the staff were friendly and helpful, place was very clean
location, very uncomfortable bed
hmm.. i think, the nice girl on the reception, everything else was in need of renovation! thanx
the dirty rooms, the defectives bathroom, Refrigerator was discusting
durtyness, bad smell, toilets on the coridor, different people who come drunk in the night and disturb the sleep, lack of hygiene
Although the hotel personal tries to do their best, the dealing of administration doesn't make the good impression.
The wrong information has been given to us on the phone. The administration of the hotel did not want to carry any responsibility for that. For all guests only two showers and two toiltes were available. The three-bed room is situated very uncomfortable. There was no TV in our room, though promised. The window frames can not be closed properly (renovation is needed), that's why one hears the noice from the street even more. No sink in the kitchen, sometimes you have to wait until the bathroom is free, if you want to make a tee or wash your dishes.
Close proximity to the Metro.
Musty smell in the entrance and elevator, noise from the twelve lane highway outside the window, small room, hard bed, noisy guests late at night.
location of the hotel
Very noisy, even with earplug, not only from the street, but also from people just staying and talking loud in the common area, up to at least 2 AM.Only 2 showers and 2 toilets.
I had the best time at Sukharevka. Nice room, friendly staff, amazing bars nearby. It has a great location too, in walking distance to downtown area. Highly recommended!!!
Couldn't check in early as requested and bathrooms are small.
There was no one who can speaks English and I had a hard time to communicate with one lady who does not speak English in a Hostel that supposes to host foreigners!!!
This hotel should hire a permanent person who can speak English
The hotel was in a good location that was easy to find with the directions provided. They were helpful with obtaining visa information needed for my stay.
The hotel was run down and sparse for the price compared with other places I have stayed for the same price or less. I was frequently disturbed by other guests directly outside my room in the common area.
Nothing. It was extremely dirty, run-down and dangerous.
Dirty stained sheets with remains of hair in bed. No blankets. Dangerous wiring and no proper fire escape indicated. Dirty room, particularly floors (dirt stuck to feet. Expensive. Only hotel to charge for registration (€50). Normally free or €10. Cost more that 3 star hotel which I found. I moved out after 2 nights because it was so discusting!
