Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to the airport and local amenities, as well as the enjoyable pool area. However, there are frequent complaints about poor service, including issues with overbooking, unhelpful or rude front desk staff, and long wait times. Cleanliness is another concern, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and worn-out linens. While some guests had positive experiences with staff and amenities, the negative feedback on service and cleanliness suggests areas for improvement.AI-Generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) Food, pool, airport shuttle.
Cons (-) Water leak from AC in our first room. We were moved to a suite, so outcome was good.
Pros (+) Staff was professional
Cons (-) A big step down from the old Sofitel at the same prices. If the Sofitel was 4 stars then the Pullman struggles to reach three. Despite some refurbishing the hotel looks tired. They overcharge for everything- $17 for parking. The service is ok and nothing worked very well...internet, television etc
Pros (+) Asked for technician who never came. They don't answer phones. Staff don't have manners.
