It was somewhere to sleep. Especially last min.

Cons (-) People outside loitering, it seems to be in a rougher area. It just makes it uncomfortable.

Pros (+) Absolutely nothing, will never use kayak again. As for the hotel it was filthy, the staff were dirty and half didn’t speak English.
Cons (-) Kayak said there was rooms available then booked us through a 3rd party who refused to issue a refund. After 3 hours refund we were told they would issue us a refund. The hotel was fully, lots of things were broken, there were homeless people living in the business center, most of the staff looked high or drunk and dirty. It was a scene from a movie.
