Pros (+) The customer service was fantastic. The desk clerk was extremely friendly and helpful, especially when faced with frustrating challenges that come with an older hotel. Decent selection of channels. Overall, decent hotel. You get what you pay for.
Cons (-) Old and outdated. More importantly, critical things were not working, such as the lights in the fitness room (which was located in the pool room so it was too hot and humid to properly exercise without passing out anyway). The shower drain was slightly clogged, so there was an inch or 2 of standing water while showering.
