Pros (+) Fantastic staff from the front desk and porters, to the restaurant staff and maids. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and great smiles everywhere. The location was also great with several of the best restaurants of Montevideo just behind the hotel.
Cons (-) The furniture in the room was so stylish that it was sometimes impracticable. The surfaces were matt, and thus showed every bump, scratch etc. so as to appear not very clean. The restaurant was perfectly shiny, though.
