Pros: The return agents attempt to help me in resolving the credit card switch problem
Cons: Car was not cleaned before I received it. The car smelled really funny for a 2016. Hertz does not have a mechanism to replace credit card on a prepaid transaction!! Unbelievable!!

Pros: Overall i liked the car. The mileage per gallon was great, and i liked the blue tooth feature that connected to my phone.
Cons: They didnt wash the outside of the car before they gave it to me, and the trunk was a little rusted.

Bestellte Auto war nicht zu haben.
Pros: Totale Enttäuschung.
Cons: Ich habe ein Auto am Miami Airport bestellt. Als ich zum Hertz ging hatten sie keine Bestellung im Datenbank. Nach etwa 20 Minuten kam es heraus dass ich eigentlich gar nicht am Airport bestellt habe sondern in Doral... wer bitte sollte ein Auto in eine andere Stadtteil bestellen? Auf jeden Fall wenn ich es bei denen abhole kostet mir ja doppelt so viel +steuern und Versicherungen. Nachdem ich abgelehnt habe wurde mein Karte trotzdem belastet. Also finger weg!

Pick up after closing time???
Cons: I informed i was picking the car up at 6pm when i booked and neither kayak or hertz website informed me the location would be closing at 6.... i got there a little sfter 6 and could not get the car. I ended up having an additional cost of over $50 on three taxis because of thid. One from the airport to the location, then another one to my house and finally one the next morning going to the rental location to pick up the car. This is unacceptable. Kayak should inform the customers that pick up at the same time the store closes should not be allowed. Next time i will book dorectly with the rental company and bypass Kayak

Pros: I thought Avis did a nice job of recovering from the Kayak induced mishap of thinking I was renting a car picking up at Miami International Airport, but in fact my reservation was for some local market location off airport.
Cons: Didn't like that Kayak made the reservation for an off-airport location. Of course, I realize I may have made a mistake, but the interface made it too easy to make that mistake.

New rentacar center in MIA is nice ...
Cons: It was not clear to me that I was renting offsite from the Miami airport through the Avis website when I booked. So, when they had no car for me at the airport upon arrival, I had to cab it a few miles away to the local location. Even though I was later than my planned time to pick up the car, my car was not ready and was being cleaned. 4o minutes waiting...and then the car was still wet and some dirt since they didn't towel it off in those 40 minutes. Then I found out this location was daytime only and had no dropbox for dropping off car off hours. I had to drop it off at the nearby MIA airport...and was changed around $85 more for that simple change. I had been told it would be around $25 from the Avis 800#. Early morning drop off at MIA, no one attending. Once employee finally came by, but spoke no English. Miami service people, in general, are not as professional or courteous as other locations I usually use Avis or Budget at. I am a business preferred account user...but that doesn't seem to get me much...at least in Miami.
Cons: The customer service was terrible at the Miami location. My husband and I took a taxi from our cruise ship to budget and was informed that they were out of cars. We had made reservations for the car prior to our arrival. The woman at the front desk was very unprofessional and didn't even apologize for the inconvenience. If it says that cars are available than the company should ensure that they have the cars. The manager sat in his office and didn't even come to talk to us. Many customers left because of it and budget lost out on business. I have rented cars from various car rental companies and never had such terrible customer service. The employee at budget brushed us off and even took awhile to greet us when we got there. She was talking to other employees and doing everything but paying attention to her customers. She even left for 10 minutes
