10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Anything we need hotel employee was brought to us quickly. They made us feel at home and very welcome there.
Cons: No
9.3 Excellent
Pros: My only complaint was that I am a cash paying customer, I was told to reserve the room they needed a credit/debit card and it would not be charged and I could pay cash at checkout. 10 min later I get notification from my bank that they have charged my debit card. Why say they won’t charge my card, then charge it
Cons: Bathroom door didn’t latch shut, hole in ceiling where sprinkler system is, one sprinkler head had occasional drip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful, rooms super comfy, staff excellent!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The Colcord Hotel is within walking distance of Bricktown and across the street from the convention center and Myriad Gardens. Also, there is a restaurant on-site - Flint which actually has delicious food. Enjoy your stay :)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location very clean
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The omelette at brunch made a perfect ending to a memorable trip. The bed was heavenly, and the extra little touches like Alexa, flexible/accommodating staff, and the complimentary coffee brought up next day despite failing to order it on time the night before... those are the little things that make the little moments that add up to the big picture, and overall I couldn’t have been happier with my stay. I look forward to seeing you guys again! Oh, and hands down my favorite touch was the mail chute. I couldn’t not talk about it when I came up on the elevators. Plus the proximity to the gardens. Overall, loved it!
Cons: You guys need a pool! Other than that, any other complaint could easily be tracked back to human error or failure to read (I.e. disappointment in no pool despite no pool advertised, whoops!)

Pros: Quite comfortable and relaxing we were able to get much needed rest and we were close to norman and Oklahoma city
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super nice and Karlie the manager was the best. I am very picky about the cleanliness and was impressed that everything was very clean.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel that’s very clean and comfortable with a great staff minus one person
Cons: The night person is a complete moron and screwed up my groups billing. I reserved the room on my card and we made arrangements at the hotel with the manager to separate the billing to each person. This jackass didn’t want to listen or even look at it and just billed my card since that was used to reserve the room. He checked me out before I even got to the desk. Each room was going to be paid for in cash.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was wonderful. The staff every friendly. Helping us with any questions They were awesome.
7.5 Good

Pros: King bed, bathroom, pool and breakfast
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast rocked, the pool was clean and very relaxing, the room were awesome, but the king size bed was like sleeping on an ironing board. I plan to stay at this same location whenever I have to be in Moore/OKC again, but I think I will try a queen size bed next time.
Cons: The bed was WAY to firm.
7.0 Good
Pros: The room was clean and my granddaughter left her shoes and they are suppose to send them to her.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was safe and sound and clean. I loved it.

Overview Reviews
Building upon a strong foundation and a rich industrial heritage, 21c Museum Hotel Oklahoma City - MGallery is a contemporary art museum, a 135-room boutique hotel with spacious guest rooms reminiscent of a loft apartment in New York's Soho neighborhood, a cultural civic center and the home of Mary Eddy's Kitchen x Lounge, led by executive chef Jason Campbell. Stay with us and the iconic Purple Penguin.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the architecture. Loved the museum!!!
Cons: No!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was amazing. The staff was extremely helpful and just the nicest people to meet. The penguins everywhere was amazing to see.
9.5 Excellent

5.0 Okay
Cons: Location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Love the art displays! Very clean hotel!
5.8 Okay
Pros: The room is nice, you put a real blanket on the couch, the bar is nice, love the lighting in the room. Best fries ever, far surpassed the pickle chicken. The burger was great but cooked done on 1/2 bloody on other.
Cons: The menu, no explanation on how to get ice, I would try to have one place one each floor instead of waiting for housekeeping. Better lighting in the bathroom, maybe a magnifying one. The menu deserves a second mention. Bar staff were curt and uppity.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Tables in bar area needed cleaning
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The location was great. We went to a concert at Chesapeake Arena, so it wasn’t very far away. It’s also nice that they have a shuttle that can take you back & forth. It’s very beautiful with amazing art.
Cons: The staff was a little rude. We’re in our early 20s and wanted to stay at a nice hotel. When we arrived, the man at the door literally asked “are you guys like swimming or something?” So it started off a little rocky.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
7.0 Good
Pros: The uniqueness of this hotel makes the stay worthwhile. The entire bottom floor is a art museum. The museum is open 24 hours and free to the public. Once all the construction around the hotel is complete it will be an even better experience.
7.5 Good
Pros: Amazing architecture and comfort and decoration
Cons: No trained personal. My reservation of a room with two queen beds, made two months in advance in the end it was not provided. Even when I called to the hotel three days in advance and then 12 hours in advance to make sure that it was available, and to these calls they had answered affirmatively.
9.3 Excellent
Cons: Music going on at late night

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The shower!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The ambiance and overall modern vibe that flows throughout
Cons: The limited parking options..$20 for parking with only the Valet option..but the parking in downtown OkC is limited anyways so I get it. And it was hair on the bathroom floor. Like literally nowhere else just the bathroom floor. I didn't call staff tho I just used a wet towel and went over the floor. No issue was enough for me to give a negative review.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: New, clean, modern, wood floors in rooms, comfortable beds, quiet...very close to restaurants, Lime scooters and limitless Ubers available, great lobby and bar.
Cons: Although it’s European inspired, breakfast items are very untraditional for Americans. I might suggest fudging the brand a little to provide foods that Americans are most accustomed to eating. Salami and cheese for breakfast for $13 isn’t so much ideal.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness and modern style with bar area in the lobby. Was a great value.
Cons: King rooms were sold out and our 2 beds were full size not queen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel and artwork were phenomenal. Beautiful and unique. My husband said the sculpture outside looks like the Chinese finger traps from childhood (love it)
Cons: Lack of food. I have a disability so i can’t walk out to get food. We asked the front desk about room service etc. she explained but said “you’re in Bricktown, you can walk anywhere”
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, the hotel was spotless. The valet parking people were great. It was a good experience.
Cons: My room did not have a bracket for hanging clothes.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms and location were awesome!
Cons: Breakfast menu is European...Americans don’t eat cold turkey for breakfast.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Nice front desk and decor. Very modern. Location close to everything.
Cons: Valet was never there. We had to look for them every time. Front desk was never there. Mattress was uncomfortable. We were charged more than our reservation said on booking.com. Very frustrating. Front desk was no help. We will not book here again not use booking.com.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: didn't eat the breakfast
Cons: no place to hang your clothes

Pros: Sleek design, great pillows, comfortable room.

Pros: The location and breakfast were great.
Cons: checking in and parking situation. Your valet's moved my truck and blocked it in, while I was checking in. Didn't appreciate that. Also, they valet in the same garage that I paid 15.00 less for. Just wrong.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: I booked 2 suites, which were given away. The front desk clerk did put us inside of the baseball rooms(or whatever they're called) but I paid for suite & that's what I expected.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The king bed room we chose had a sitting area with a sofa and a Full kitchen.

Pros: Great location and wonderful facilities. We had the best experience with Sherri at the front desk who helped us out of a jam with a mixup on arrival dates. She was wonderful! We had a king suite with a view of the Chickasaw Dodgers AAA ballpark. Easy walking distance to Toby Keith's Bar and Grill and several other places to eat. Plus the trolleys stop is right around the corner to take you pretty much anywhere you can't walk to.And when they say full kitchen, they mean full kitchen- refrigerator, dishwasher. Microwave, oven, etc. Best thing was their free evening social with salad, pizza, etc and free beer and wine. Wonderful experience!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and the receptionist...Ciera was the best!
Cons: Nothing at all.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Convenient to arena and restaurants.

Pros: Evertthing!!! I'm from Louisiana and this is my second time visiting in the last 6mos, and I'll stay here again on my next visit. They strive to make your stay pleasant.
Cons: The only thing that I do not like is where the TV is located in the room. If you have a studio with the 2 Queen beds it is almost impossible to watch TV from the far bed.
6.3 Good
Pros: we liked the setup of the rooms, but they needed spa tubes in them.
Cons: Holding to there word about the price for the room.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: clean and friendly.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great room and staff
Cons: No nice room
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was the little touches that made this hotel such a great place to stay. From the moment you walk in the door, there are things that open up a new environment to you than from regular hotels. The screen for my children to draw on was a hit! My son loved the couch hideaway bed. The bathroom was amazing and very clean! The entire experience was very nice. Thank you!
Cons: The breakfast was a little lacking but I believe that was because we did not come down until 8:15. It seemed that whoever was in charge did not keep things filled up as quickly as it was needed. Other than that, the choices were good.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is definitely the best hotel we have ever stated in. Huge room, big hot breakfast, good staff, no smells, clean. Just good all around.
Cons: It's a minor issue, but our room had a shower but no tub, and then the pool area doesn't have a hot tub (or a bathroom). So if you're looking for some place to relaxingly soak, you may want to go elsewhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was top not h and staff was excellant. Recommend to all.
Cons: Not at, excellant.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was spotless!
Cons: Fried eggs/bacon

Pros: The room was nice and very clean. Breakfast was very good.
Cons: There is NO parking on the property unless you do the valet ($23/night). Your other option is to park in a ramp about 2 blocks away.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is walking distance to the brick. It is a very nice hotel, clean and comfortable. The room is nice, with a sofa, a nice and comfy bed, a good size tv and a good shower. The breakfast is included and quite nice.
Cons: You have to pay for valet parking (23 dollars at the time).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: New, clean and very quiet. On the edge of Bricktown so easy access to everything but not in the middle of it.
Cons: Nothing, it was great.
5.5 Okay
Pros: The Valet guy was very sweet and the ladies that cleaned the room but that's it.
Cons: Water leaking from lobby ceiling the whole trip and buckets everywhere in the lobby. Also guests were walking around half-clothed and without shoes throughout the lobby of the hotel. WHY no one from the staff told the that that was unacceptable, I have no idea-? I would think that at a minimum, shoes would be required. ALSO, valet fees were high given where the vehicles were parked.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was in a nice neighborhood, within walking distance to some nice restaurants.
Cons: There was no close parking available.

Cons: I would’ve liked a microwave in my room. For the price I really expected one.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: All good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location
Cons: That I had to pay $15 to park
5.0 Okay
Pros: We originally booked this stay for one night but managed to get a second night due to getting to leave earlier for our trip. We thought we booked the same hotel as our other family members but soon realized they booked near the airport and not brick town. Upon arriving bricktown was alive with nightlife. The check in process was easy and friendly. The parking is not free with the hotel and in a parking garage next to the hotel. They have two sets of elevators one that directly goes into the lobby another that takes you to the sidewalk of bricktown. The rooms are just okay. There was nothing that truly impressed us or stood out. I have stayed in other chain hotels for half the price that looked way more expensive than the room. The room was a little small for the price. The room was very cold upon entering, very nice in the heat and humidity, and very clean. The swimming pool looked great, crowded, we did not get to go swimming though. We unfortunately did not stay for the second night as we wanted to stay in the same hotel as our families to allow our kids to swim and play together. We did have breakfast after the first night which was just simply okay.
Cons: You will have to pay for a parking garage regardless of staying at the hotel and spending almost $200 on a small, plain room. The location of our room overlooked the streets of bricktown town allowing us to hear the nightlife the entire night. Thankfully our littles ones sleep with sound machines so it wasnt nearly as loud as it could have been. If we are to return we would definitely request to stay on the ballpark side. The bathrooms were incredibly small and had no ventilation systems at all. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The food lacked a bit of flavor but it filled our tummies. They did have someone making the waffles for guest but never saw anyone else stocking the food or keeping counters clean. It is family friendly with it's great looking pool but would also recommend it for those to enjoy the nightlife of bricktown. All in all we felt it was way to much money spent for a mediocre hotel room. We have paid half of what we spent for other hotels and had bigger rooms, better breakfast, more wow to room, and didn't have to pay for parking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: very good
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great place to stay with great staff
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was super comfortable and clean. My son liked the pool and the free breakfast options were yummy and plentiful.

9.5 Excellent

4.5 Okay
Pros: The location
Cons: Breakfast was subpar and the room wasnt the one i saw online that i reserved
7.0 Good
Pros: breakfast best of any of the hotel's with.......that we stayed in recently, variety good, nice and hot, and staff helped me out my reheating my dessert from last night, friendly and clean, loved it.
Cons: we were put in a handicapped room that we did NOT request and it smelled. I really had to push to be moved as claimed to be full, third floor room nice but still handicapped, WE ARE NOT HANDICAPPED, closets are l/2 height so clothes dragged, and bathrooms set up for hanicapped which thankfully we don't need, never could get a direct answer as to why and I made my reservation way in advance.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Spotlessly clean
Cons: All cutleries, glasses and plates were plastic disposable. This should be unacceptable in 2019.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: The pillows were nice. And the staff were curtious
Cons: I did not get the room expected according to advertisement. The bed was not comfy. We should not have to pay parking. And the breakfast was not very good.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was good. I liked how close it was to the Chesapeake for the concert I was going to. I used an Uber to go back and forth to the arena, but you could just walk if you wanted to.
Cons: There isn't really a clear sign of where the actual location is. If I didn't have my GPS on, I would have missed the place. Also because I did not look around the hotel when I got there, I did pay for parking. When I got to my room, I looked out the window and could see two free parking lots from my room.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The room was awesome and the location was excellent.
Cons: I had to stand around and wait for the lady to check me in. She was behind the desk when I arrived then went and made coffee, walked back behind the desk and said give her a minute, then she took some kids money for candy, and finally asked if she could help me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location and beautiful property. Great amenities too. The gym, pool and common areas were really nice.
Cons: Slowest elevators ever. The only downside. Lol.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Loved the court yard and the indoor pool
Cons: That you had to pay extra for parking that stated parking was free
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean and the staff friendly
Cons: Parking is an extra charge and a bit tight
