Under construction - not mentioned on website and no refunds allowed.
I made the reservation due to location and because they advertised an indoor pool which I wanted for my daily therapy. When I arrived the place was under construction and the indoor pool was closed, Front desk personnel were rude. Outside my sliding glass door was trash, old mattresses piled up and there was no drapes to block out light. No room phone. When I asked for a refund I was told there were no refund. Two of the front desk clerk were incredibly rude. Cigarette butts everywhere by the entryway. I will never stay there again. I am relocating to the area for my business and I am in charge of finding hotels for my clients and for our company. I will NOT recommend this hotel. I call IHG Hotel customer services and I was on hold for 25 minutes then asked way too many question about my account then the call was disconnected.
Mold in the Room
The lobby was clean and smelled great. The front desk worker was very pleasant.
My room smelled musty. Upon further investigation, I could see mold on the room ceiling and everywhere in the bathroom. Very disappointed with my stay!!!!

When we pulled into the parking lot we saw chunks of the building had fallen off. The area the hotel was in was very run down. Lots of closed down businesses. Overgrown vegitation. Immediately we asked to see a room and we were told NO. The woman at the front counter was the most rude person ive evermet in my life. She should not hold a job where she deals with people. The rooms smelled like mildew and the guests were smoking weed. We finally got in contact with the manager after day 3. He was very nice and transferred us to a partner hotel which wasnt much better. Overall most people from that area were rude.
Made a mistake in my reservation. Cancelled the same day. They charged me anyway
The room was very clean. The staff was helpful and professional. Nice and quiet at night, most couples were older.
The water in the pool was ice cold.

Called the front desk to get our bathroom cleaned while we were out (shower was dirty when we arrived). When we returned, nothing had been cleaned. Room curtains, etc were dirty and old. Windows could not be completely covered at night so we felt exposed. It happy with room or service, and it was very expensive for 1 night.
That it was located near the beach, entertainment, and shopping.
The hotel room had mold on the ceiling and everything seemed like it had water on it. It made food soggy and clothes wrinkled from the moisture in the room. When the room had been cleaned they did not wipe any dressers or the desk down. Did not take care of cups we had used. The hot tub could have been painted to look a litter nicer. The food was the same every day. But I guess that's what you get for the price.
Lower priced for a quick trip and close to the airport which was helpful for early flight.
Older hotel. On first floor and balcony walked right out into parking lot and seemed a little sketchie-

The location was not good, everything around it is closed down. No hot water either day and staff had no explanation when it would be fixed. Elevator was disgusting. Asked for a room with a king bed and got put in a room with two doubles. Worst was the fact that there was no hot water. I will not stay in this hotel again.
