Nice clean hotel

Situation of the hotel in town, great staff, fair food.

The habit of the waiter adding automatically tip to your restaurant bill which is not usual in Hungary.

Pleasant staff and comfortable room. Secure car park. Good breakfast. Hotel is on one of the main roads into town and reasonably close to the railway station

good location outside centre of city, large rooms, friendy people

no air condition, when you open the window lots of insects come inside and there is terrible nois of the streets whole night

Rude waiter. Smoking smell everywhere, including room for non smokers.

The room we stayed in (a triple one) was quite big and well equiped; it included even a small kitchenette. The location is perfect: quite close to Tapolca swimming pools, but very quiet.

The staff is very slow. We had to wait almost half an hour for check-in and over one hour in the hotel restaurant (eventually the food was good though). It smelled chlorin in the hotel corridors during our stay.

A pretty location, outside town but convenient for visiting. About 30 mins from cave baths.

Area was excellent, hotel comfrotable. sauna and plunge pool good.

it was off season so no bar/ restaurant, breakfast was poor - no boiling water for tea. towels only changes 1 day in 3. gym very poor.

Rooms are nice, cleaned Wi Fi. free parking, good heating. Perfect for 1-2 nights stops. 100% i will come back to that hotel im going in tranzit and is the best place to stay for night. breakfast was more than OK.

Big, recently renewed room. Hotel located close to warm-baths in Mickolc (special offer for entrance tickets available in the hotel)

Bad smell in the lobby. Poor breakfast.

I was there just in passage for one night, but I must say that the hotel was very well furnished, clean and nice. The wi-fi was working well the place is all green.

Maybe a larger menu for the restaurant.

It was well situated for the cave baths. The hotel itself has obviously been recently refurbished and the rooms are in good condition.

The breakfast room had no clean tables and the staff were standing around talking to each other and made no attempt to clean a table for us until we asked them, and when they did clear a table for us they had a very sour face. Unpleasant and uncalled for as this is part of the service they offer.

The location is good for visiting the bathes.

The restaurant is awful.

Good location, wide spa facilities. Good restprant in the hotel.
