Izmailovo Gamma Hotel

The rooms are clean and facilities were in very good condition.

The registration took too long. The check-in desk is always full of groups and takes forever. The wait was about 65-70 min. The process of checking in took about an hour and there seemed to be queues at the registration desk for several hours on each of the three days of my stay.

Its near to metro, easy to check in, drinking water, clean and good. Location is great and overall feel of the place is very nice. Great location if you need to go to RZD Arena :) the rooms are spacious and clean, the bed comfortable, and you can enjoy a most perfect view of a perfect middle of nowhere :) city centre easily accessible both by car/taxi and by public means (2 metro lines within a five-minute-walk distance). Hotel is not in center of Moscow, but it has a good location, close to metro Partizanskaya.

There were a lot of amenities available. Rooms were clean. Facilities are quite good, everything you need basically. Food at the restaurant is decent as well and within the hotel you have 3 or 4 restaurants to choose from.

Staff is not good. I called them several times but nobody speaks English and they hung up. But once one lady picked up the call and spoke in English. Staff should be able to speak more of English language. Not all staff is prepared to work with expats and can be very rude when someone talk to them in English.

Several guests recommended choosing a room with a view, especially those facing the fountain, as they offer spectacular views.

The hotel's proximity to the metro station and various restaurants and fitness clubs was highlighted as a convenient feature by guests.
