10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was delicious, views were amazing, the whole hotel stay was just awesome. Big, clean rooms, staff who was beyond nice. Really worth visiting
Cons: The beach which is just next to the hotel might be more cleand up
7.9 Good
Pros: I liked the spacious room, the open bathroom, bath tub and the Nice view from the terrace balcony, as well as the special staff.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The premises are beautiful and well kept, in a secluded park. There's a wide choice of restaurants covering all types of food and they're all very good. I used the healthy breakfast which was delicious and varied. The rooms are cavernous with a terrace overlooking the sea (at least in the wellness building). It's a fantastic place to chill-out and relax while enjoying very good food.
Cons: The spa was closed for maintenance so unfortunately I only had one day to use it and it was too short.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: When I was preparing for my mother's birthday trip, I was most concerned about the hotel. I was very pleased with your delicate consideration. The food, the staff, everything was perfect. If I ever visit Okinawa again, I really want to stay again. I want to thank you again for giving me and my mom good memories.
Cons: None!!! I'll see you next year.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: A luxurious birthday treat. Room was fantastic. Spa is great. Tea and cocktail time were excellent. My friend had a massage she says was amazing. Thoroughly recommend, so pleased we stayed in this hotel and not the larger one down the road
Cons: Might seem small but we were there for 2 nights for a birthday treat. Wanted to do karaoke on the second night but it was closed. No signs advising of this as we would have done it on the first night. Probably a relief for most people!
10.0 Excellent
Cons: Couldn't complain about anything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a perfect place to get rest. Upscale luxurious yet very private and elegant resort. Very quite and peaceful. I loved everything there— room, wellness spa, simple but amazing breakfast, free lounge service.. excellent assistance from staff, and nearby private beach. hotel restaurants were excellent as well. Best resort so far. Can’t wait to come back.
Cons: Nothing. Pricy but it is worth it
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spa, views, inclusive tea/canapés/champagne etc., friendly staff, wonderful breakfast buffet, didn’t feel too full of people
Cons: Quite far from airport, restrictions on anything outside of the rules, limited spa availability, expensive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed for 8 nights -- it was just perfect and worth the price. Fantastic resort to get rest while enjoying the sea. It is small size private resort so staff pay close attention to each guest. Best spa ever with fresh/warm sea water. Simple but great breakfast I would miss every day. Free lounge service was really great.
Cons: Nothing really.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole experience was fantastic. The staff go so far out of their way to help - my fiancée is coeliac, each restaurant was aware and as we sat down came over with a list of dishes she could have and made special dishes for her without us asking.
Cons: NA
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The quiet and the peace of being just guests and not other people from outside

Cons: Didn't provide floor towel
8.8 Excellent
Pros: All of my family(elders and kids) love this awesome place, we hope we could stay longer! The location is easy to find, it's almost brand new building. The facilities are fully equipped. We cooked dinner in the house and have a wonderful night. Car rental is recommended, Aeon mall and Don Quijote store(激安殿堂)are not far. If you will visit 熱帶水果樂園、名護鳳梨園, this place is the best choice (just nearby).
Cons: It's not a problem, just a suggestion. The tables and chairs in balcony are dusty. If they could prepare rags for us, we could just clean/wipe by ourselves.

Cons: A little overpriced and breakfast buffet gets quite crowded early

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Facilities are great and all included in the room price. Beach is very nice and just next to the hotel. Good choice of restaurant.
Cons: If we have to find an issue, shuttle bus is very old and spreading smog smell around when it passes by.
7.9 Good
Pros: Beautiful resort, although very big it never felt crowded in the many restaurants, many water facilities, friendly staff , spacious rooms, very silent aircon, nice size of terrasse. A real holiday feel. Nice breakfast with fresh pancakes. We recommend this hotel !!!
Cons: Poor choice at buffet considered the price of the hotel. In the warm dishes there were very few options for vegetarians. Not a lot of variety in fruit. Complicated to book a restaurant in the evening if not long time in advance to get a table at a normal time (after 6 and before 9pm)
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding, and in fact the three dinner restaurants we went to offered very tasty meals. The view of the sea was lovely by the pool. Rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious. We particularly enjoyed the water slide into the lower pool :-)
Cons: Airport transfers were poor, only 3 times a day and impossible to book in advance for some reason. Staff had poor English but we were the only guests that were western.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast is very good! Great to have sea view from the room! Room is quite big for us to stay. We feel very comfortable and relax. The seafront is just nearby the hotel!
Cons: none
5.4 Okay
Pros: Beautiful place but bad receptionist.
Cons: The day I arrived I was given a price and the receptionist that helped me made it clear that it was the TOTAL price. She also insisted on paying when I checked out. The day I checked out the price of my stay was doubled. I complained and asked why and she said it was the price. I had to pay as I had no choice or proof. Also not friendly and made me feel like I was in the wrong. And it was my 30th birthday on that day which ruined my birthday.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Sea view is good
Cons: Too expensive in peak season
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Not a fancy hotel but comfortable stay with in-house marine activities. We had 2 Superior Twin Room with Sea View and the rooms were of good size, big enough to add one more bed with space for luggages. Coin washer and dryer as well as vending machines located at basement and marine activities counter located on 1st floor. There's a old style western restaurant Colombin further down the hotel which I would recommend for dinner.
Cons: Asked for high floor but was given 2nd floor, perhaps to meet our request of rooms next to each other. Breakfast spread was a bit repetitive for our 3 days there, more catered for Japanese/Taiwanese guests I supposed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: There are restaurants nearby few minutes walk away.
Cons: Hotel has only marine sports and activities.

Pros: Very relaxing, attentive service, good rooms and great facilities.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely very good hotel. Rooms, service, nature around the hotel. Everything we liked.
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and courteous staff. I was told we had an upgrade but I was not sure about the difference. Our room had a small walk-out courtyard with an outdoor tub which we had not used. But it was nice. What I appreciate is their shuttle service to the nearby restaurants for our dinners. Not only getting there but also picking us up. So we can enjoy a drink at dinner without the need of driving back.
Cons: Nothing except that the hotel is not near a beach literally.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Bathroom was spacious, modern and clean.
Cons: The premises was old. My friend highly recommended it to me and I decided to go for it on my second trip to Okinawa. However I was greatly disappointed as the place is old and when we drove in approaching the hotel lobby, the drvieway was narrow and not at all a Ritz Carlton style. The entire premises was a feel of old and poorly maintained on the outer walls. Interior was fine but the water feature around the lobby also gave a feel of old-fashion. I was also charged a lot more upon arrival. Overall, very lousy experience. My previous stay in Okinawa was a year ago at the Monterey Resort. It's awesome and I really regretted not staying there this trip. So many restaurants outside Monterey unlike Ritz Carlton which was isolated.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: this hotel is amazing. it was the best hotel we stayed at during our 5 week Japanese Trip. very nice building. good (large) beds. nice view. friendly staff. kids very welcome. nice pool. parking for free. free shuttle to beach. amazing. really.

Pros: The hostel has a good location. The room is very cozy and i got a fine stay experience.
Cons: Everything is really great!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: From the outside I didn't think too well of it - the building looked old and run-down - inside, however, the premises were tidy and clean...especially the dorm I slept in! I was lucky to be the only guest for the couple of nights I spent there but everything was good - the bed was more or less comfy and it was provided with an individual curtain, a light and its own power point. In the room there were lockers as well, which only fitted a medium-sized backpack, and hangers for your clothes. Laundry service is available for 200 yen and it included detergent and softener. They have a fully-equipped kitchen for use and toilets and bathrooms were clean and had shampoo and soap. Taka and Yuji were very helpful and Yuji booked the Orion Happy Park tour (it's free, and you get two beers at the end!) for me.
6.7 Good
Pros: I loved the homely comfortable feel of the place. The living area was great
Cons: I didn't find the staff very helpful in helping you plan days out but I think i came in low session.

Pros: The place is really clean I love the perfect facilities they serve me. And the room style is so awesome. Staff's nice and helpful
Cons: What's I didn't like was must to be the others guests which made so so much noise during the night. It's not the guest house's false at all. But I just want to share.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a very comfortable place in a very peaceful neighborhood. The Host is very nice and prompt to assist us. The place is full of personality, you can see and feel that on every detail - the garden, the balcony, the cheerful signs, etc. You can see the place was decorated with passion and effort, not a bunch of random decoration items put together. Also, there are instructions on how to use everything, in Japanese and English and even utensils you wouldn't expect, with such attention to the details and caring for the guests. I felt like home and it surely made my experience much better than I expected.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cozy like home Very clean Sunny balcony
Cons: None

10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had to drop by earlier than the listed check-in time without any notice, but the host welcomed us and got the room ready very quickly.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Big, clean and confortable room. Very good location(1-2 mins walk to monorails). Nice staff.
Cons: There is nothing to complain.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Owner was very nice and helpful and assisted me with retrieving a camera I lost on the bus trip on the way to the hostel. The place was very homely and the beds extra comfy. Located in a quiet neighborhood, a peaceful night's rest is guaranteed.
Cons: No Wifi, nothing of interest nearby, nearest convenience store is a 20-minute walk away.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The owner is a wonderful women who is glad to help you settle in and is very knowledgeable about the area. I've stayed here 4 times now, and she always makes me feel welcome. The best parts about the venue are that it is cheap, you can do your laundry, and during low travel season you might just have the house to yourself! Nearest restaurant - 1.5 Gakuya Ocean, 1 minute by foot Nearest bus stop - Yogi Bus Stop, 3 minutes by foot Nearest Convenience Store - Family Mart, 14 minutes by foot
Cons: The only downside to the place is its location. It's outside the city center, so it's better to have your own vehicle unless you want to be limited to the bus schedule. It's in a residential area, so no late night karaoke bars will keep you up, but it is on the main road, so expect to hear a moderate amount of traffic.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The owner is very friendly and helpful, although the distance is a little far from the main bus station, the owner gave me a lift when I got back and search the bus time for me. Thank you so much for your lovely sandwich as well.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Host is friendly
Cons: No location found in GPS when I rent the car from Naha.
7.9 Good
Pros: For a basic guest house, it was clean and well maintained. There was a free use of the washing machine and free tea and coffee. Also an ample supply of towels. The rooms were Japanese style with tatami mats, but had proper beds. Contrary to other reviewers, I found 4 shops , a post office and a small restaurant within 2 minutes walk. If you want a western style convenience store (Family Mart) then that is 1k back towards the main town. The small restaurant had an international menu and free WiFi for those seeking a fix.
Cons: Wifi would be useful and the property is very near to a main road.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Warm Traditional japan house.

Cons: Spider, cobwebs near the toilet window. Gecko (houselizard) near the toilet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Takahashi-san was wonderfully helpful and genuinely nice. He made our visit outstanding. The rooms were comfy with a great crossbreeze. Lying on the hammock on the terrace and in the garden as the sun set was one of the most peaceful moments of the trip. Had breakfast there one night. Really recommend reserving dinner and breakfast coz everything on Yagaji closes at 6 pm and then you're screwed for food. And the breakfast was really really delicious too. They lent us bicycled for free and we rode them to the aquarium and kouri island and sensoko. We would've been in trouble without those bikes!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved the area, the view, the extremely friendly and helpful staff and everything! Our tent was amazing and very comfortable (even though it was raining heavily at night!).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Glamping tent was comfortable and they allowed our 5 Yr old to stay with us (usually only 6 yrs and above). For a city family like us, its was a very comfortable clean tent and private toilet/bath 5 seconds outside your tent! We are NOT outdoorsy types, so believe me when I say this is a very clean environment! Some bugs outside but we were careful about zipping up the tent when we exit/enter, so no bugs got in. My kids (the elder of whom doesn't like outdoors!) loved the experience! One of the nights we stayed (March 2019) , it rained really heavily and was windy but I am happy to report tent was very stable and blankets were good quality and kept us nice and warm.
Cons: Need to plan ahead for dinner and breakfast as resort cafe not open. Dinner only upon a few days reservation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We stayed in glamping camp #5 (one of the larger ones but furthest from the beach) for 2 nights, and has a fantastic stay. Beds were warm and cosy, everything was super clean, and lots of hot water in the shower. Staff were super courteous and friendly too. Note that there aren't any restaurants nearby - you will have to venture out closer to Nago for dinner. The resort offers shabu shabu or BBQ but you need to notify them 2 days in advance (3000 yen per person).
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff is incredibly kind and was super helpful during all my help, even driving me on my first day as I didn’t have a car! The experience was amazing, really like camping but with all the comfort of a hotel. Hearing the nature’s sound when going asleep is amazing. The island, although quite far from the city and from commodities such as stores, is so beautiful!! I really enjoyed my visit!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Site surroundings
Cons: No breakfast option. It is difficult to find restaurant nearby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location and view. Unfortunately couldn’t access the restaurant, would’ve loved to stay longer.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Amazing friendly staff, beautiful location and great local food and craft festival.
Cons: Some pests in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were fairly new to the term “Galmping” but after our experience the word it self serves it justice. The surroundings of the facility are not that big but if your looking for a place to relax and connect with nature, you will find just that. Views of the ocean are all around and the sounds of wildlife are literally everywhere. We stayed at campsite number 5 its the biggest of all the tents and it was massive. Our backpacks and belongings fit well and the beds and linens were so comfy. I loved that the space was clean and inviting and the private bathroom was just steps away from the tent. Restaurants, supermarkets and other islands are close by. BBQ rental is worth it. I could not be more happy with the staff they are more than willing to go above and beyond. There customer service was impecable.

Pros: The views of the sea, the breakfast, the beach right in front of the hotel... everything was perfect!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great clean rooms, tasty breakfast, amazing view from room, perfect location on the beach. Definitely worth, great value for price.
Cons: Maybe you could provide some sun umbrellas or sunbeds for your guests (for money), to take to the beach. There is no shadow on the beach after 13.00 PM and you can only lay on your own towels.
4.2 Okay
Pros: The view from the room and Family Mart next door.
Cons: The hotel is very old and badly managed - shame for the Best Western chain. It was dirty and the balcony was not that nice as on the pictures. The reception was inadequate. The parking was limited. It was not worth the money at all. The beach was dirty too and the hotel did not bother to clean even the territory of the hotel on the beach.
7.9 Good

7.5 Good

6.7 Good
Pros: Great views from balcony Big spacious rooms by japenese standards Reasonable breakfast
Cons: Got there at 2.30pm and the reception said 3pm checkin only, didn't even look to see if our room was ready so sat at reception until 3pm which was annoying. Furniture in room was old and and look like it needed decorating. Not many other facilities apart from great sea view. It was expensive for what it is
7.5 Good
Pros: For a last minute change to our plans this was a good hotel for the money. The breakfast was good and had a nice view of the ocean. There is a Lawsons attached to the hotel that had all of the beach stuff that we needed.
Cons: The rooms were outdated and could have been nicer.
6.7 Good
Pros: Nice Lobby. Nice staff. Nice view of my room. Very close to the beach. Good breakfast buffet.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: A very nice hotel, totally lived up to my expectations. The view from the room was amazing: ocean+mountains. Spacious room, big comfortable bed, delicious breakfast with lots of options. The area is very quiet - not much to do. However the beach and the park are just perfect for sunrise/sunset walks, and right behind the hotel there is a very nice (and popular) place for dinner - Yukino. Bus terminal is within 5 min which is convenient for the day trips to Ocean Expo, Ryukyu Mura or wherever else you want to go. Totally recommend it.
7.5 Good
Pros: The room was clean, in good condition and not too small. The buffet breakfast had a good selection available. There's a nice quiet beach not too far.
Cons: The room was a bit noisy (ventilation system I think). There's not much to do in the immediate area if you do not have a car.

7.1 Good
Pros: Rooms were beautiful and clean. Loved the Jacuzzi on the balcony. Really good internet speed. Staff were friendly.
Cons: Toilet/shower room was really out of date it smelled funny and looked mouldy. Position of the hotel is very remote so it is hard to get around if you do not have a car. Restaurants on site were very expensive, had to pay service charge on everything - expect cheapest dinner to be 5K + yen and since everything is so far away from hotel that's the only thing you can get.

Cons: Far from everything
9.2 Excellent

We stayed only one night but I will come back for a week as the area is pristine. The owner was very friendly and easy to communicate in English. Our special thanks to him as when we left we forgot one jacket and he drove near 20 kilometers to reach us to drop our jacket. Really admirable. Our gratitude to him.
