We waited for 1 1/2 hours for the shuttle that never came. The entire 1 1/2 hours I was on hold with the hotel. They would not answer the phone. Not the kind of customer service anyone should suffer.

The price was kind of high, but the rooms were clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the free airport shuttle was nice. If you are flying out, it is located conveniently close to the airport.
