Cons (-) Poor experience at the Hampton East Chase According to the Hamptons staff much of Issue I had was kayak and Expedia's fault. Apparently when you put in all your information on kayak it does not transfer your phone number so the Hampton had no way to contact me to let me know the one room they had left was a smoking room.
Pros (+) The Hotel is located in an area with great access to restaurants and shopping. My room was very clean and quite. The breakfast hostess was very friendly and personally thanked me for staying at their Hotel.
