Cons (-) A big step down from the old Sofitel at the same prices. If the Sofitel was 4 stars then the Pullman struggles to reach three. Despite some refurbishing the hotel looks tired. They overcharge for everything- $17 for parking. The service is ok and nothing worked very well...internet, television etc
