Crappy depressing rooms. Generic lobby with construction. No vibe or appeal. Loud fridge in room we had to unplug which then leaked everywhere. No robes. Old faucets. Completely outdated accommodations.

Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing key attractions. Cleanliness was also highlighted positively, with many guests finding rooms and public areas well maintained. Service received mixed feedback: while some staff were described as friendly and helpful, others were noted as unhelpful or understaffed. Value for price was seen as reasonable by some, but others found certain charges, especially for parking and breakfast, to be excessive. Parking itself was a common negative point, with several guests dissatisfied with the cost and management. Overall, the hotel stands out for its location and cleanliness, though improvements in service consistency and parking policies could enhance guest satisfaction.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Booked two adjoining rooms on points. Great value for the points. The adjoining rooms were one king and one room with two full size beds, perfect for our family of 5.
I’d have a hard time justifying paying money to stay here.
Pros (+) The king size bed, room very clean, pillows clean, decent space of room and bathroom.
Cons (-) Drinks in the small refrigerator. Balcony access.
Pros (+) Great
Cons (-) Service was spectacular
Pros (+) The overall experience was great, I would stay there again. The place was spacious and clean. We didn't try the hotel breakfast but I did love the indoor supermarket.
Cons (-) elevators, age of finishes
Pros (+) The staff is very nice, and the rooms are being refreshed to make them more current. Also, it is convenient to the business I have downtown.
Cons (-) The hotel is pretty long in the tooth, and could use more than a refresh. Also, it caters to a lot of tourists who apparently like Caribbean food for dinner, and not being a tourist I find the menu very unappealing.
Pros (+) location service
Cons (-) valet only parking
Cons (-) There wasnt what didnt like
