Pros:Good location Staff was friendly
Cons:Stains on the sheets Didn't have a card to get in- had to use the front desk key
Cons:had bedbugs n wouldn't refund our money. pool was no operable n they were doing construction.
Pros:- Convenience - There is absolutely nothing to share in favor of this location except if you are traveling by the week day, I would call it mediocre at best. Use at your own risk, I'm sure every stay has it unusual twists.
Cons:- The room smelled bad - bath towels were like sandpaper - Toilet looked like it was used at random by workers at the hotel and was very dirty when I got there. I left a note for housekeeping to take care of it. - carpet was dirty (soiled) and needed vacuuming - TV was fuzzy on local stations. When you first turn on the TV, it said "Welcome to Lees Inn" ?? - The bed was hard as a rock - I left the room at 7am and returned at 6:45 pm and the room was never touched!!! - Went down to the front desk and he told me that the housekeeping lady (one person doing all rooms) will not be back until 7:30 pm. - The Front desk told me she would be back in an hour. - I asked him why was there only 1 person, and he said he had a second person but left 3 hours after the start of shift. - I got to pay $145 for both nights! - Weekend rates are always 2 to 3 times the cost and the service, well -- what service???
Pros:Smelled old and musty. Very old carpeting, furniture, bathroom fixtures. Felt unsafe due to some characters hanging around. External door needed to more easily access handicap room had card key access that was unreliable at best. No elevator for second floor room. Very old towels and wash clothes that were extremely rough. Hotel provided toiletries were extremely scant. Did not even attempt the continental breakfast due to not being comfortable with overal cleanliness of the facility. My parents room had an issue with the toilet over flowing onto the bathroom floor. We called the front desk, they sent someone to unclog the toilet but he didn't mop the floor. When my mother asked him if someone was going to mop the floor he said that he didn't work there and that he was just helping them out. My mom had to call a second time to get someone to mop the floor. Working staff that was there were not identified by a name tag nor uniform top, etc. Next time I would rather stay at Anderson 45 minutes away if Muncie hotels were all booked as they were this time.
