10.0 Excellent
Pros: We enjoyed everything. The service was excellent and staff friendly.
7.5 Good
Pros: The friendly staff quality of the hotel and excellent restaurant very welcoming
Cons: A separate bar would have been a plus
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you are looking for a quiet upscale place to stay in Bermuda you must consider Rosedon. It's a hidden oasis right in Hamilton. Easy walking to shops and restaurants. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms and grounds very clean. The gardens are beautiful. We would definitely return.
Cons: Was not a concern for us, but no restaurant or bar on premises. They do provide an honor bar in the main building though and plenty of places within walking distance.
7.5 Good
Pros: The hotel is well situated in the capital. It's a beautiful property with extra attentive and helpful staff. The food is delicious and afternoon tea was lovely.
Cons: We chose the hotel due to it being designated as family friendly as we were traveling with our children (a toddler and a three month old) and it was difficult to get around with strollers since there are many steps to get anywhere. Also, the pool doesn't have a shallow area for kids to play in - it starts at three feet; also there were duck sculptures that emit water on the deep end of the pool which was really dangerous. The door knob in the room door is super low and there's no way to fully lock it from the inside so our toddler kept opening the door and getting out. Finally we requested a crib but it was never provided.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything at The Loren is just perfect! Rooms, ambiance, design, service.....and it smells so good! The restaurant is the best of Bermuda. If you are looking for a classy boutique hotel The Loren has it all!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Upscale property with the perfect location right on a private beach with superior service. Beautifully appointed with gorgeous views! The staff of the hotel and pool area was so accommodating and truly exudes hospitality. We also enjoyed the spa which was top notch!! The property is breathtaking and serene. We are already planning our return trip.
Cons: Service in the more casual Pink Beach Club restaurant was lacking for our experience. We noticed bigger tables with larger parties much more catered to. Food and beverage pricing doesn’t quite match up to the quality/value of what is presented. Drinks are not properly measured/poured. Also, service could have been more consistent and quicker. I know this sounds like a negative but truly it was a great experience; we just feel like these items could use some improvement.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is exceptional. The beach is lovely. Restaurant location is amazing by the ocean. We were a bit off season so it was very private The bedroom and bathroom were large clean and comfortable.
Cons: Some services seem really overpriced even by Bermuda standard ($14.00 for fruit juice at breakfast; over $210.00 per 50 mn massage) Decoration a bit too “restauration hardware” feel. Not enough Bermuda-like feel. But again overall very pleasant hotel.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Front desk receptionists were very polite and helpful. Beautiful views from balcony.
Cons: The room was very moldy and carpet was damp. Reported to housekeeping and maintenance but no response. Staffing out side of bedrooms were loud many times. Housekeeping was very rushed.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The property is nice but they closed the only bar for private parties during my entire stay. The front desk staff and valet were great. The restaurant staff were awful. Won’t stay again. Nothing nearby.
Cons: Restaurant service is terrible. Amenities closed. Broken furniture through out facility although it is relatively new.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Spacious accommodations; excellent service throughout the hotel; generally nice people work here. Plenty of chairs by the pool; easy ambiance; outstanding food at The Pink Beach Club.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Luxury boutique property in Bermuda, incredible views from room balcony, huge rooms and bathroom, great amenities with complimentary bottles of water, Malin + Goetz bath products, flip flops. Restaurant served decent food, roughly similar prices to rest of island. Staff are super sweet and helpful--Cole, Hannah, Samuel, Donnell were just a few staff members who we met and they were all wonderful. Great lounge area downstairs with board games, billiards, TV screen. Would stay again for the views alone.
Cons: As all things in Bermuda, it will cost you an arm & leg. I did feel that for the price, breakfast should be included. I feel that if some things were picked up by staff and dealt with without us bringing it to their attention, it would make this place even better, but perhaps that's just the easygoing Bermuda way =) For ex: there was a (face sized) hole in our sheet that was not replaced for the 3 nights we were there. I left my luggage on the floor (in other resorts I've stayed in, oftentimes they will place it on a luggage folding rack for you). Little details can really make a great stay exceptional
Cambridge Beaches Resort & Spa - Sandys - Building

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Beach clean everyone friendly
Cons: Nothing every thing perfect
6.3 Good
Pros: The staff was friendly. The breakfast was very good and the Sunday BBQ buffet was delicious and very fun since it is open to the public and you get to meet many locals.
Cons: The property is a little shabby. Landscape is shabby and in general it need a sprucing up. The rooms were very clean but again things need fine touches to make it on par with the rates they charge. Also very little included amenities. For being so remote little extras would go a long way like bottles of water in your room. Free coffee/ tea throughout the day.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very private location, staff was excellent. If you are looking for a place to relax you have found the spot. 2 private beaches an infinity pool. Saw a bunch of turtles by the resort aswell! Good for couples not a kids resort
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Free shuttle to and from the airport
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff, gorgeous setting, and fresh and fabulous food were superb. We must especially compliment the staff at the amazing Breezes restaurant. Sebastian, Bhora, and John made us feel so welcome. And nowhere else on the island can you dine with your toes in the sand, waves a few feet from your table, under a canopy of stars. Fabulous!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely loved our stay at Cambridge Beaches!! The staff, the service, the views, the beach, the water, the food, the drinks, the sunrise and sunset views, the lush gardening and the relaxing comfort of our suite were second to none in our experience! We certainly hope to return in the not too distant future!
Cons: While we loved the breakfast offerings available each day, we wish we could have experienced the famous Codfish Breakfast that Bermudians enjoy on Sunday mornings. It would nice if it could be made an option for ordering on Sundays. Other than that, there was absolutely nothing not to like about beautiful, Bermuda-ful Cambridge Beaches!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good, great selection. Wonderful staff remembered my birthday and provided me with a cake! Amazing view, watersports right on the property. I absolutely fell in love with Bermuda/Cambridge Beaches, Very thoughtful, friendly staff. My fiance and I had a wonderful time and are already planning to go back!
Cons: Very expensive food, which I expected, but the portions could be small.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the staff--so genuine and professional. We were in a cottage with a lovely view. Who could ask for a better sunrise AND sunset. Our dinner was delicious, too. Breakfast was that wonderful, generous English buffet. Who has a croquet court anymore?
9.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. There are great beaches around the property and it is a short walk to get the ferry to Hamilton or the regular bus service. Shops nearby. My room was fantastic with a view over the harbour, quiet and comfortable with everything you'd need.
Cons: I would have liked some milk even dried to have a cup of tea in the room!
5.5 Okay
Pros: The room was beautiful and clean. Modern and nicely decorated. Shower was excellent
Cons: The food ... wasn’t the most sanitary the host and servers had no personality or customer service. There were bugs which I do not want to say in food... Bermuda was beautiful overall the resort was under a storm watch ... so the pool and other facilities weren’t available which is understandable... but sanitary and food no excuse

Cons: No. It was perfect
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to St George Town. I arrived to Bermuda by sailboat. This B and B locating very close to the marina/customs office. The owner was very kind and accommodating. Allowing me to check in earlier and helping with laundry situation. The feel of the place is definitely authentic to St George and full of history.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great couldn’t be happier
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Terrific location, close proximity to airport and bus stop. Room was large, plenty of amenities (Keurig, mini refrigerator, plenty of towels and toiletries). Nice, attentive staff.
Cons: No complaints!
5.4 Okay
Pros: The rooms are very spacious. The air conditioning in the rooms are amazing. WiFi worked very very well for me. The location is also really great because you are right by the bus stop. There are a decent number of food options, and a few cute little shops in the area. J can also say that faith was very responsive. Every time I messaged her, she responded very quickly.
Cons: There needs to be an actual cleaning staff hired. The small cleaning that is done is not sufficient. Towels and wash rags need to be replenished regularly. I stayed for 5 days. The wash rags were never replaced, and the towels were replaced the second to last day. The floors need to be swept. The bathroom was left in the same condition daily. I don’t think that area was cleaned at all. Additionally, the common area smells like cats and cat food. The day I was leaving, there was a cat literally sitting on the counter. The owner needs to be a better job of keeping the animals in a particular area. Guests may have allergies. The common area also needs to be cleaned. When you walk in, you can see the dirt and dust accumulation on the stairs. Unfortunately, I don’t believe that this place is worth the price. Based on the cleanliness of the place, I did not feel comfortable eating at this place. I ate out every day for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked the style and privacy of the Coral room, actually it was a separate house with a pretty garden in front. There were all necessary appliances, including a spacious fridge and a coffee machine, useful toiletries in the bath. Crescent rolls for breakfast were fresh and delicious. Hostess is very nice and friendly.
Cons: Ants traveled in bath, but actually that was not too much disturbing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at Aunt Nea’s were awesome! My wife and I arrived to the hotel late at night. Their staff provided us with very clear directions to get into the inn and had left a nice handwritten note for us on the counter. Check-in was seamless. When checking out, the island taxi service didn’t have any cabs for us, so Aunt Nea’s staff very kindly gave us a lift to the airport.

Featured amenities include a 24-hour business center, express check-out, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free valet parking is available onsite.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the style of the hotel. We had very beautiful view and pretty big room. Comfortable bed but not those nice pillows. Though we asked for other one and two was found for us. We liked the beach even you have to drive there either with shuttle or with your rented buggy. The restaurant Su Verde we liked the most, especially the waiter Francesco was very professional. The lady on the reception was very friendly and helped us to organise our late check-out as we had late flight. We liked also the attention of the hotel - they brought us a bottle of champagne and strawberries for our honeymoon occasion.
Cons: We did not like the cleaning service. Sometimes we came back to the room and half of the room was not done and nobody was there. Probably they did a lunch break. After one hour a woman came and asked us to leave for 40 minutes, we refused. They start pretty late with cleaning around 2pm. actually as you come back from the beach. The afternoon tea we could not try as we came at 4.45 and the girl told us it is not anymore available. She offered nothing and it is smth. what you do not do in 5* hotel. We also did not like the driver Roger, he was not nice to the guests in the shuttle. After it we decided to rent a buggy. We tried a barbeque evening in beach club and we found it with very poor quality for this money.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed 3 nights after spending the first part of our trip in Hamilton. It was the serene luxury resort we were looking for. Lots to do within the resort and close to St. George and airport. There are 3 restaurants in the resort and all were very good (pizza at Sul Verde was excellent). Mostly friendly staff.
Cons: The room that we initially checked into smelled of cigarette smoke. It took 6 hours before they had another room ready. Upon check out they overcharged us by $6,000 (3 night stay). They did quickly resolve this but not sure how this could happen since we pre-paid through booking.com. If you are looking for couple only, romantic resort this may not meet your expectation -lots of families and unfortunately not all parents are responsible. The main pool fills up with children and can be noisy.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: the pillow in rosewood is the best.
Cons: booked a hotel car for departure on 630 mornibg, but wait for untill 640. then came a taxi to drop me off to the airport. not quite sure if is the normal operation or not
7.1 Good
Pros: Facilities were gorgeous. Beach and service as one would expect. Ocean view suite was amazing!
Cons: Italian restaurant very mediocre. Beach shuttle did not run on schedule. Not even close. WiFi weak.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful accommodations and excellent views. Staff was fantastic!
7.9 Good
Pros: Really good beach club.
Cons: No jacuzzi. Some of the furnishings and communal areas need a refreshment/replacing. Some of the front desk staff lacked charm for this level of hotel.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Stayed there with wife and infant for destination wedding, got a great price off a third party sure (much cheaper than the hotel website) but still got a huge room with patio directly out to the pool. I also saw the grotto bay (for a BBQ after the wedding) and would highly recommend paying a little extra to stay at rosewood.
Cons: A bit pricy, but you get what you pay for...

Pros: The staff was very friendly
Cons: My room was horrible. It didn't seem clean, needed painting, the shower was awful, water got all over
6.7 Good
Pros: Clean and friendly. Great location and it was quiet.
Cons: Beds were described as queen but were small doubles. Too small for 2 adults. Bedrooms were a bit tired.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Hi quality/ friendly/ green/ short taxi ride from airport/ beuatiful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the location, the staff were amazing! We had a blast!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked so many things. Being close to the airport - 5 minute drive. Being able to try the inclusive package for 3 days instead of the whole week. Not having to carry our bags to our room and being able to leave our bags in our room after we checked out until our flight. When we got in our shared shuttle, our bags were already loaded. Being so close to everything was also nice. Getting picked up for the jetskiing safari was a nice feature. The massages in the caves was really cool.
Cons: I can't think of a thing.
7.1 Good
Pros: We liked the location - rooms were clean - and the beach perfect and the gentleman who works the omelette station super friendly and great cook! Taxi drivers and wendall at the front super helpful and polite!
Cons: All staff was rude from bartenders to front desk to tara at guest services- we asked guest services what we should do in town tara told us take a taxi to the visitors center and look!! Ha the tall bartender was discriminating only helping guests he felt had money AND he constantly charged us for alcoholic beverages when ours were not alcoholic ones we corrected him each time - I didn’t like that there is not a thing of entertainment at the resort and only one restaurant maybe two on occasions
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Food was good. Wish they had more Caribbean food. Menus are more Americanized
Cons: This time of year the high is like 68-70 so it got very cold some days and jacuzzi wasn't working
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Staff, rooms, beach, location, price and view
Cons: Beach bar closes too early.
7.1 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean and we got clean towels every day. The wireless services is extremely weak. The hotel is not near many things except the airport and Crystal & Fantasy Caves. It's not worth to pay for all inclusive the food is not that great and the drinks are water down. We had two lunches and a dinner during our 5 days stay. The lunch was okay but the dinner at Palm Court was terrible. We ate out for most of our meals. The Sizzle Inn and the Bailey Ice cream shops are nearby and are very good. The beach area is small but comfortable. The bus stop is right outside the hotel so, it makes it easy to explore the islands. The hotel had bus pass or token for purchase. The staff we spoke were very nice and always willing to help.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed just after the hurricane. Airconditioning and running water was all i needed. Thanks Grotto bay for allowing an impromptu check-in.
Cons: No complaints at all
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing and so friendly. We loved the breakfasts, our room, the atmosphere, and the caves. We had a couple massage in the cave spa and loved it. The sound of dripping water reverberating through the cave was just so relaxing. I recommend a stay here to anyone who visits bermuda.
7.5 Good
Pros: need a more basic set up in a location .
Cons: More water sport activities available . The quality of water sport equipment to use very poor grade ! Beach needs to cleaned during day all day !!!

The resort offers extensive recreational facilities, exceptional service & hospitality, gourmet cuisine, breathtaking ocean views from every guest room and a casual, relaxed atmosphere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the friendliest place we’ve ever stayed. The staff is fantastic. And the location can’t be beat. We loved that service and gratuities are included so we didn’t have to worry about tipping. We felt like the staff was very well taken care of and happy. Some have worked there close to 50 yrs!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great views of the ocean, wonderful beach’s, amazing food and courteous and attentive staff. Iv’e stayed there multiple times and will go back again.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location good, service very mixed, food good
Cons: facilities very tired, some staff extremely poor service, it's definitely not a 4 or 5 star resort. 3 star at best
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful. The private beach was nice.
Cons: Some things look worn down. The chain on our door looked like someone tried to break in. The food was very expensive. The pool looked dirty and the paint was peeling in spots.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Most of the staff was nice and accommodating. The location of the club was superb, with amazing views of the ocean. You could opt in for the meal plan for not too much extra per night. Food was ok, a decent amount of options to choose from, though I wish there were fewer options executed superbly. Overall it was a pretty good deal. The beach is private and while not a ton of it, is a lovely experience. Also there is lots of places to snorkel right there off the beach, with tons of sea life to look out for. Nightly entertainment, board and card games, a game room, fishing, water activities and excursions gave us plenty to do. We enjoyed our short stay away.
Cons: Some aspects of the resort need updating, like beds/couches in the guest rooms. Also, while some of the staff was great, others were not so; it was hit or miss. Also, at times they were very understaffed, which put a strain on staff and customers alike. While it was a good stay, I am not sure I would stay here again, based on the other options on the island.
7.9 Good
Pros: Friendly staff made us feel like family
Cons: Food was hit or miss. Water sports area needs major overhaul.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The staff were very friendly & awesome views.
Cons: The property was dirty, had roaches in their restaurants & the food was not that good.

5.0 Okay
Pros: Location was nice and the shuttle ferry they provided to Hamilton def came in handy.
Cons: Shuttle service should also run regularly during the weekends. The first room we had had an inoperable tub and the 2nd room we had had an inoperable air conditioner. Resolution to the air conditioning problem was delayed and definitely impacted our experience.
7.0 Good
Pros: The view was spectacular.
Cons: Our room had big cockroaches running around in the evening. The staff was great at coming over to clean up and make sure it does not happen again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very friendly. The hotel ambience is amazing.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Staff and service were wonderful. Great location.
Cons: Some of the public areas need some cleaning - black mold over edge of infinity pool and in some other outdoor areas.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, very friendly and helpful staff. Great rooms and on site restaurants. Great view of Downtown.
Cons: I wish the ferry went more often and a couple of times on Sunday. The fitness center machines need to be replaced, but I guess who comes to Bermuda to workout.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the convience of the property, having the shuttle to Hamilton was great, shuttle to beach, being able to be picked up at airport and shuttled back was a plus too. The pool was awesome as was the views from the rooms! Also the spa was great!
Cons: The restaurant choices
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was convenient.
Cons: Ferry only ran every hour and took a break at in opportune times and didn’t run Sat afternoons (when we got there) and not on Sunday.
7.5 Good
Pros: Shuttle to Hamilton and to the beaches. Staff polite and helpful
Cons: Bedroom air conditioner didn’t work. Yes cue maker didn’t work. Room could have been touched up, had paint scratches, scratches on walls and moldings, ceiling tiles in bathroom showed signs of prior leaking.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: We were very pleased with everything! The staff was welcoming and friendly, very accommodating with our wishes, taxi service, ferry back and forth to Hamilton, suggestions for dinner, making reservations when needed, etc...
Cons: It would have been nice to have the water ferry operate a full day on Saturday and maybe a partial day on Sunday.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: All it has been said.. amazing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bed was very comfortable, Staff were friendly and helpful. Property was always clean and tidy.
Cons: Cleaning times for room were inconstant but still managed to keep everything smelling and looking good
7.7 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly, helpful, and courteous. The hotel is very convenient for walking to town/shops and to the ferry terminal. The food at the new Marcus Samuelson restaurant was very good.
Cons: The hotel was under renovations and this was not made apparent when booking the hotel. The construction work started quite early every day - including Sunday. Overall, the hotel is very nice but not as luxurious as expected for the price.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Food at Anchor, and Marcus were both excellent! Staff was very courteous and friendly. And we were delightfully surprised with the birthday cake and card in our room, to commemorate my husband's 60th birthday. Thank you so very much for this thoughtful gesture, and personal touch.
Cons: Only disappointment was that the private beach required a 20 minute shuttle bus. That information was not very clear in the hotel description (or I missed it completely) so this was a surprise upon arrival. The shuttle service was great and the beach was also beautiful so no complaint about the services with that; it just took extra planning to include beach time.
7.5 Good
Cons: Room cleanliness was an issue. The carpet was not vacuumed every day.
7.4 Good
Pros: The food service was not good. Coffee always served mildly warm when it should be hot. Food orders took really long time to come from the kitchen and some dishes were also not served hot.
Cons: Gratuity of 17% automatically added to all food. This appears though to be an island wide practice.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We had a Gold room entitling us to the lounge for breakfast which was excellent. Plenty of choice and we were able to sit outside to eat it. Staff were all so friendly and helpful.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. New pool awesome
Cons: The first room I was given was looking out at employee parking lot when my itinerary stated room was next to new pool seems to always happen when you book through travel sites
6.0 Good
Pros: Marcus restaurant, Pool.
Cons: Small rooms. Expensive for what they offer. Not great service. Ran out of towels and chairs at the beach of their sister property.

Just 200 metres from the Salt Kettle Ferry stop, Greenbank Guest House is 10 minutes’ drive from Hamilton's centre. The nearest golf club is just 5 mnutes’ drive from the Greenbank, while the Botanic Gardens are 4 km away. The south coast’s beaches, including Surf Side and Marley beaches, are within 3 km of the property.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Greenbank was beautiful. The surrounding area was gorgeous and we were even able to take a swim off the dock. The owner and other people staying there were all friendly and helpful!
Cons: It was a bit pricey but it’s difficult to say due to the holiday weekend in Bermuda and the overall expensive nature of stay!
9.5 Excellent
Cons: lamps needed to be plugged in and working
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very peaceful and quiet.
Cons: No coffee , had to supply your own.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were brilliant. Melanie was fantastic and so was Diana. Nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms were cleaned every day and we were given fresh towels every day too. Beach towels were also provided which was great. The location is right on the water front and the views and sunsets were stunning. The ferry ride across the water into Hamilton was cheap ($3.50 each trip), punctual and a welcome way to see a little more. Taxis were easy to arrange and cost around $12-15 into town. If you are going to do a lot of travelling via bus or ferry, buy a book of tickets from the Ticket office in Hamilton ferry port. Fishing off the landing dock is sure to be successful too.
Cons: The location isn't right where action is, so a scooter is needed if ferries, buses and taxis aren't your thing. You will need some form of transport to get to the supermarket for supplies but this is a minor inconvenience rather than a dislike.
7.9 Good
Cons: Kitchen and bathroom could be updated. Would expect if room updated, could charge a higher amount.
6.3 Good
Pros: The units are like individual apartment or guest rooms, each slightly different and Decour and style and set up of their kitchenette. Bathrooms could use a little updating and re-grouting in the shower, there was some deferred maintenance obvious. The guest house offices and common living room was beautiful and well kept. The location is that a quiet street that it is difficult to get taxi service to and from but it is very close to the ferry that takes you into Hamilton. Owner and staff were very friendly and accommodating on arrival.
Cons: Condition of the bathrooms Lack of any amenities
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Location close to Hamilton ferry. Friendly and helpful owner. Beautiful gardens and water views.
Cons: Needs some updating.

Pros: Local and charming Inn with a great location. The staff and owner Ann made all of us feel like family. We would definitely stay here again when in Bermuda. Breakfast was included.
Cons: Nothing.
6.7 Good
Pros: Very central location in Hamilton, so great for business travellers. If you are travelling with children, it is probably not the best location to stay
Cons: Again, it’s locality in Hamilton was fantastic for the finance sector which is very much huddled around the city of Hamilton, but it is not near any of the beaches but close to the ferry terminal and Central bus station

Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved shuttle services, free food for children and happy people
Cons: It was a short vacation
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Easy access property with free shuttles and water ferries, the private beaches and spa facilities were excellent
Cons: Ocean view room was what we reserved; a bay view room was what we received. Front desk said it was a “sea view” room policy; we demanded and received a ocean front room. Hassle moving rooms was well worth the view. Great room!!
6.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful view and nice building.
Cons: The hotel was very overcrowded. Too many conventions! We tried to check in at 5:00 pm and had to wait over 30 minutes to check in and rooms were not cleaned yet. The beach was completely full of seaweed and wasn't cleaned during the week we were there.
7.1 Good
Pros: The complimentary shuttles and ferry to Hamilton is a big plus from the hotel. The close proximity to the horseshoe bay beach and the convenience of getting to Hamilton made this hotel a great choice to stay in Bermuda.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location cleanliness and friendliness and helpfulness of staff.
Cons: No.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had a fantastic room overlooking the ocean. The room was spacious and clean and the staff were extremely courteous and helpful.
Cons: Walls were a little thin so you could hear loud conversations in adjacent rooms. Not atypical for most hotels.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Need to have the convinence store open until at least 10pm ence
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location near Horseshoe Bay was great; staff was very friendly and it was very easy to get by via the hotel shuttles which ran every couple of minutes.
Cons: Pillows were a little flat but that was the only issue that I had. Bermuda is also generally quite pricey; Fiji water in the hotel was $6!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: All good with lovely facilities
Cons: It isn’t cheap!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location is perfect. Love Jasmine's lounge specially with a band in the evening for dancing. Beach is great. I like the shops in the hotel. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I like the various options for restaurants. Shuttle to and from the airport is very convenient. It has a feel of a "grand old lady" of a hotel from yesteryear.
Cons: It is very overpriced. We go to Bermuda once a year. We would stay at the Southamptom every time but it is far too expensive. The bathroom needs updating, in particular the shower. I didn't like little the kids screaching and running around in Jasmine's. Wish some of your guests were better behaved! Would be nice to see people treat this wonderful old hotel with more respect ie dress appropriately and act appropriately.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location.
Cons: * 3 HIDDEN CHARGES per day on the bill - the room rate went up by $100/day after these charges! * Everything costs money at this hotel!

Pros: The view was spectacular.
Cons: Our room had big cockroaches running around in the evening. The staff was great at coming over to clean up and make sure it does not happen again.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location , beach and vIew from our room.
Cons: Not much food choices in the restaurant.
4.5 Okay
Pros: Staff generally friendly; Manager not accommodating
Cons: * Our room was unavailable on arrival even though we were a day late because of a Hurricane ... paid for the night we were not in the room and it was unavailable because the manager let others sleep in our room that night ... when I suggested that he should make some financial accommodation, the Manager was dismissive. * While their website pictures a beach, there was no beach in front of this property (rocks) * Rooms are outdated and show wear; sheets didn't fit; no bottled water provided; rooms too perfumed * When cleaning up the staff leave piles of garbage outside the rooms ... very unpleasant * Food was well below the quality of the Elbow Beach Resort ... salad was even served with a dead cockroach
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Coco Reef is an amazing place to stay. The rooms and views are exquisite, the staff is attentive and helpful, and the grounds and beaches are lovely. It is conveniently located 3 miles from Hamilton for nightlife, etc., and it's but a short ride (by scooter, etc.) from Horseshoe Bay Beach and other picturesque coves. In addition, the owner of the hotel can be found at the hotel, and takes great pride in his property. He also enjoys directing photo shoots of his guests :D I recommend this resort to anyone who wants the ultimate Bermuda experience.
7.0 Good
Pros: The front beach view and sunrise was great
Cons: Too expensive for the services provided. No room service. Restaurant extremely expensive for the food served. When taking the food from the restaurant to the room, it is served in a plastic box. No ride offered to take me with the baggage to the building where I was allocated.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Location to town ad restaurants
Cons: Attitude, helpfulness absent. Forgot to call our airport taxi.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff was excellent at desk, on grounds and in restaurant. Steve, with his bright smile and Mavis and Susie's warmth and kindness were typical of staff we met who made our time with more pleasant.
Cons: With all else about our stay being delightful and pleasant, I must honestly say that the restaurant offerings need to be reviewed and modified to keep up with your quality standard. Since we ate most meals in your restaurant to keep cost of cab fare down, we rather quickly got bored with repetitive menus for lunch and dinner--specials several evenings were just the same pasta dish with a different sauce and/or protein than previous offerings or menu items. The BBQ on Thursday must have been delicious because most of the offerings were gone when we arrived about an hour before it was supposed to close. We ordered port after dinner at two meals, and both times found crystallized deposits in the lees of our glasses (apparently the wine was stored incorrectly for a long time) --would have been fine had it been decanted or strained, but unpleasant when not.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing! So friendly and remembered us every time!
Cons: Would love a bit of a more robust menu at breakfast. Maybe a bit more modern decor in the rooms! Updated shower!
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice green spaces, lovely pool area and beautiful beach view.
Cons: No room service after hours. Only one restaurant option which was limited and the room had no iron.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful view and proximity to the ocean/beach. Excellent food. Very nice facilities and staff. We also enjoyed the birds and mascot cat Coco.
Cons: The main restaurant was closed early one evening unexpectedly, which disappointed me and my husband. Fortunately, the staff person at the front desk told us of a restaurant up the road, which was open and had good food.
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Somewhat secluded and quiet which is exactly what we wanted. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Facilities were beautiful ( although a bit hilly). If you are looking for a quiet retreat to relax I highly recommend Coco Reef Resort!
