Pros (+) Switching rooms with ease. Early check in was AWESOME AND APPRECIATED. The manager handled my payment change very confidently, although it was stated upon booking. Always a smile from the staff.
Cons (-) Locating the entrance was not accommodating at all. The employee didn't look at the comments upon checking out about how I wanted to pay my bill. But was courteous.
Pros (+) The rooms are huge and the bed was comfortable. Everything looked clean, we had a great view of the fireworks for the 4th of July from our room, and the front desk was always warm, friendly, and helpful.
