Uniquely shaped...All rooms have balconies ... dome interiors are excellent
Toilets do not have water jet facility
The cleanliness on the premises, size of room, convenience of location (close to the domestic airport) were a plus.
Although the room rates are reasonable, it's the extras that the hotel seems to pride itself on squeezing out of the guests. The chai masala (small cup) was $5 USD, the printing at the business center was $2/page. There is no water for guests beyond small bottles in the room (we had to fill up at the breakfast buffet). The in-house restaurant dinner for two was over $100 USD. We are New Yorkers and this extortion was just absurd even by NY standards. Additionally the staff isn't empowered to actually make decisions and every question is elevated to management level, so as a result you stand waiting and wasting time. I would recommend the management to please give guests some freedom of movement if you will, because it very soon becomes apparent that they are shaken down for money on every occasion possible. And to give their mid-level staff freedom to make a decision to satisfy their guests' requests without turning it into a conference call or a circus of the "up-the-chain" requests. We will not be staying here again.
