atmosphere away from the South Beach scene. A unique feature that the hotel offers is a goldfish bowl at the front desk, providing a pet goldfish for guests who want a companion during their stay. EPIC is located on the very tip of Downtown. The hotel is in the bustling business of the city, and at night it is near some of the best restaurants and bars in town. While a Whole Foods grocery store is a short walk away, outside of the business meeting locations, most popular destinations require a drive away from the hotel. Right on the water, the hotel is a five-minute drive to Brickell Key and Coconut Grove. Coral Gables, SoBe, and the beach are also short drives depending on traffic. The EPIC hotel isn’t near a beach, but guests find plenty of activity around the 16th-floor swimming pools. Pool service is provided at both pools and guests can rent cabanas for more privacy. Other relaxing spots are the Exhale Spa and fitness center. The 16th floor also offers an upscale seafood restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The second trendy restaurant is on the main level offering Japanese inspired food. A swanky bar with live music and seating along the water can be found at Lilt Lounge. Business facilities and meeting spaces are also available. Comfortable beds, spacious bathrooms, and furnished balconies draw guests in regardless of the corporate, bland décor. Rooms and suites begin on the 18th floor up to the 30th floor, guaranteeing an amazing view of Biscayne Bay or downtown towers. Room types vary, but all offer modern conveniences.
