Cons (-) Some of the public areas need some cleaning - black mold over edge of infinity pool and in some other outdoor areas.

Pros (+) Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms and on site restaurants. Great view of Downtown.
Cons (-) I wish the ferry went more often and a couple of times on Sunday. The fitness center machines need to be replaced, but I guess who comes to Bermuda to workout.
