Pros: Best coffee of any free hotel breakfast! Good breakfast variety. Nice evening snack and cocktail hour.
Cons: Dog friendly hotel, with poop by the front door that the owner did not bother to pick up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: You cannot beat the free happy hour with the appetizers that pretty much acted as our dinner and the three free drinks. We between breakfast and that, we didn't spend any money on food during our stay!

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Location. Staff. Room size.
Cons: Dirty ceramic coffee cup was still in the coffee machine. I understand "going green" is their motto; reuse towels for 3 days, but I like the option of getting new/fresh towels without having to chase down a cleaner for them.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The toilet ran all night, not constantly but every 20-25 minutes or so it would refill and was very loud. The TV didn't have a guide making it next to impossible to figure out what to watch. The WiFi was not great either. Had to come back down to front desk when we asked for room facing mountain and he made room facing east. Was easily resolved but was time consuming. Should have stayed at home.
7.1 Good
Pros: Average sized room, pleasantly surprised to find an in room refrigerator and safe. Comfortable bed with plenty of pillows and cozy bedding. Nice updated bathroom and plenty of closet space to store luggage. Good food and drinks located inside of the Kachina restaurant. The Westin has an impressive amount of meeting spaces available with easy access.
Cons: My elementary aged child and I arrived in the late evening ready for check in. Upon arrival I was told that they didn't have any rooms available. I had pre-paid for my room upon booking and to say the least not thrilled to hear the news. After 20 minutes of calling, typing, and an additional staff member, my very tired child and I finally got keys to our room. The facilities could have been cleaner. My daughter and were attending a convention, and the carpet inside of the meeting space was FILTHY! The carpet looked as if it had never been vacuumed ever. Our clothes were covered in a weird mix of carpet shedding and other particles that carpet had collected.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room and views. First class hotel.
Cons: No laundry facilities for extended stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: No complaints here
8.2 Excellent
Pros: A very nice hotel in a great area north of Denver.
Cons: I did not realize that this is a pet-friendly hotel (my mistake). It appeared that many families took advantage of this amenity during the Thanksgiving holiday. There were a lot of dogs in public spaces. For this reason we will not stay here again.
7.4 Good
Cons: I made the reservation for the wrong night... The night prior to our stay... We were charged for both nights, of course, but the woman who checked us in not only made me feel stupid for making the wrong reservation (like I didn't feel stupid enough already) but she was also very rude about having to find us a room for that night. I felt like they could have given us a better rate for the second night. We won't be staying here again!
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: A Denver blizzard shut down the airport and all major highways making it impossible to get to the hotel, but they would not refund me
9.7 Excellent
Cons: Free wifi for all!!
6.5 Good
Pros: Location was great. Staff friendly. Overall clean. We're more middle class so the over $200/night we paid was a luxury for us, but this was not a luxury hotel in my opinion. Attached restaurant has very good food & friendly & accommodating staff.
Cons: Free WiFi is a joke. Kept dropping connection & even then it was poor. Had to ask multiple times for things (outlet to be fixed, towels for room). Pool was FREEZING & hot tub too hot. Also you can either be green OR get your room cleaned. There's no in between like new towels but don't have to change the sheets every day.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The Kachina restaurant was great.
Cons: When booking I thought there were two queen beds. Upon arrival we had only a king. With our 14 year old son we needed two beds, and that’s what we got, a room with two twin beds. Sleeping two grown adults in one bed was not good. The hotel lobby and some floors were being renovated and we didn’t know that when we booked, only when we arrivedd.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They take customer service to the next level. Very impressed highly recommended.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The hotel pubic spaces are lovely and temperature control in-room is reliable.
Cons: Food: 2 options. 1. a quasi Starbucks, open 6-2, one staff, LONG lines, very limited food offerings. 2. Sit-down restaurant that is VERY spicy. even guacamole was too spicy to eat. Internet: Was supposed to be free with conference, but every day had to log each day and pick a paid plan, which later was reversed off of my charges. This meant every day I had to call to make sure this happened. Cell service: could not get reliable service in my room (812). Called, about his, referred to an IT service -- who experienced this dropped call thing. Never was explained or resolved. Could only use cell phone outside the hotel, reliably. Banquet service: 2 staff for a banquet for 250? Buffet items not replenished unless requested. Coffee/tea NEVER brought to tables during or after dinner. Why even put coffee cups at the place setting if you weren't going to serve it?

9.1 Excellent
Pros: Well maintained breakfast with friendly staff.
Cons: Access to the hotel is good coming from the south (Denver) on highway 36, but awkward from the north, east or west. It requires going around a very large block with multiple commercial structures. Adjacent restaurants are also a bit pricey.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: front desk agents were very friendly and overall a very nice hotel
7.7 Good
Pros: Great location between Denver and Boulder.
Cons: My only complaint was a mildew smell in the shower.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Staying a bit out of town gives a great value for the money. This kind of hotel in downtown area would go for 3 times as much.
Cons: Rooms do not have tubs (except for accessible rooms, apparently), which is kind of unusual.
8.2 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean rooms and bed was comfy. Front desk was helpful and nice.
Cons: I think the price is a bit high for a hotel that is in a suburban neighborhood between Denver and Boulder. Westminster isn't really a destination i
8.8 Excellent
Cons: No response to a request for lighting repair.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The room itself would've been nice if we didn't have an air mattress to replace a bed. There was a mini fridge but was not stable and wabled.
Cons: Upon arrival, we found out they gave our 2 queen bed room away to another guest where we had four individuals in our party. They then blamed the booking site hotels.com for the error. They were booked full and the only solution they could give was to give us was an air mattress which they had to go out and buy. Oh, and 2 drink coupons for four of us. The facilities employees were nice when they came to make up the air bed but the whole situation was handled poorly. I will never stay at that hotel again and am now debating if I would ever stay at another Marriott. One of our party members cleans houses for a living and noticed there were signs of mold in the shower. Housekeeping also took towels that we had and did not replace them even though there was a blow up bed in the room!
6.0 Good
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the staff was great!
Cons: There should be refrigerators in the room as well as more places to sit outside with out having to eat or drink in the reaturant. Also, the staff should know more about their surroundings ... Where the parks and great reaturants are. Without a fridge and a place to sit outside.... My family and I won't be staying here again.

7.0 Good
Pros: Fast friendly check in staff. Room nicely decorated. Responded quickly to my request for a clean iron.
Cons: Bed pillow smelled like cigarette smoke. I used an extra sheet to cover the smell. Room iron left a spot on my dress. Able to get it out. Housekeeping brought a clean iron. Ironing board cover was not flat, caused a pattern on my dress. Used a sheet.

Cons: My real only basic concerns are as follows: My bed was not, my towels were not replaced, and my coffee supplies were not replenished on the second day.I may also be to blame because I had displayed the sign equal to a "Do Not Disturb" up to about noon.T
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What I liked best. Is that it was modern and very up to date with design
Cons: The bed was too hard making our rest uncomfortable. Didnt have double queen available. So our children had to sleep on a pull out sofa bed which was fine but it could have been bigger. Room was a little small with all that going on.

7.7 Good
Pros: Price, bedding, location, size of room and bathroom ( bathroom huge compared to most hotels). The cleaning ladies were really nice and the noise level was okay. The kitchenette was awesome.
Cons: The hotel was under construction and we weren't made aware before we arrived. The check in desk was at the back of the hotel, which wouldn't have been a problem bit the staff was back there goofing off. The whole check in experience felt like a joke. When checking out, there were different employees and they were more professional. The mattress was old, there were springs broken and it was uncomfortable.
8.8 Excellent
Cons: WiFi was down.
6.2 Good
Pros: Breakfast was decent. Staff was friendly. Location was great.
Cons: Double bed rooms were very very small. Could hardly walk thru the room. Not kid friendly. No high chairs for breakfast. My son had a allergic reaction to their sheets rash was covering his body. and was crying staff came banging on the door wanting to know why he was not being quiet. House keeping never replaced coffee in the room after it was used. They would take all the towels and never leave any for the next day.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was in a good location-convenient to highway. Clean room. We just stayed one night.
Cons: They didn't have change for the laundry.
7.1 Good
Pros: It was right off the freeway. Relatively clean. Full size fridge and microwave. Comfortable beds. Nice TVs. Clean bathroom. Convenient to restaurants and grocery stores. A decent room to spend a night for a good price.
Cons: WIFI IS TERRIBLE! It's the same password for everyone in the hotel. Extremely slow to the point where my cell data was faster. There was a hair on my bed sheet and a random bottle of coke laying out when I first got there. The kid at the front desk was nice, but he was all alone at 6 PM checking guests in and answering the phones so it was a long wait.
6.0 Good
Pros: friendly atmosphere.
Cons: We left some computer parts in there, they could not locate it. Also bed is too high, and breakfast not that good
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Breakfast was ok
Cons: Hotel beds were very uncomfortable, we has 3 rooms and stayed 3 night. None of the rooms were cleaned not even one time, even after tagging the rooms with maid service required sign. I myself had to go down the help desk to get toliet paper and towels for all three rooms and delivered them myself to each room. Air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms, front desk was notified but was never serviced or fixed. This was for sure my WORST experience ever. Would not recommend this hotel at all. Staff/manager instead of giving an apology they wanted us my family and the other two families to check out of the hotel.
7.7 Good
Pros: I thought everything was clean, they always had fresh towels, and they were always polite. I never felt like I was intruding upon them, as they were always warm and welcoming
Cons: The mattress was VERY hard, almost like sleeping on a wood block. The card keys very easily get erased if you slightly brush it across your cell phone for an instant. I did say the hotel was nice, but it is very dated. Suite-style rooms just barely above motel prices, but like I said the interior, design, the feel is just like you're staying in a museum for suites in the 80's
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast buffet was very good
Cons: Found used syringe under beds in two rooms :(
4.0 Okay
Cons: Under construction during stay, no warnings or anything when hotel was booked. Housekeeping would not come when we put sign out. Even though we were gone all day.

Pros: Very good value for the price. Continental breakfast was one of the better ones I've had.
Cons: AC was loud and noisy
6.2 Good
Pros: Good price, good location, nice and basic rooms.
Cons: Advertised breakfast, had a breakfast room but neither day we were there did they have breakfast. Sat am the front desk worker was trying to put something together as apparently the breakfast person hadn't shown up. The bothersome thing, though, was that there was even less offered on Sun am. Management should have put something together, even if they had to come in themselves, by that time.

6.0 Good
Pros: staff seemed to be genuinely concerned about stay
Cons: location was off putting. mildew smell when i first walked in the room.
7.0 Good
Pros: Nice Facilities
Cons: Inability to get credit for cancellation. I booked two nights and got called back to work early and could not use second night. I was not provided credit for the night not used. Lousy policy, expensive room.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Your staff were very friendly and extremely customer oriented. They helped me with a few different things while I was there. And they out me in a very quiet room so I could get my work done.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was really friendly, the amenities were perfect. Nice having the kitchenette as an alternative to eating out. It's in close proximity to restaurants & entertainment.
2.0 Mediocre
Cons: There was an incident at the hotel they hadSWAT team and police officers having to deescalate a situation the front desk staff the next morning was very rude and told us they couldn't do nothing about it because we went through a third party I think they could handle the situation a lot better we could not sleep there was an explosion they were moving people from floor to floor which I understand but the noise was horrible the hallways were loud in the alarm would not stop going off it was totally restless night. When we asked about it in the morning the lady at the front desk said she would like to help us but she couldn't because we went through third-party I thought this was very unprofessional due to the severity of the incident they should have done something to try to make right for it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable with nice amenities.

2.0 Mediocre
Cons: Group of kids stayed in front of our room. They were smoking pot and drinking alcohol, to the extent that the police were called in and arrested them. This was a terrible night as violence was also involved.
6.5 Good
Pros: I liked the location. A little ways off the highway so some may see it as out of the way to get there but it made it more secluded to me.
Cons: Slow service with the front desk. After my first night, I was disturbed at 10 AM by a woman that didn't hardly speak English telling me to go check out, even though I had a second night on my stay still. The light bulb blew out in my room the first night. The pool floor looked old and cracked with peeling paint. The hot tub wasn't working and was roped off. The fridge either didn't stay cold or if you cranked the knob all the way then it would freeze everything instead of just the freezer. Breakfast was a typically hotel breakfast. The second morning I got disturbed at 9 AM for housekeeping. I've never stayed in a place where I got disturbed before it was time to check out. This lady knocked and I hardly had time to get up and get to the door before she was already opening it. It wasn't overly expensive but I expected WAY more for my money. I will NOT be staying here again.
7.6 Good
Pros: Rooms were good, small bathroom, but normal sized rest of room. Rooms were clean and nice.
7.7 Good
Pros: Easy access. Close to the locations that I was doing business in. The room was pretty clean. Remote for the TV felt gross - had to do a bit of cleaning myself before I felt okay to use it.
Cons: Front desk person was not friendly at all. In fact, she acted as if I was interrupting her reading or whatever she was doing. Each time I came and went, I said hello and smiled and she barely looked up. Not a people person at all. (Dark long hair, older woman).

8.0 Excellent
Pros: We were there for a family event, and it was close to where we were going, and close to anything you needed including food or shopping. Pool was nice.
Cons: Nothing comes to mind except we checked in at around 5pm local time, and our room still wasn't cleaned. This would have been an issue if we needed the room at that time, but we luckily did not, so we could wait for it to be done.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: good towels
Cons: Unkempt exterior. Poor Bfast. Not enough shampoo. Very rude member of front desk team. Far too expensive for the condition and location of property.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: The room was clean and modern. The bed was comfortable. Did not hear the highway.
Cons: The bathroom had no fan and the ice machine was 3 floor down and on the other end of the building. the light switches were a little confusing.
6.0 Good
Pros: The rooms were nice and clean.
Cons: I was immediately met when I checked in, with the most awful clerk, with a terrible attitude to boot. She never once tried to help the situation get better when I was starting to get quite angry. Her bad attitude kept getting worse. I would appreciate friendly customer service, especially when I have paid to come stay at this hotel. And another thing was I got surprised by a $75 deposit on top of what I already paid for my one night stay. I also didn't get the room I had paid for bit by that point I no longer wanted to deal with their staff.
7.7 Good
Pros: Pet friendly. Large room, easily set up pack n play and airline kennel. New flooring and furnishings. Breakfast was satisfying.
Cons: Exterior looked older, but I think they are remodeling. Bathroom fan did not work.
2.8 Mediocre
Cons: when we came in the lobby the TV had some show that was about plastic surgery and it was showing the front side of females. told the counter person and she just said yea they show that sometimes on this show. Anyhow, I had booked 2 rooms and asked if we could get them close together she told us no. We get to are room and its not bad. So I call down to see if we could get an extra chair so to play cards at the table and the front desk was very rude. First she said my maintenance guy isn't here to do that then she said that they don't have 100 seats for everyone that wants to have a party. At that point I asked to speak to her sup. she said she didn't have one then hung up on me. About 5 min. later theres a very loud banging on are door. Scared the hell out of my wife. I go to the door and theres 2 chairs but nothing else no body at all. Then the other party for the 2nd room gets there and there is in fact a room next to us. So if you go to this place be sure not to ask for anything from the front desk.
5.7 Okay
Cons: We had a room with a broken door ( hard to shut and hard to open). Talked to the staff about it and they said "Oh yeah we know. " If you knew then why isn't it fixed?? On top of that they places us right in front of the lobby door. There was sooo many people being loud when they walked by. It was very annoying.
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was friendly and professional
Cons: First nights room had obviously been smoked in. Next morning we were switched to different/better room with no hassle.
3.7 Mediocre
Pros: I had 3 pillows. that was awesome
Cons: We had flying ants in the bathroom and a couple in the living section. We killed what we could but they kept coming back. It was creepy when they started to climb on our clothes and feet. There was a leak under the sink and while packing clothes on the bed a drip from above dropped on the bed. Kind of bad

9.4 Excellent
Pros: The beds and the waffles at breakfast
Cons: The floors were sticky in the room had to wear my shoes the whole time and the top blanket was pretty badly stained other then that every things else was perfect
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing
Cons: I had to book this last minute and I ended up with a smoking room which wasn't terrible but, there was a room on the third floor with police evidence tape around the door and I found blood stains in my room. All I can hope for is I didn't get bed bugs from this place but I wouldn't be surprised. Also the tub drained very slowly and filled up when I took a shower. The room was also very tiny. Would advise everyone to steer clear of this hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The amenities were great! The breakfast was excellent! The rooms were very modern and appealing. The beds were comfortable and there was just enough room for my husband, two children, and myself.
Cons: I wish that they would have had a pool. Also, they need a few more outlets for charging cell phones and computers.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff members were top-notch and willing to assist in any way possible. The room was comfortable and fairly quiet.
Cons: Stay away from the "Tokyo Queen" room if you need more space than just to turn around. It's truly tiny. The only hot entree on the breakfast table was the biscuits and "gravy".
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were EXCELLENT!!! Sondra and I believe Tiffany was her name but she had beautiful firey hair. Both were amazing! House keeping was excellent and very nice. The pillows are so comfy and an amazing view of the mountains.
Cons: It's my fault I should've done more research before I booked the hotel. But one of the main reasons I came to Colorado was to experience legal marijuana and to my surprise I wasn't allowed to smoke marijuana in my smoking room. That would be the only complaint that I have. I really feel you should be able to smoke in a smoking room. I'll stay somewhere else on my next visit unless your policy changes, other than that I will be back to visit Sondra and "Tiffany".....I think.
5.7 Okay
Pros: Clean environment with a friendly staff and delicious breakfast.
Cons: Quite possibly the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept in. Was more comfortable to sleep on the floor. Was supposed to check in at 2pm, but the room wasn't ready until closer to 3.
3.4 Mediocre
Pros: After checking the bed for bed bugs, I was able to get some sleep on a fairly comfortable based.
Cons: On arrival, I had to walk past smokers hanging around the entrance. Walking in, there was the lovely scent of heavily used ashtray. I hoped that it would be different in my room so I proceeded to the elevator. I got to my room and the moment of truth, opened the door, but there were no angels singing. Instead, the trapped scent of dirty, wet carpet escaped into the hallway, surrounding my senses (at least two). If I had not been so freaking tired, I would have walked away. Instead, I checked the bed for bedbugs, opened the window, and crashed. On a positive note, the water was hot for my shower.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location with easy travel to Boulder and Denver. Clean rooms, decent breakfast.

Pros: Clean and quiet. Full size fridge. Updated rooms. Great location with good restaurants around. Plenty of parking.
Cons: Unfriendly and somewhat unprofessional staff. No business center. No breakfast room. Snacks are not breakfast. Fitness room is tiny and very poor. No pool. We didn't get room service even once on our 3 night stay. Overpriced.
