Excellent breakfast with very good coffee, great value for money, friendly staff and very clean.

Parking very very tight, view from window was a car-park, breakfast was poor, room was ok, room temperature was too high, room decor was tired and in need of upkeep, room smelt badly of stale tobacco smoke, a bit away from centre, no access to an iron, elevator was broken, no fridge in the room, lift was out of order, minimal amenities, no toiletries, tissues, water, refrigerator, bathroom was very dated and could do with a good clean, expensive services and location, very busy at breakfast, no air conditioning as advertised, room was small and stuffy, noise + very hot in the room at night, the elevator was broken, the third floor button was missing and was just covered with duct tape, expected the room to have a fridge and AC for coolness, the area is central but not the best, felt a bit shady, the pillows were very uncomfortable, towels were too small, floor was dirty, but staff was helpful, no vegetal milk for breakfast.
