elevators, age of finishes
The staff is very nice, and the rooms are being refreshed to make them more current. Also, it is convenient to the business I have downtown.
The hotel is pretty long in the tooth, and could use more than a refresh. Also, it caters to a lot of tourists who apparently like Caribbean food for dinner, and not being a tourist I find the menu very unappealing.
Great location in downtown Miami
valet only parking
There wasnt what didnt like
Location was great. Easy access to everything
Loved the location of hotel. Was able to walk to diffent places without having to drive. Staff was very friendly and helpul. Greeted you with a smile at all times. Room was clean and really nice view.
This was my first time visiting Miami and I didn't like the fact that the hotel doesn't offer free parking like in other places I've stayed at. Seems this is everywhere in Miami. The phone in the room didn't work and was not even connected. I tried to connect it to the wall outlet, but there was no dial tone.
Proximity to bayfront park and American Airlines Arena while costing significantly less than competitors. If you don't mind walking 6 minutes and want to save $100, this may be for you.
The feel of the hotel is a bit old. Old school card scanners on doors, carpet a bit dated, but still clean. Under an airport route, but what hotel downtown isn't? Lower floors will hear traffic.
Mold in bathroom and do not validate parking
Suit was really nice and not expensive
Rude front desk was so mad because I dis the reser
Nothing. Smells bad and the rooms are not clean as expected
Smelly lobby, rude front desk dirty rooms
Best place to stay in Miami
Loved the room service, cleanliness, everything was delivered on time. Perfect location. Absolutely amazing.
The paid parking is a bit of a pain in the neck
Ambiance was good. Staff was courteous. Breakfast was excellent.
No clear direction in the parking garage. No coffee maker in the room, only 2 pack of ground coffee, how do I make coffee without hot water and coffee maker? We booked a king size bed and there was only ONE pillow on the bed. How can I be a king with only one pillow?!
