Pros: The staff were extremely efficient, friendly and helpful. The room was beautifully furnished, with everything we required provided.
Cons: We unfortunately arrived during lift replacement work. Our room was next to the lift shaft, so we had a few noisy moments.

Pros: Standard business hotel I would say. Availability of espresso (that is actual strong coffee) was very appreciated.
Cons: Well, all the visit was affected by the situation in zim at the moment. Electricity not working, no available local currency meant all and everything had to be bought at the hotel (including all meals, water, snacks - everything).

Pros: The staff is very friendly and very professional. Their rooms are sparkling clean. Had dinner ..the food was cooked to perfection. Also had breakfast .I really liked that too. It was value for money. The waiters were cheerful and helpful .
Cons: Holiday inn Mutare is a great place....have no dislikes.

Pros: Very hospitable hosts. Lovely accommodation, very clean and everyone was very helpful. Will certainly recommend to friends and family.

Pros: The host was truly helpful and gave recommendations that made our stay so interesting. Breakfasts were amazing including fresh muffins which were perfect for lunch. All our needs accommodated and our visitors were even welcomed allowing us to hold impromptu business meetings on the veranda.

Pros: A welcoming retreat in a quiet part of Mutare. A range of comfortable, spacious rooms looking over a carefully tended garden to the hills beyond. Gordon is a fundi of local information. He and his staff go out of their way to be helpful.
Cons: Breakfasts only, but there are two good dining options within walking distance.

Pros: Gordon himself was a wonderful host. The rooms were clean, and the breakfast table set up beautifully.
Cons: I think his kitchen chef is not very good. The breakfast fry up was a little dry, and not as beautifully presented as the rest of the continental table.
