We waited for 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle that never came. The entire 1 1/2 hours I was on hold with the hotel. They would not answer the phone. Not the kind of customer service anyone should suffer.
The price was kind of high, but the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the free airport shuttle was nice. If you are flying out, it is located conveniently close to the airport.
Pros (+) Was good and took care of any problems that might accure
Cons (-) Refrigerator in room would have been nice
Pros (+) Very friendly staff
Cons (-) Everything was fine
Pros (+) Excellent customer service
Pros (+) Receptionist very comforting
Cons (-) The room had a very musty smell, im allergic to mold so I sense when the humidity level is high sheets were damp and had a misty smell
Pros (+) Close to the airport. Comfortable bed.
Cons (-) Perfect example of "you get what you pay for". Just connecting flights and had to spend the night. Unbelievably bad free breakfast, sketchy wifi, free airport transfer runs on the hour only (which they don't tell you) even though the shuttle and the driver are there. Front desk guy was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Don't expect much and you won't be disappointed...
Pros (+) How close it was to the airport.
Cons (-) Walls were thin so it was noisy and bed we uncomfortable.
Pros (+) Free airport shuttle. Bar and Grill right next door. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Very clean. Breakfast included.
Cons (-) Small bathroom and luggage space in room very small. Lobby could be improved.
