Next to elevator, loud. Not very updated. Didn't seem up to Hampton Inn standards.
Fake eggs but not complaining about anything else just come on fake eggs after everythin else being awsome?
Convenient, clean, hospitable Freeway noise...
Very nice decor and a very comfortable bed! The room was great and was equipped with many extras like a lap desk, ironing board, and nice, bug TV. Perhaps a better quality breakfast.
the bed was very comfy. the thin walls.
Shuttle Room layout. Location.
The hotel was very clean from top to bottom. The beds were very comfortable, with the perfect pillows. The location was perfect, easy access with several amenities very close. I will definitely stay her again!! I didn't like that I only got to stay 1 night!
The staff is wonderful ,friendly and courteous. And the hotel is extremely clean.
The staff here are very professional and were quick to respond to our needs! Pool area was clean and inviting after a long day! The rooms are very dated bed and linings not very comfortable.. Stay in the front side as a train runs past the back side regularly.
Staff was really friendly, hotel was clean and quiet. Will return again!!
No hot water..waited couple of hours ro fix the issue
We liked that the hotel was easily accessible from major highways, and close to a major shopping mall. Make sure you hide all of your belongings if you decide to have the maid clean your room. We informed the hotel manager, and she gave us the "Our word against hers" speech. It is unfortunate that they choose to hire staff that will steal their customers property. Be careful if you choose to stay here, or don't let room service into your room.
The rooms were very spacious and clean. The front desk staff were very polite and courteous, especially the assistant manager Danielle, who drove us to the airport to catch the light rail to the Seahawks game. Bathroom was also spacious and shower was very powerful and refreshing. The entire hotel is VERY well maintained and I would DEFINITELY recommend for anyone who is looking for value and convenience. Also only 5 minutes from SouthCenter Mall which is a shopper's paradise! I wish the rooms had a built-in safe, but otherwise I really have no complaints.
Proximity to airport, location wasn't too bad to everything else, Staff was very nice, No Hot tub, Rooms are a little dated.
Everything was good, nice staff, quiet&clean rooms Only thing is that the train goes right behind the hotel.... And it runs 2-3 times a night with horns
Very Clean, Excellent customer service, The restaurant server is very kind and very helpful so is the cook that spoke multiple languages. I highly recommend this Hotel. The hotel is under-rated. It should be given a 5 star.
I liked that the hotel is right off the freeway. Close to lots of shopping, activities, and restaurants. I was there with a family reunion, I thought the hotel could've been more accommodating. We got a lot of complaints about noise, of course we would be noisy, It's A Family Reunion!!!! Putting all the reunion guests in one section of the hotel would've help with the noise control. The hotel staff did allow us to use an empty banquet room one night to gather in which was greatly appreciated.
King sized bed with feather pillows, nice furniture, friendly staff, very good continental breakfast. Off season (february) was a good time to get a room practically on a floor by itself so very very quiet. Had a great stay. One small issue with the shower water temperature fluctuating, but otherwise was perfect!
The beds were comfy The breakfast was poor at best. Breakfast staff was rude. Wouldn't refill food toward end of breakfast time even though lots of people wanting to eat. Staff wanted us out before finishing our breakfast.
Shuttle from and to air[port was nice. The guy in the breakfast area when we had breakfast was RUDE.
Location and access to freeways Age of the Hotel is truly showing. Overall cleanliness was less than adequate (LTA). Exercise area was LTA, restaurant was LTA, resturaunt staff was LTA, no jacuzzi to relax, front desk staff not at all helpful, room cleanliness was borderline, hallway floors are uneven and barely wide enough to fit two people across, TV remote never worked, faucet handle broke off when I used it the first time.
Very clean and well managed hotel with friendly staff. We have not stayed in the Ramada type hotel often. Our most frequently stayed hotels would be the Embassy Suites, Hilton or Hyatt. This was a surprised clean and comfortable hotel. Maybe the Wyndham takeover of the chain really adds value and quality to Ramada. Hope it is the same across the whole chain.
Very slow front desk service. False fire alarms. 3 in one night. Hotel didn't care. no explanation. Very entry level hotel for premium price.
It did not have a hotel-like atmosphere
Comfy bed, free snacks, good breakfast Charging to park
Being by the airport I thought that it would be noisy w/lots of traffic. Nothing, quiet as they come, and very beautiful location! Our room was a King Reg room.. nothing special by any means.. until we opened the door. Very clean and welcoming. It makes people spend the little extra to step up that high on the totem pole of hotels. A+++ Breakfast was all inclusive, but the time frame of AFTER 6:30am.. hello?? it was a Monday morning, and there are people that need to go back to work. Traffic in Seatac on Mon morning 6:30am was not going to allow anyone to enjoy that beautiful breakfast.
It was an unexpected delight in a convenient location - close to the airport.
The facility, property, and amenities were nice. On the first night our car was broken into and a very sentimental wedding gift was stolen from the vehicle. We were notified by security at 0130, the police didn't come until 0330, and we got NO sleep because of it all. All that Manager Marc was willing to do was allow us to check out early without a cancellation fee!?!?! After several conversations he finally agreed to refund the second night. Hardly any compensation for the stress, grief and cost of the whole incident considering the vehicle was owned by a family member so now we have to pay the $500 deductible, $288 for a rental car, and not to mention the cost of replacing the wedding gift. IT WAS A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND SOLELY BECAUSE OF THE TREATMENT WE GOT FROM MANAGER MARC, NOT ONLY WILL WE NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN BUT I WILL TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO NEVER STAY THERE AS WELL!!!!
I liked the layout of the hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I would stay there again, and I would recommend it to anyone. I did not like that there was an extra cost for Valet parking, nor did I like the room size for the price. The menu was also a bit pricey.
It was one of the nicest places... and I've paid much more in other places!
Everything! Really appreciated the shuttle service! Can't think of anything.
Great food! Luxurious. People super friendly. Beautiful room, nice details.
Atmosphere....landscaping Needs nicer hot tub and hot tub area to enjoy the beautiful grounds
Everything. The rooms were well appointed and very comfortable. The resident lounges throughout the hotel with 24/hr snack access was great. The restaraunt served excellent food. While waiting to change rooms I received a few uptight an accusatory calls from a guy at the front desk asking when I'd be checking out- not friendly and stuck up. I was packed and ready to move and just had to wait around in my room for about 3 hours until I was finally moved, to a very nice sweet that smelled of debauchery (day after a large wedding) and lots of snacks crushed and stuck in between the couch cushions.
Due to proximity to airport, jet noise was prevalent. Otherwise, this place was absolutely wonderful.
Parking was a pain in the butt
This was the best free breakfast ever! they thought of everything. maintenance in our room.
It was clean, nice a great place to spend the night prior to taking a flight out from seattle, or to spend the night coming, not a destination in its self.
The staff were very nice, and the airport shuttle is handy. The wifi worked. There is no restaurant, nor one nearby. (Though staff did offer to take me by shuttle.) The facility is in sad shape and in need of repairs and refreshing. It is older. The room was clean but worn and very, very small. I went down for breakfast at 8:20 but there wasn't any food left or coffee, so they don't refresh it often though it was open until 9:00 am. It was disappointing but not a disastrous stay.
People at front desk were nice The hotel looks very old, smells and needs updating. The bathroom was gross, don't look down the sink drain it looks like something will jump out at you. Reminds me of those hotels you see on Hotel Impossible show that's gross and dirty.
Welcome from Timothy. I disliked 90% of my stay. The room was nasty!! Sheet, pillow cases and comforter was stained and dirty. I took pictures to prove this. The carpet apparently wasn't vacuumed there was dirty areas on the floor in the restroom as if it wasn't moped, desk wasn't clean. Look I travel frequently and this has been the worst ever. Management needs to pay more attention to her hotel. This was the second room I was given room 309 and 338 both were nasty. Will never stay at another Comfort Inn ever!!
The airport shuttle service was great. The wifi was terrible.
Close to the airport and they have a shuttle.
The staff was courteous. I wish I had known they were under construction.
Hair in bathtub. Parts missing from coffee maker. Unbelievably noisy when other guest flush. Will not go back.
The room smelled like smoke and the sheets were dirty
Place is run down and seedy. Have stayed there for years. Felt super unsafe and rooms a total dump! Carpet was wer about three feet around the ac unit. No plugs in sink and tib. Coffee maker broke and missing parts. Part of a metal plug stuck in bathroom outlet. Room had a terrible odor probably due to wet carpet. Felt unsafe on room and walking down the halls. Water ending machine empty and no bottled water for sale in hotel.
The staff was friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located for getting to shopping, restaurants and the airport. The beds were comfortable and we didn't think it was to noisy except for 1 night people in the courtyard were up late being a bit loud [we were there 6 nights] Also the grounds were nice with landscaping and trees. For the price the stay should have included a continental breakfast as most of the other hotels I stay at do for that price. We always look for hotels with pools for family to enjoy and my biggest complaint is that the pool had no changing area or bathroom or fresh water rinse off area, We were located on the 3rd floor down a long hallway which is really inconvenient for using the restroom. There was a large group of kids staying there while we were there and I wondered where they might be going.I would like to suggest the hotel add that to their nice pool and hot tub for sanitary reasons.
Staff was very friendly. Well manicured grounds. Great location for shopping and fine dining.
Great location, quiet, comfortable, large room. I had traveled in from a different location in the state where none of these descriptions applied to where I had been. This location was wonderful after being away for five weeks. Elevator was out of service. However, the staff advised me of this and offered me a room on the first floor if I desired. Not a big thing but I did need to carry my luggage up the stairs.
Loved the location and great customer service. Plus the remodel is outstanding !! The only thing that could be better was the beds. The mattress is way too firm and being older people, we had issues with back pain sleeping on that hard of a mattress.

They accommodated our need for more beds by giving us a bigger unit. Five nights a week they have a complimentary meal. The location is good for me but is not close to restaurants that you can walk to. It is close to South Center and other shopping.
Spacious room suites and very accommodating staff. Please supply complimentary filtered water in the rooms.

Comfortable bed Lots of room Kitchenette was well stocked 'Welcome Reception' on weeknights food/beverages were good Staff was very friendly and helpful Location was a little hidden, but was not too far from Mall and Restaurants. Parking was limited
Proximity to airport's rental car facility; the room itself was HUGE and very well appointed with a full kitchen, a separate bedroom area, and very large living room; plenty of snacks a microwavable foods to purchase from front desk no elevator so had to haul luggage up a flight of stairs
Hot breakfast served every morning My husband and I walked into our room and it smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke! We are not smokers.Called the desk and was told we were booked for the smoking suite and couldn't be moved cause they were booked full.We smelled like ashtrays. Not happy
The staff was sooo helpful. The breakfast was varied and well-maintained. Door leading to elevator broken so had to use steps to reach 3rd floor, probably ok since room was so far from elevator.
Very nice, will definitely stay again!!! No
The price was good. The staff was great! The room (102B)backed up to a train track and was a little loud. Also, the heating vent in the living room was very loud and rattles. It was difficult to hear the television!
Very nice room and spacious bathroom. Bed could've been a little softer though. No refrigerator in the room was disappointing.
Everything was great.
My family have had Alaska vacation during Thanksgiving, and stayed in Hampton overnight before returned to Nashville. The experience in your hotel is excellent! We recommend the hotel immediately to other family members and our close friends at the night we stay! We are sure will come back again if we have the chance to visit Seattle in the future!
The location It wasn't worth the price charged.
The staff was incredibly nice and FAST. Fastest check-in at a hotel ever. The room was very clean and comfortable, nice decor and touches. The free breakfast was better than most. My partner was thrilled that there was biscuits and gravy, and I made a sausage sandwich. Check out and the shuttle to and from the airport were just as fast, clean and convenient as the rest of the stay.
We use this Hampton Inn when ever we have an early flight out of SEA-TAC. It is fairly new and well kept. Prices are reasonable. I can't speak to the breakfast as we generally are gone before service starts. They will put up a snack bag for you. A short walk to Dave's Diner is a good option as well as other places to eat in the area. Nothing negative about it since the road construction is done.
Staff was very helpful, nice area to stretch your legs or go for a run in the morning before our long flight.
Very clean room. A/C unit was also clean...no musty smell. Overall, the facility needs to be refurbished. Carpets need to be changed!
Bed was comfortable Room was big No place to hang your clothes in room Breakfast quality looked rather weak Giant construction project in the front of the hotel Difficult to get the temperature right- 1 degree up and you were roasting, 1 degree down and you were freezing.
Clean, efficient and convenient for those traveling via SEA-TAC and in need of an overnight stay. They offer free shuttle service to and from the airport. Pickup from the airport was a simple phone call away and I was picked up right away. In the morning hours, the shuttle runs every half hour to take folks to the airport. Absolutely efficient and convenient. Hotel was clean and everything in working order. All the staff I interacted with here very pleasant and polite. I didn't try out their free wifi since I got in pretty late and went straight to bed. Free hot and continental breakfast in the morning was nice. I would definitely stay here again.
Due to stormy weather in Seattle, the Hampton inn was unable to accommodate our reservation. They made arrangements for us to stay at an alternative hotel. The following day, they picked us promptly and shuttled to our parked car at their facility. Excellent service!
Staff was very accomdating.
Sleep Inn is a very good location to the Sea-Tac airport. The shuttle drivers are really good at getting you to the airport on time. The only complaint I have is that the breakfast was not available for early flights. We paid for breakfast but weren't able to eat. Some type of accommodation should be made for very early travelers.
Good location, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, good value for the money.
After reading some of the reviews on other sights, I was hesitant to book. However, I am VERY satisfied that I did. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean and comfortable. It appeared to have been recently renovated. I did not have any negative experiences or concerns.
Decor and very clean. Nice breakfast too!
The room was nice & very clean. The best part is was a very good price!
My room was extremely clean, the bed comfortable and the bed linens new. The morning airport shuttle was extremely well-organized. The driver organized luggage according to departure stops. The check-in desk and the morning shuttle driver were both very competent. The room was very small. Street noise could be heard. Evidently the windows do not block street noise.
Friendly staff, good location near airport and Southcebter, and 24 hr shuttle service to get traveler to airport. Food was available in breakfast area for traveler catching airport shuttle at 3:30 AM! Had some difficulty getting room heat adjusted (probably my fault), but fan somewhat noisy. Bed and pillows could have been a bit softer!
Convenient location for getting to the airport. Excellent courtesy shuttle to airport. The driver was very pleasant and helpful. How can you have a laundry room but have no place to get change? I was told to walk down the street somewhere to get change. That's ridiculous. Breakfast could only be described as lousy.
Stayed two nights. There was nothing I could complain about. It was everything we expected and more. The staff, the location, breakfast was great. Will definitely stay in Sleep Inn's more often.
Location is good for close proximity to airport. The room interior looks good. It's a decent hotel for a Sleep Inn and spending $50-$75/night. I wouldn't pay anymore than that. Hotel was full and we had to park in an unlit gravel area. The hotel had a terrible dingy old smell. The room was sprayed with fragrance disinfectant so bad it was hard to breath.
The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great what a spread
Convenience of delivery to airport. No Restaurant!
The shuttle was supeb....a great choice of hotel in view of catching an early a.m. flight out of Sea/Tac airport. The breakfast was very average, but not a deterrant. The hotel was very good and they accomodated us when they could not find my "bookings.com" reservation. I had booked a king room for June 28th (of which they had no record) .....they did find a booking for me for July 7th which made no sennse to me. This was the first time I used Booking.com and it makes me a little nervous....and yet I just stayed at Kempinski in Frankfurt and the reservation was flawless....
It was close to the airport and offered a free shuttle service. It was quite old and not the 'normal' Best Western standard I've seen. Secondly, the floors and walls were paper thin, so we heard every step of the person above us.
Very comfortable and close to JFK Airport Access difficult - surrounded by highways
the room was really clean. I expected something else because of other reviews saying they saw cochroaches and it was durty but it was soooo clean and comfy. well worth the price!! the breakfast was great too. better than other breaksfast at hotels i´ve had... over all it was perfect. shuttle guy was very helpful and friedly more than front desk they were a lil cranky.. Th absolute only thing i didn´t like was that in the morning there was a criket in the sink in the bath room. it was shocking but who cares...
room service was excellent. breakfast hot, plentiful and juice was very good
Value for money Poor breakfast
There was a minor snow storm when we arrived and the staff worked hard to get everyone to and from the hotel in a timely manner. They were very courteous especially Cathy on the front desk. When we got stranded at the shopping mall, ELizabeth ( think that was her name) organized the van to pick us up as all taxis were not running or unavailable.
Old dumpy Best Western renovated to acceptable level. OK for one night maybe but not for more. Dumpy. Noise. No sound insulation. Leaky plumbing
We only slept over before catching our cruise ship,so we needed the pick-up service from the airport & sleeping accommodations. Everything was acceptable
The rooms were clean. Staff were courteous and helpful. Good service. Would return if plan a trip to Seattle There was nothing negative.
Very convenient to the airport and surprisingly quiet.
The staff was very courteous. They were helpful and they got us into our room early. All requests by us were handled in a friendly manner. Yes, we would stay there again.
Proximity to the airport. It is recommended for slaying prior to an early flight.
This hotel is so clean and even smells fresh. The free shuttle and location is very convenient, and the staff is friendly. Breakfast was a nice selection and the restaurant next door was reasonably priced withe delicious food. Plus, they're open late at night. I highly recommend this hotel!
24 hour on demand airport shuttle and proximity to airport
The convenience of being close to airport, walking distance. Great place to eat in same parking lot. Great and helpful service. Highly recommend.
Comfy beds no wasted space. Good location with easy access to airport Toilet broke, poor water pressure.
Quick shuttle pick up and drop off. Close to airport and restaurant.
Conveniently close to the airport. Its a good facility. Breakfast room was very crowded in the morning.
EVERYTHING!! Awesome staff, beautiful clean cozy luxurious convenient rooms, hassle free check in!! Great complimentary breakfast, ect ect ect!!! We actually stayed 3 extra days because it was sooo wonderfull HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL!!!! I normally don't take the time to do reviews, but they absolutely deserve it!!! :-) :-) :-) N/A
Good sized, clean rooms with full size fridge and stove. Clean. I repeatedly had the experience of calling the front desk and waiting eight or ten rings for an answer. This is both before and during my stay. I also cooled my heels at the front counter until someone showed up. They were quite nice when they got around to answering the phone or getting to the front counter, but the front desk simply had no one there, almost always. I don't know if this was a management fault of having too few staff, or worker bees, but my feeling is the latter. They seemed to spend a lot of time in the room behind the front desk. There was no bell on the front counter to summon anyone. Although, given my phone experience I'm not sure it would've made any difference. Entirely different subject. I went to the hot tub and it six inches of foam on it.
Location, beds and very clean
Room with kitchen, dishwasher and full-size fridge. Bed was horrible.
The layout of the room kitchen, comfortable bed. Dvd player in room and internet hookup plus free wifi. entry was nice, ok breakfast, coffe and tea at the ready. the shower was not completely clean there were short hairs on the walls left, men stubble around the sink. The hair dryer almost caught my hair on fire it was shooting electrical sparks. They did remove it from the wall after I complained it was done the same day and replaced it with a new one.
Stayed on The 2nd floor . we Could hear everything upstairs and above us . We could hear the guests upstairs party till 2.00 am and the maid vacuum the floors above in the morning . It was like they were going to come through the ceiling . Very little sound proofing between floors . The bathroom door was on an angle when we closed it . Everything else was ok . WE have stayed at this location 3 times now , and never experience the extreme noise above . Not sure if we would stay again .
The suite had a nice layout and a large bathroom. The breakfast was pathetic, seating was terrible, and they began cleaning up early. The shower rod was falling off the wall and the door casing in the bathroom had swelled from moisture and was peeling apart. The couch had stains on it in the room.
Better hide a bed mattress Bathroom was old - shower head wasn't very powerful
The staff was friendly and helpful! The room was very clean. Complementary laundry machines were a great benefit since we had been traveling several days. We had stayed at the Larkspur before and we will again! We have no complaints
Of COURSE I love everything about Larkspur and they deserve 5 stars. :) The bed and pillows. I feel bad for saying it but the bed was rock solid and the pillows were lumpy. Definitely not a good night sleep. Annnddd Mohammed doesn't work there anymore. :(
The only good thing was the guy working at the front desk. He was really nice. This was one of the dirtiest and cheapest motels I have stayed at. The rooms were crappy, the location was crappy and the price for the place was way too high, spend the extra money for a better hotel. The whole night you could hear people talking outside and there was no sense of comfort in the room.
Very well-equipped room: Comfortable, king-size bed, refrigerator and microwave in the room, air-conditioner, flat screen TV. Courtesy transportation to the airport. The towels were pitiful - bordering on worthless.
Staff was rude, crazy tweakers that were staying in the room next door kept harassing my boyfriend every time we would leave the room.
Dirty. Not good English speaking staff. Warm breakfast beverages, ( milk, juice).
You get what you pay for. The bathroom was very clean. The room wasn't as pictured when booking, it smelled like an antique place. Most outlets didn't work and bed sheets were stained.
it was terrible, there were bed bugs and they needed to switch my rooms. The room they gave me had no telephone and the alarm clock wasn't functional. When I asked for some sort of credit they didn't offer me anything.
Staff was excellent. place was clean and up to date. We will stay again for sure. Price excellent. Bed spread was gross!!!!!! Change them.
Absolutely nothing. We had a reservation for a 2 queen bed suite and called a week ahead to confirm and notify them that we would be checking in after midnight due to our late arriving flight. They said no problem their desk was 24/7. When we arrived around 12:30 AM there was a note on the locked door saying they would be back in 10-15 minutes. 15 minutes later I called the number on the note and was told it would be another 5 minutes. It turns out the desk clerk is also the person who picks people up at the airport. When we finally got into the room the first thing we did was lay down on the beds to try them out. They were the most uncomfortable beds I have ever been on in my life. We think they put the box springs on top by mistake. We could feel every metal coil on our backs. There was almost no padding whatsoever. I went into the office to let the desk clerk know and he seemed dismayed. He said we had the best room in the place and there had never been a complaint before. We were shocked. There were four of us and none of us had ever been on such uncomfortable beds before. Another person had checked in right after us and stopped by to see for herself and she couldn't believe it either. We asked for extra blankets to use as pads but were told they are not provided. The clerk came into the room but didn't seem to interested in checking out the bed. We were offered a full refund so we chose to leave and drive home to the Portland area as we knew we wouldn't be able to sleep on the beds.
Polite, cooperative staff Location between airport and Burien, where my son lives complementary ride back to airport lots of coffee in the morning a bit run-down '60s-'70s motel and decor broken toilet paper holder loose toilet seat too little parking available in parking lot
Very nice staff and clean rooms.
Beds were so comfortable Good room service
The lobby is the nicest part of the property. When we checked out I asked the nice young lady at the front desk why we had been placed in a substandard room in a nearly empty hotel. She apologized and offered to comp our parking charges. Still disappointing. Four Points Seattle is a “no frills” hotel, the lobby does not reflect that fact, but the restaurant and rooms do. Our room was small and the two places to sit in the room were uncomfortable. The bed was ok to me, my wife hated it. The restaurant was spartan, plastic and metal furniture with one window, and way over priced for a “no frills” hotel. The three staff members we came in contact with were very nice, friendly. During our three day stay, the hotel was mostly empty, we saw one other couple in the elevators in our comings and goings. We were given a room with a horrible view, a section of a roof and the exterior back wall of the hotel… why..? the place was empty. I could have gone down to the front desk and complained, but this is a Starwood Property, I should not be forced to complain to be taken care of in a nearly empty Starwood Property. If I am forced to complain, you have failed.
I liked my money being refunded secondary to the incredibly poor customer service, being moved to another room due to maintenance issues, and no refrigerator as advertised. The only plus to staying to here is that it is a direct road to the airport. I didn't like paying for an upgraded room so I could see a sliver of the Puget Sound (not worth the extra charges between a traditional versus a deluxe room). I didn't like being treated poorly when we complained about maintenance issues or the lack of a refrigerator in the room. I definitely didn't like the fact that we had to move to another room due to the deadbolt not functioning properly. I didn't appreciate having to call housekeeping and have some gentleman crawl into our shower, twice, as there were no toiletries in the shower (there are dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the shower). It was an inconvenience to have to call for a refrigerator to be brought to our room, then moved to our second room, as they don't furnish refrigerators in their rooms (even though it is advertised as such in deluxe rooms). And what is that smell in the common areas and lobby?

the heater was quiet no
Close location to where I needed to be. Im not a fan of exterior doors, but its not a deal killer if I get a hotel that has one.
Staff, location Bathroom light/fan howled! Had to leave light off.
The room is cozy and clean. There is no bath tub stopper in my room and can not take bubble bath :(
Location is good and the staff was friendly Deceptive advertising about 'Free Internet'. It's not really free. It costs $4.99 to get usable internet speeds. Very infuriating for a business traveler! I got a smoking room which I didn't request. I didn't receive room service for my 2 night stay
Close to mall, checking in was a breeze even tho we arrived past midnight from airport. Staff gave us free cot bed. Laminate floors Shower tub has molds. Needs to upgrade tiles
My room was dirty - a sticky substance inside the cupboards & inside the fridge, a used diaper next to the bed, filthy toilet, heat/cool unit inoperable etc. Front desk staff told me no other rooms available & housekeeping was gone for the day. Awful
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport and there is free parking on premesis. Afternoon staff was courteous and accommodating. The linens, toilet, and countertop were not thoroughly cleaned. Our 'new' room still had a full trashcan from the last visitor's stay. Morning staff didnt seem interested in providing any kind of customer service or enthusiasm.

The location was great. Yes, it was dirty.
Cheap-ish, at $---/night and close to Southcenter and the RapidRide E line. They are never consistent about fees. $20+tax to have my cat there last month, $25+tax PER NIGHT this time. 'Breakfast' is cheap granola and cheap muffins and weak coffee.
The staff was dealing with large groups of guests and a housekeeper issue, but they (staff) remained pleasant and helpful. Many areas of the hotel were not as clean as what we consider the "Hilton standard."
Other than the dislikes the room was well kept and maintained, as was the small portion of the hotel we saw. Staff was somewhere between meh and alright overall, standard check in/out. The room we had was close to pool area so room smelled like chlorine and we were awoken by children running up and down hallways. Bed was... odd; I'm 6'3 160 pounds and laying in the bed created an indent the size a small hippo.
Hotel has a good location and they have a shuttle for airport. If you wanna be alone and relax that is the best place in Renton. but you must have a car to go Seattle or all around by the way there is an Avis in Renton on Grady Street which has gentle and friendly staff.
The beds were extremely comfortable.
The hotel is basic Hilton Garden Inn, with a current remodel in progress in the lobby. The staff was curious and friendly. The fitness center is badly in need of attention. During my stay, the sanitizing wipes were dried out and needed replacement. I thought I'd just use the Purell dusoenser on the wall, but it too was empty. I went to use the TV remote and the batteries were missing. After I finally got started on the elliptical machine, I discovered that the display wasn't functioning properly (the heart monitor wasn't working).
I liked the location...extremely close to the airport. The bed was a king and plenty big for a tall man like myself. The first room I recieved smelled like smoke...I returned to the front desk to ask for another room. The lady at the service desk got snappy with me and reluctantly gave me another room. I will definetly will inquire whether they allow smoking at the hotel before I rent in the future.
Excellent service, clean, nice room, quiet, relaxing. No.
Fairly comfortable bed, clean room. Friendly staff. Location is in a business park with nothing around. Walls are a bit thin. Woken up by noise from adjacent rooms.
The room was comfortable and I felt welcomed. It was clean but could always be cleaner. More food that is less expensive.
Our room had a lovely view of the HVAC and had cheap updates with shotty workmanship.
clean and close to airport
The cleanliness & friendliness. Pool was too cold to use. Remodeling. We had to walk outside in the pouring rain to get from the front desk to the elevator. I'm in a wheelchair, which made it especially unpleasant. I would have appreciated knowing about the remodel before hand. There is no excuse for a cold pool. It should have been 85 degrees (I have a home pool so I know). Grandkids were disappointed. We were too.
My pet was allowed to stay in the room for a small charge for the few days we were there. The room was clean and had just enough room for us to sleep, eat at the table, and just relax and hang out. The front desk ladies were very nice and hospitable. The grab-and-go breakfast was good. Oatmeal, granola bars, fruit, but most important was coffee! I didn't have time to stop for coffee, so the coffee there was a godsend. With highways surrounding the building it was loud, but not unmanageable. The TV was very dark, even with the brightness and everything turned up as high as it could go. I didn't like that the door seals weren't the best and that light could be let in and that a rush of wind would jiggle the door - scared my dog and he would start to bark.
Location, on site laundry, the staff. My microwave caught fire. I have pictures and told the front desk.
