Very children friendly. Various food. There is a place for children to play within the hotel. Every elevator has lights and music. The rooms are clean and the rooms are decorated like in Lego. Drinking water supplies are prepared. My boy's favourite hotel of our trip. The room had entertainment such as tv, duplos and even a game for the kids. 6 and 8 year old boys loved it. Love the variety of breakfast they provided. Very friendly staff, excellent service, clean and spacious room. Lego theme, Room decorations, Treasure hunt in room for kids etc. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Awesome experience for a family with small kids. The breakfast was amazing. Opposite side of the street is Legoland. You can relax and children can play Lego until the park opens. I love that it has plenty of kid friendly activities and the hotel is tailored to kids. The attention to detail was excellent, there was nothing left out. The food was phenomenal. Toothbrushes, hairbrushes, razor and pjs all provided which was awesome. The room was fantastic and kids love it so much. Love it so much. The Ninjago suite at Legoland Hotel was lots of fun. Our two boys loved it! So close to Legoland- at the end of the big day at the park you could go straight to your accommodation. Breakfast was amazing. Really fun hotel. This resort is a kids dream, literally everything is Lego themed. I loved the disco lifts! Location is perfect for Legoland, you are literally across the road. For anyone that has done the other parks in Japan, you know how tiring a day out at a theme park can be. Being able to walk straight into the hotel was AMAZING! The Ninjago suite at Legoland Hotel was lots of fun. Our two boys loved it! So close to Legoland- at the end of the big day at the park you could go straight to your accommodation. Breakfast was amazing. Really fun hotel. It is set up well to cater for families and the food menu is well suited for those with allergies, with common allergens listed and allergy free options available.
What are the cons of staying at Legoland Japan Hotel?
Room could be bigger. The hotel is room is quite basic and small, it's also an older style even though they're not that old. Beds, despite being large, are uncomfortable. Rooms are noisy in the evening (music outside and kids/people in hallway). Rooms feel a little dated and expensive. The food in the included breakfast and the buffet dinner weren't great. Most expensive meal we've had in Japan and left us wanting more. Not a typical buffet westerners would expect. Recommend eating at the local resturants for dinner rather than eating in. They will charge extra for early check-in or late check-out. For me, the room wall paper is too colorful with fancy patterned. Would have liked a full sized pool. There are limits for facility but less information especiall for water play. The rule for customer say nothing about water play registration. This makes us very disappointed. Really expensive and you have to book for everything on the app. That entry to the theme park was not included in the cost of the hotel. To book breakfast online, even If you choose English on the site, it defaults to Japanese. That's very difficult for overseas travellers. No free parking nearby considering the price of the room. The breakfast was okay. There was no table so if you dined in room you had to sit on a bed (and the bunks were small). The hotel should come with a ticket to Lego land. Breakfast. The room is just too small overall, but the design is amazing. Not much variety for vegetarian foods and room is quite small compared to other Legoland Hotel. The water pool is hard to use and we did not get any information that we have to register before and when we came back from legoland at 5 p.m..They said we cannot use the water pool until 9a.m. tomorrow. When I said "then we register for 9 a.m. tomorrow", she said you have no right to do because you stay here for 1 night." It's surprising because we can check out at 11 a.m. why 9 a.m. we can't use the pool. Breakfast is ok but you have to register ( again) before 11p.m.If not , you will be able to enter the cafeteria after9.30 a.m. Each family has 45 minutes for eating their breakfast. I know that there are lots of guests here but many rules make us feel uncomfortable. The hotel is room is quite basic and small, it's also an older style even though they're not that old. There's no convenience store around hotel. Hotel breakfast not so many options.
