Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast, friendly and helpful service, convenient location, and spacious, comfortable rooms. The pool and spa facilities received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying them and others noting issues such as limited sun, mosquitoes, or outdated features. While the overall atmosphere and cleanliness were appreciated, some guests felt the hotel did not fully meet five-star expectations, citing minor maintenance or comfort issues. Despite these, the positive aspects of the hotel, especially the staff and amenities, stood out for many visitors.
