Amazing breakfast. Wonder king bed. The lobby rivals all others. They did a great job working with the tremendous constraints of Covid. All guests and staffed were masked in common areas. Tissue and hand sanitizers were everywhere. Pool participants were limited along with elevator riders.
How breathtaking everything was, it made you feel like royalty. The hotel staff was so amazing and kind we had an amazing stay.
Everything! Staff, history, location, all top notch.
Parking fee should be included in stay!
Location and friendliness
The Butler service was great. The Covid protections were very good with tissues in the elevator and free masks at the entrance. One of the few places in Milwaukee taking the pandemic seriously.
Nestled in downtown Milwaukee, The Pfister is an award-winning 4-star Victorian hotel that offers luxurious accommodation for visitors. The rooms reflect an elegant mix of contemporary luxury and old world charm. All the rooms feature flat-screen TVs, iPod-compatible radios, free Wi-Fi and laptop-sized safes. Upgraded suites offer added luxurious touches, including sitting areas, wet bars, and separate bathrooms. They may also offer pullout sofas and panoramic views of the lake.
In addition to in-room service, dining options at The Pfister include a classic dining room that serves weekend brunch or The Mason Street Grill, an upscale steakhouse that serves sandwiches, wood-grilled steaks, and savory American cuisine. Guests can enjoy a drink or cocktails at Blu, a martini bar tucked on the 23rd floor and set against a scenic city view.
The Pfister has a luxurious spa and salon that offers over a dozen treatment options, including a hydrotherapy bath and Turkish bath. The hotel also boasts one of the largest collections of Victorian art in the world. Other amenities include a fitness center where guests can work out as well as an indoor pool.
Launched at the end of the nineteenth century, The Pfister is located close to several major attractions. It's conveniently situated within a 10-minute walk from the popular Milwaukee Art Museum.
