Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to hospitals, tram stops, and the city center, making it ideal for both business and hospital visits. The staff received frequent compliments for their friendliness and helpfulness, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. Guests also enjoyed the breakfast, describing it as plentiful and delicious. However, several reviews mentioned small room sizes and some felt the hotel was not good value for the price, citing outdated decor and minimal amenities. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, with location and service standing out.
