Pros (+) Location - we used it as base camp for genealogy expeditions. Room was clean, bed was fine, sheets and top clean, pillows comfortable. Bathroom had a new shower insert. Maid service was efficient. Next to several places to get a good breakfast - we did not have breakfast in the hotel. Did not use the pool - no time. For the price, it was appropriate for a quick weekend stay.
Cons (-) Whole building smelled like stale smoke. We were on the 3rd floor in a non-smoking room and opened the window to air it out, which helped. No screen on the window, though. Lobby is sparse. Elevator was SLOW. Stairwells needed a good vacuuming and dusting (spider webs in corners). Shower head needed to be cleaned. Toilet seat was wrong size - too big - for toilet.
