The hotel was very good. Nearby there is a bus stop where you can catch the bus to piazza Roma in Venezia. It takes about 35-40 minutes. The room was very clean, well designed and really comfortable. The breakfast was rich and the personel was very kind. Recommended.
15 minutes from Venice easy bus connection at an excellent price
good location, app 40 min by bus to Piazzale Roma, take the direct line with the sign Venice, room is extremely clean, lovely, modern, clean bathroom, parking, solid breakfast
Location and room,, The indiference of the technical team to find out the internet connectivity...he didin't try to do his own job to settle internet connectivity..
Wonderful for travelling by car, big free paking.
Nice hotel with good breakfast. Rooms wall color is not good.
The feeling that everything in the hotel is quite cosy: big facilities, including a big bath and toilettes.
I think the whole concept of the hotel in this palazzino is quite nice. The staff did a good job in making us feel comfortable. The location is also good for visiting Venice, Padova and the surrounding Veneto region. I liked most of the things about this hotel. However, it could be headed for an excellent rating if it could include a pool in its large premises. I would recommend this place.
park, price, convenient location if you travel by car internet fair connection, only in common areas
Updated rooms, comfortable bed, quiet, right across from train station to Venice, huge buffet breakfast, large bathroom, excellent wi-fi, luggage storage, centrally located Nothing
convenient location, excellent value for money
location , accessibilty lift not working -seemed to be regular thing .breakfast quality not as expected
Not much to say nice bout this place!! More like a 3* hotel than 4*, unfriendly staff overall, At breakfast had a rude waiter who would not bring me a Cafe latte when i asked for one politely even though he got one for an italian couple nearby!!! He Kept guiding me to the machine Americano stuff,,, If i wanted Americano I would have said so!!!! Not impressed with this place,, awful rooms with mosquitos!! Lobby was so hot and humid,, trying to save Electricity or faulty Aircon. ? Not impressed at all
Hotel was right in front of the Venezia Mestre rail station that would take you to Venezia S.L. in 8 minutes for a couple of Euros. Most of the staff spoke English, but there were a few bumps in communication. No ice machine (found out that it's a European thing) The Double Bed was actually two singles put together.
unly 2 elevators for the entire hotel .caused problems during breakfast
The hotel is across the train station but we were able to sleep with no noise, it was great since we were so tired from daily trips. Breakfast could have been better.
Large comfortable and clean rooms, good breakfast. Rooms very quiet considering opposite train station. Excelllent location at a resonable price for those wanting to get into Venice. Staff efficient
The location is excellent, just opposite the train station in Mestre. All you have to do is cross the street. The room was nice, with a huge bed and a big bathroom. The staff was very kind, always trying to help. The breakfast was good (cereals, milk, tea, coffee, juice, toast, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, ham, yellow cheese, muffins, croissants), but if you stay more than 2 or 3 days you need some diversity. And they have free wireless internet :) The heating worked just great, it was actually very hot in the room. So you won't freeze in Venice, as someone complained here earlier. The view from our room was not that good, towards the back of the hotel but that was only a minor detail. Since we didn't stay all day in the room this didn't matter.
The hotel was clean in a great location & I would stay there again. I didn't like the bed because it was with rollers other than that everything was great.
It's a little bit old, but nice n clean. No coffee maker. Otherwise, nice n close to public transportation. (Cross street from train station to Venice.)
The hotel and furnishings were luxurious but we felt very welcome. We liked the location as Venice was within easy reach by train but was more relaxing than staying in Venice. The breakfast was disappointing for a 4 star as the cold buffet was very limited and did not offer cheese, meat or eggs which you would expect for a hotel of this caliber.
Excellent hotel staff, good breakfast, beautiful garden where you can eat and have caffee -
good value to price ratio, close to Venice but difficult to find although it's located on the main road -
The room was very comfortable. The hotel had lots of charm and the staff were very pleasant. It is a very short walk to the station and easily accessible to Venice. The hotel breakfast was horrible - the worst I have ever had. It really didn't compare to the rest of the hotel which was very pleasant.
Breakfast is very very poor!
The whole environment was very well prepared in order to make you feel good. The landscape, the grass around, the alleys, the room were all nice and clean. Everything is done with attention for details in order to make you welcome. The hotel is very close to the railway station and city center. It takes around 30-35 minutes from the hotel to the central railway station in Venice (including 4-5 minutes walking to the railway station and travel time by train). Tickets cost 7.5 Euro for 2 persons 2 ways (to Venice and back). This is not an observation for Foscarini but in general I think Internet access should be cheaper. Is unacceptable in 21st century to ask 1 Euro per 1 hour of Internet access in Europe. I think 1 Euro per day makes sense but otherwise is really a rubbery.
The commun al areas had fine antiques, frescoes and the reception staff were multi-lingual and very helpful. The room was split level with the upper floor being the larger living area in the eves. The quality of the bathroom was high Breakfast bland but coffee good.
Beautiful room and surroundings. Excellent Breakfast. Very reasonable rates. Highly recommended! I was under the impression that my room would have a jacuzzi bath, however this was not present when I arrived
very clean and comfortable; the staff was very friendly and competent.
Clean, friendly, well kept, nicely located to train station Breakfast was not up to expectations at that level of hotel, no restaurant or room service, not able to eat in room, no tub
Price at Booking.com wasn't as cheap as the Park Hotel Villa Stucky's own website.
excelent room, excelent breakfast, excelent location from venice
Excelent location for Venice - 15 minutes by train to Venice RS, safe carpark
The manager was very helpful and readily available--many part time staff members, so he was making the best of a potentially difficult situation
Only 1 window in my room, not enough light
I like the frendly and helpfully staf. The common area was very nice. The hotel is close to the public transport. The hotel facilites was very poor. The breekfast was simply, and they serv only dishes.
We enjoyed the comfort and luxury of the big room and bathroom. It was very well located for visits to Venice. We missed a more International breakfast options like eggs and bacon. But I suppose: If in Rome ,eat what the Romans do.
The room key are old and had difficulty for openning the door.
Very good experience. Old architecture and style villa. Nice and quite place, nice garden, next to town´s centre. Walking distance to restaurants. Good alternative if you do not want to stay in historical Venice. It is necessary more to air the rooms.
Nice atmosphere, Close to railwaystation/easy way to Venice, English speaking friendly hotel staff, Parking facilities
Clean room and bathroom The toilet was not working properly. Should not be a 4 Star hotel.
It's not a 4 star hotel. It's 2 star, maybe up to 3 for being in a small town.
Location accessible by train, 200m from the station, or by car. No noise, classical fine inside decoration. Open 24h a day. Supermarket nearby. 20 minutes from Venizia SL by train each hour.
Close to the train station. Cheap. Safe deposit box. Clean. Quiet. Elevator. Free parking. The air conditioning was broke. Only one key which also kept the electricity going in the room when plugged in, so everytime one of us left the room there was no way to get into the hotel, because the key had to stay in the room, in order to keep the lights and appliances on (the alternative would've been to leave the other person in the room in the dark) Quite expensive breakfast. You could get a nice breakfast at less then half the price at the caffee nearby.
Hotel was very close to the train station (<100m). Trains run twice an hour and takes around 20mins. Small room was ample size. The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The central air conditioning was not switched on even though the temperature outside was over 30 degrees celsius.
50 metres from the train station, with 50 trains a day into Venice. Very convenient and very good value. The staff were quite poor, especially at breakfast. One woman was rude and unhelpful and another was quite useless. It wasn't even that busy.
1min from the station, rooms are clean and new, although quite small, shop in from of hotel. Good for travelling to Venice, but for other cities you will have to make a change. Not а 4*, breakfast quite simple, bathroom not for big persons.
Excellent location, near the trainstation. When asked, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Nice tidy rooms. The breakfast was not worth the money.
Position of the hotel Very poor breakfast
The town in which the hotel resides was a pleasant area, the room was nice but small, and the breakfast was good If you want to see venice at night and party there don't go to this hotel, the train to venice ends at 12am, also exchange money before you go in venice there is a 20 usd service charge for money exchanged, the hotel also charged 5 eur an hour for internet even if you had your own computer
local for travel no tea coffee mini bar only had 3 drink
The young workers who spoke English. Poor communication and no respect from the kitchen staff. They have a lot to learn.
No porters or anyone to help with lugage
Large room if you get a three person room This is a hotel for tour buses, if you are not on a tour, then you are out of luck for service. Restaurant is closed to non-tour bus guests...very disappointing since there are limited restaurants in this sleepy community. Doors in the room do not shut or open properly, we kept getting locked in the bathroom. Shower-only facility is dangerously slippery, and small entry to shower...so if you are in any way a person with a disability or weigh over 190 pounds...be aware. Beautiful balcony, but no balcony chairs to enjoy it! A real minus. An eclectic mix of furniture from decades of renovations. Pictures on the website are definitely outdated and the fountain you see is NOT a pool and only comes on when the bar is open...too bad. No outdoor sitting for breakfast, another minus.
in overall it is ok, good value for money breakfast's components, some products were off. also one wall in the room was a bit wet or badly redecorated
easy public transport to Venice
Big rooms and good location to visit Venice!
location, reception staff cleanliness of the room
Good "Value For Money" hotel in an ideal position for visiting Venice after landing at Treviso Airport. A stroll from the train station for 15-20 minute inexpensive trip into Venice and Mogliano is a pleasant town in its own right. Good breakfast. Hotel a little tired in places and not the thickest of internal walls but nevertheless good value and would have no hesitation in staying again.
Room was spacious and clean. Hotel staff seemed disinterested. The sign to mark the hotel faced the wrong direction and made the locating of the hotel at night from the direction of the main road difficult.
The hotel is nice enough. The staff were all nice and friendly, willing to answer questions. The lobby was very clean and the exterior and bar area were nice. The breakfast was pretty good, especially considering it was included. The room was basically a closet....with a window view of a wall. At least it was clean but it was basically a dorm room with a tiny bed. The walk to the train station isn't too bad, and the hotel even provided a map/schedule of train times, but bring an umbrella! (it rains there, a lot!)
Close to Treviso airport. Bedroom small and old furnishings.
Hotel has amazing location - geographically it is situated close to the road, but due to the park surrounding the villa you will not hear the noise of traffic. The staff at the reception was very attentive.
The morning staff was very friendly. Dinner at the Hotel was not good. We waited over an hour for our first course and then it was not hot. Would not recommend eating at the Hotel. Several people that evening did not seem happy with their meals.
Excellent value for money. Breakfast was superb. All of staff top quality. Air con in room very quiet and efficient. Easy to get to from Motorway. easy to get to Venice by train from nearby town. Quiet location. If you want to see their gardens at their best avoid the very hot summer. Take advantage of good price now as looks as if it will soon need a bit of refurbishment and they will probably put price up.
The cleanliness is perfect, nice location and surrounding, hotel staff is very polite and on your service, you feel well there, like at home :) Rooms in dependance need to be bigger for four star hotel
The Breakfast was very poor.
Very nice hotel environs and very friendly staff. Nothing special.
friendly staff, nice romantic building and garden, good for a citytrip to venice or other city's. in our weekend this hotel hosted large weddings which was charming but loud till late.
It was extremely the perfect place to relax in the country side. No complaints at all. It's a great place to go to.
It was a very nice hotel and the staff was more than happy to help me with anything I needed. I loved all the statues and the little pond out in front with ducks and swans. I didn´t like how there was nothing close by the hotel. To get anywhere I had to take a pretty expensive taxi.
The camping was really far from public transportation. Good thing is the shuttle service to Venice. Bungalow as such is really good and has all facilities for sleeping and spending the night comfortably.
The rooms were well kept and had everything I needed the weather that day
We arrived at Jolly in early morning and were able to enter the room emediately, which ws very kind from their staff. Location is a little bit critical especialy if you are coming to Jolly late at night.
Very good and nice kamping. Wery good food excellent kitchen staff. Special thanks for very nice and helpful Monica from reception
I have been there only 2 days. Everything was ok. Cleanliness great. I would return there if I liked Venice;)
It was cheap, there was a nice bar area to hang out in, and the shuttle to venice was very convenient. The walls are thin, you can hear neighbors easily. Should probably have a bath towel to step on, and the shower head sprayed sideways at certain points. Also, why only being able to pay with the card? Inconvenient to have to go to the office to fill the card and then be able to buy things around the campsite.
Location is quite far from Venedig but still easy to find The room is far too small for 4 persons, it's more suitable for 2 persons. Most of the equipments are not in good conditions anymore.
the beds were clean, the room was lockable, access to a food store, short distance to Venice pool attendant was not friendly, noisy guests in next trailer, there were no guest reviews available online.
This place had a hostel type atmosphere with the ability for privacy as well. The staff was friendly, the facilities within camp jolly are excellent and the shuttle made getting to and from Venice very easy. This place had many different types of people from all ages and places. It was a greay way to see Venice and make some friends along the way The breakfast at camp jolly was average. You might be better off buying your own somewhere else
Nice friendly stuff, location is ok. Not everything is working like it should. E.g. sever was blocked.
Helpful staff, youth atmosphere, facilities in the village Very basic room, beds, sheets, blankets...etc. But acceptable for a camping village.
friendly and helpfull staff, good pizza and spaghetti carbonara. lovely all round.
The building is fantastic and the room was very comfortable Venice is not famous for bellboy service, it's the second time we stay there and carry the luggage to our room.
- Clean. - Comfort. The Location.
The location was nice, just opposite the most attractive part of Venice on the mainland, with complimentary shuttle circulating 2 times/hr all day long. This was quite convenient for sightseeing. Lack of technical maintenance. As for a this class of hotel, too many things (especially in the bathroom) were fixed provisionally (e.g. tightened with toilet paper or just hanging loose, not to touch), so that on several occasions I found myself staring with confusion at some loose piece of armor in my hand. Each day we had problems with entering the room and had to report at the reception for re-coding our keycards. Getting to a TV channel of interest on the hotel TV was a challenge on it's on (perhaps this was faulty remote, but seems rather to be something wrong with the hotel TV menu).
Location The room was not clean at check in. Used amenities. 1 sopa for 2 persona. A lot of mosquitos. Very small shower.
Beautiful views of The city of venice, good free connections to Venice. Was not made to feel welcome, we had two small children, and felt this was a business hotel first and foremost. Although this was my partners and my Honeymoon, we have no childcare. So had to take our children long, there was no effort to make this a memorable stay, even though I had made them aware well in advance.
not too much. I must say I am totally disappointed with my stay. I selected this particular propert because they had stated that they do have SPA facilities in the hotel. On the arrival we had been told that kids are not allowed in the SPA and, moreover, we need to pay extra for entering the SPA. I was not stated here in the hotel policies and the bookling representative told tha Hilton fills the data on booking for themselves. Hilton guys were saying just the opposite thing.
Location Free shuttle Cleanliness Would stay here again Heard people walking upstairs most of the night Concierge gave me different answers when I asked the same question Long wait for shuttle boat
Rooftop Restocking the room
The staff are very helpful and friendly The room was right in front of the pier of the hotel and during the night it can be very noisy. They should improve their windows for better soundproofing.
The view from the rooftop bar was amazing For the expensive room rate, I was shocked by a couple of things: - there was no free/included wifi - there were mosquitoes in the room. is it terribly hard to install screens? - there were stains on the wall from mosquitoes being squashed/killed - service was just OK One night is not enough time to take advantage of the amenities you're paying for.
Staff were very helpful
I was a pleasant trip thanks to the Hilton. I received the best service. And has provided me a beautiful view of Venice. If you go to Venice, I will go back to the Hilton. Thanks for making my travel special. Thank you :-)
My room was to small.
Very clean and great for families with children. The man at the front desk ordered a taxi for us, when the taxi arrived it didnt want to take us in one cab, but 2. The gentleman quickly straightened the taxi driver out and we were off to the center. Great city, very quaint for a weekend. Great shopping also. The italian tratorria within walk distance is great, and easy on your purse.
Th small town where the hotel is located is very charming, good restaurants, not crowded, and only 15 minutes from Venice. The hotel is one block from the train station. It is a very nice hotel (4 stars), an awsome value for your money. New furniture, clean, good location and price. It is also nice to stay away from Venice's crowd if you want to.
The quality of the room and the air conditioning 5 euros for one hour's internet! Not being allowed to book in early!
Room was good. There was even a bubbelbath in the bathroom. Airconditioning was working very comfortable. Location was good (train station in 5 minutes)
Very well presented hotel in a good location for Venice and surrounding area. Close to a rail link and just two minute walk to bars and restaurants. Helpful, English speaking staff. Lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the room.
It's location. Breakfast very costly and limited choice.
Near train station. You can easy go around, Venice, Treviso...New, confortable, exelent and very clean hotel, nice location in small town
great rate, close to train station, convenient location to visit Venice, very nice and safe feeling community
I enjoyed the cleanliness of the rooms, the decor, and the view of the riverfront. The room gave me every indication to believe the place was high end. The place seemed dead. All the lights in the hallways were off, the water in the shower fluctuated temperatures when used (like it hasn't been used for an extended period of time), I only bumped into one other guest in my building during my 1 day stay, and I could tell from the outside how many rooms were occupied - I'd say around 10% at best. This place was huge! Prior to arrival, I didn't think the size of the hotel would be a problem, but once I got there, I found it very annoying. The restaurant was in another building, and we had to go outside and around the waterfront to reach it. Reading the other reviews, I can confirm it's true - the service is mediocre at best. The staff provide seem to have no sense of urgency to help. Our dinner took very long they were unaccommodating. When I asked if I could add chicken to my pasta (which was not on the menu, but chicken and pasta as separate items were), they acted as if I had just walked into the catholic church and pissed on the baby Jesus himself. The service was slow. Upon checkout, I was told by the desk attendant the person with the authority to complete the task was unavailable and I had to wait 10 minutes. This place feels very understaffed. Given the small size of the staff, the seemingly nonexistent guests, the dim lighting and the infrequently used water pipes, I'd venture to guess NH is loosing some serious money on this investment. Granted, I did visit in May, which is probably a slower season.
Breakfest was very good, good shower.
The Hotel is very nice and the breakfast was good as well. Verry nice location in the laguna. the hotel isn´t 800 meters from mestre train station. it´s a 5 minutes bus ride fron the station - a couple of kilometers. but it was easy to find even without a taxi.
The room was very clean and very big, the breakfast was excellent. We had a great time.
external facade of the building and marina (for boats), underground car park air-condition problems, room not clean, hotel looks as new but is very used, very dirty windows, very big noice wehn the doors for room must be open (access card mechanism)
The hotel is great. Lovely resturants and great food. All the staff were very helpfull. Location is good too.
the ONLY thing good about this hotel is that it is close to the airport and that is was somewhat reasonable. this hotel/convention center has an extremely odd layout.....it is not customer friendly. We checked into the wrong side of the building and then had to drag all our luggage without any assistance to another building where we did not even know where the entrance was. The staff seemed very disinterested in helping us. We seemed a "bother" to them. The hotel desk said that breakfast was served until 11 am and got there at 10:40 and were yelled at as we entered the dining hall by the staff that breakfast was over at 10:30 and there was no other options. The hotel has the appearance of a new and modern facility but is totally soul-less with the rooms appearing to have been decorated with no comfort thought!
very little they had no record of my reservation; given a room, it had no air conditioning till the morning of our grateful departure;
We stayed at Building "B" as cheaper side for 2 nights. They don't have enough equipment and service at their room in spite of 4 stars. Especially, I don't recommend family with little baby need to have milk this hotel. Because there were nothing to have hot water and they did't bring it to us. And we have to move to venezia just by land, not sea.
Breakfast was not bad, free parking near hotel No room service, wi fi for 10 euro per day, windows are dirty, it is to poor room for 4* hotel, first night we had few towels and other bathroom accessories (for one person in two bad room), hotel looks like a shopping center where hotel rooms are made instead of store,
The only nice thing about the hotel was the aspect over a canal. This was the most over-priced and unsatisfactory hotel experience I have had in Europe, and I don't think this was a "Venice" pricing issue. This hotel has 2 different buildings, an up-market 4 star hotel and a budget 3 star hotel. Despite paying for the 4 star hotel we were forced to stay in the 3 star hotel in a noisy room next to a lift - the reception staff rudely would not change the room. The breakfast was not up to scratch for a 4 star hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone as the risk of being downgraded and not refunded or made good in any way is too high !
This is a superb hotel, in a cracking location, litterally a couple of minutes walk from St Mark's Square, and seconds from the airport water bus stop.. The room and public areas were lovely. We saw no evidence of the staff being unhelpful, quite the contrary, they were very efficient, friendly and welcoming. Recommended. Nothing
Doing nothing for a week
Location and nice hotel restaurant. We could celebrate the second birthday of our granddaughte with the song of the staff. Expensive
The courtesy of the staff, nothing was too much trouble, the room was fabulous and the food superb. The location was just right, the hotel itself was a fantastic building and the decor was out of this world. No
the location, the history and interior fittings of the room,we did not really use any of the facilities we were not there long enough the receptionist said we had a restricted view, this actually meant no view , you could touch the building opposite, this was very dissapointing
The fantastic views across the venetian lagoon - main reason for choosing it. Service was also very high - they really wanted to help, even when the hotel was busy. A true 5* luxury hotel for a special occcasion. Everything was very expensive but it is a 5* hotel in Venice so you can expect nothing else! having a room ovrlooking the lagoon was great but you also get the noise - there is a major waterbus stop just outside (24 hour service) and a continuous flood of tourists passing so you are right in the middle of the bustle of Venice. Choose a room without the views ora hotel in a location away from San Marco if you want peace and quiet.
The Terrace Breakfast
comfort and design of the room, view breakfast is too expensive
Definitely the location and the cadre, interior opulent surroundings. Professional and courteous concierge service. Comfortable large bed. The magnificent rooftop terrace. The only reservation was our room which although very large with high ceiling yet was quite dated, some worn out furniture, rusty heating grills, insufficient lighting, and mosquitoes. The bathroom was especially not up to par and to the high standard we expected.
extremely professional staff, wonderful room, amazing location, a simply extraordinary hotel nothing
Super convinient for visiting Venice (2 minutes from Venice Mestre station and 10 minitus from Venice by train).Clean, confortable, and ery attractive service and price quality ratio.
Smelled nice. Looked clean. Wifi. Reasonable room size. Staff took bags to our room. They put us in our room before it was ready, so we got kicked out for a bit while the staff finished up preparations - this happened after recommended check-in time
breakfast was a good choice each morning.
Hotel was comfortable and clean. Perfect location for visit to Ferrari Museum.
Its was easy access to the town The breakfast
Location (across the street from the train station, a 4 minute walk to the bus station) Located in Mestre and a 7 minute train ride to Venice Hotel staff were friendly and very accommodating Room was large Included breakfast Weird shower/bathtub design made showering a bit difficult to avoid splashing water on the floor
I stayed at the hotel to take a ship for a cruise. The location was very convenient, because it was very easy to go till the ship, at "Statione Maritime" with a taxi, and, as I heard, the cheapest way too. The hotel is very good, with a big room, good food and good service and facilities.
second visit and the staff was very helpfull plaisant and efficient, the location was perfect opposite the station for train link to venice and bus to airports, the food in the restaurant was good value and quality, room plaisant but front of building too noisy to sleep, room at the back perfect the bathroom was not clean enough mould on shower tray
The breakfast was surprising - - many choices. The rooms were simple but well-equipped and very comfortable. Being just across the street from the train station was a huge plus for us.
the hotel is near the railways station and it is very easy to go to Venizia center and also to the differents airports. nothing
Well to tell you the truth I liked the friendliness of their staff more than anything else. The housekeeping was poor although the linen and towels provided were very clean.
close to Mestre station, as it was in the station. rooms very clean, a/c perfect. breakfast very nice. no
Location, parking, cleanliness, staff Room temperature hard to adjust and works only when actually in the room. I know there are energy conservation laws but it detracts from the comfort
The kindness of the staff The road in front was under construction which made access to the hotel a little difficult if you walk to it.
Ease reaching from airport for late arrival or jet lagged traveler. Busy, so early check in, even for gold Honors members, seems rare, at least on weekend. Staff was pleasant. I liked that I could get bus/vaporetto pass there -- and recommend it since you'll need to travel by both to get into Venice. We had facility difficulties...the tea pot blew the lighting! They responded quickly and fixed the lights, ut never provided us with a working tea kettle. Also did not offer any reimbursement or accommodation. For anyone with mobility issues, know that returning from Venice on the bus lets you off across the street, where the only way to cross is a very high overpass with stairs. You can, however, request the hotel to send their van across the street to pick you up. WE found this out because we asked how to get across. Convenient to airport. Having a meal in the restaurant....not bad, but p
Hotel is not ideally situated for walking to anything, but a bus stops right in front. Exceptionally clean with modern, beautiful rooms. Staff is very courteous and helpful for travelers in need of directions and help getting around. Highly recommended.
Left something behind and was told they did not have
Hotel was brand new and well appointed. Staff was struggling with systems.
Clean, modern large rooms. English speaking reception staff aided trying to decide what transport to use to get to centre of Venice quickly. Speedy check in/check out. I stayed 2 nights and woke up each morning with what appeared to be several mosquito bites that I did not have the night before. I informed staff of my problem.
location and proximity to bus service Meals were quite expensive.
The staff was the best! At the top of my list for the generosity and helpfulness. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk from Oktoberfest and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast is the same every morning, but very good. If you're bringing the train in, the hotel is just around the corner from it. A little hard to find at first but so accessible to everything!
Location ... close to San Marco Square Service was poor. Room facing is poor.
Everythig was absolutely perfect!!!!!!!
Location, location, location. Felt small & discreet. I cannot fault it. (I did not have any meals there, however).
Location of the hotel. Room Front desk staff not freindly though!! Charge eight euro for room service whatever the order is!
The hotel was in a good position which enabled us to move around easily. Hotel staff were polite and efficient. Hotel offered 5 star quality and service,
fine hotel with fair price -
Conceive is well trained & good -Hotel charges for hot water €7/-!! in room for taking my medicine/ Quality of food for Breakfast not of high grade - similar to canteen
Excellent staff help, great position on St Marco, and very near excellent shopping.lso water taxis available right on the doorstep Because of the atreet , the rooms on the canal can be quite noisy.
When we were checking-out the money for our staying the hotel took twice from my credit card.
Great location, short walking distance from San Marco and nice shops and restaurants. Very close to the waterbus. Very elegant, clean and breakfast was excellent. I will come back. Everything was great
The staff was very rude. Not the standard for a 5 star hotel.
Very friendly and helpful staff. they even sell you the bus tickets which is next door. We were very happy withe the location and parking convenience.
Great location if you are willing to be based in Mestre - which I strongly recommend considering the bus to the island is right outside the hotel (10min bus trip) and its a total rip off staying in venice unless you are ok staying in a 2 star (which will be impossible to find) when for the same price you can stay in a 4 star on the mainland. The bus is 24hr service..
Convenience to Marco Polo airport Venice. Honest price and good value.
This hotel is right across the street from the Mestre train station. Each morning, when I woke up, I would just buy a cheap train ticket and cross over to the main island of Venice. This was ideal for me, as staying on the mainland saved me hundreds of dollars and was still very convenient. If you have to stay on the mainland like I did, the Tritone is a good location with good rooms, a good staff, and everything you'd need as a base camp to explore Venice. There only thing that I didn't like is that the surrounding area is very drab, but I didn't expect more. I knew that it wasn't going to be in a very fancy area, but that really didn't bother me because the location was ideal for what I needed.
The hotel was modern and very clean and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The breakfasts which were included in our stay were the same each day.
Nice hotel, good breakfast Not up to 4-star standard you would expect. 10-15 mins bus ride to outskirts of venice. If you want to get to the heart of venice (st Mark's square) its another 40 minute walk/taxi boat (e6 one way).
It was very quiet in the room. I could freely use the fast internet connection. The service was excellent. TV channels in English were rather limited, for example when I wanted to get the weather forcust in Venice where the hotel is situated.
good value, few minutes to station. Clean and tidy.
In front the train station, secure Same breakfast every day
for the short stay we had and the bus and train close by it suited us very well all was ok not sure if you had evening meals that was our problem had to use the chinesse close by or mcdonalds
Location opposite the Train station allowa a one stop journey to vennice at the cost of one euro. A cheaper alternative than staying in a hotel in vennice itself. A small but convenient and clean hotel
