Price and location
easy availability by car
The hotel is quite ok if you need to stay one nite. Just for sleep over. old building- if I understood correct not all floors/ rooms are renovated- so it's like lotery- either you're lucky or not.. quite clean in the rooms and that was the biggest possitive thing in hotel.
Stuff seems to be like milicia in soviets. you need to show "who's the boss" and then things are a bit better. it's tippical russian hotel. doesn't correspond 3* in Europe.
All staff should know English. Nobody knows.
