10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Jardin is absolutely amazing! It is in the very center of Granada and easy walking to everything. It is all practically brand new and built with great care by Michael and his wife. It is very safe and the entire area is very safe. We walked around at night with no concerns whatsoever. The travel warnings are very misleading. We saw no evidence of anything but very friendly Nicaraguans and lovely country. The food and rooms at hotel Jardin are first rate. The AC works great. The beds are comfy and the view from our room was over the entire city. It was awesome. Thanks for a lovely time.
Cons: I truly can't think of anything that was sub-par. I guess my only suggestion would be to add Mai-tai's to the pool bar list. Though, the pinna coladas were excellent!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best place I’ve ever stayed in! So clean, pretty, good food, amazing room, lovely pool area + garden and the most fantastic and helpful staff! Highly recommend!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our first nights in Nicaragua were very promising for the rest of the trip. Esther and Hazel are great hosts, friendly and helpful, we had a great breakfast with only fresh ingrediënts and Esther was always available to provide us with info. She has given us fantastic tips to do in Granada. The kayaking with Vladimir was perfect! I would recommend this trip to everyone! Esther provided us also with a great and reliable taxi to Laguna de Apoyo. We are certainly coming back to Casa Cubana!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Our host, Esther, met our every need plus more. Every recommendation she made was perfect. Not only did she arranged our night tour of Volcanic Masaya, but sent us with a cooler full of drinks. On an early morning kayak, she bought along fruit. She made everything extra special.
Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Casa Cubana is a real gem. Only a short (800 m) walk to the Central Park, the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. Parking available just around the corner; very easy. Our host was wonderful and the staff was excellent. Terrific breakfast each morning with fruit, yogurt, coffee, eggs, pico de gallo and juice. The rooms here are all spectacular. We stayed here twice on our last visit and each room was incredible. I poked my head in the others and they're amazing, too. We would stay here again without doubt and would, in fact, just book here in the future and not give it a second thought. Our host also arranged outings for us. One of our absolute highlights in a month in Nicaragua was a 3-hour (or more) kayak tour of Las Isletas with Vladimir. They picked us up at Casa Cubana and the day was superb. Really, don't miss this (you can also take a boat tour of the area but if you like to kayak that is definitely the way to go)!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here three nights in July 2019. Then we left for another town. That other town was much less interesting than we had hoped so we cancelled our last night there and returned to Casa Cubana for our last of 24 nights in Nicaragua before flying home. We knew if we came back that we would be thrilled and could leave on a high note. This place is terrific.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very spacious room Excellent breakfast included Attentive host
Cons: Some confusion on information given regarding bus timings and tour prices
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Large and clean room, charming property
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location only a 8 minute walk to the city center.... it was nice to be a bit off the touristy area. Beautiful quiet room, comfortable bed, spacious bathroom. Yummy healthy breakfast with a charming parrot resident. The host Ule was very friendly and helpful; he booked tours for me, gave advice and we also shared some interesting conversation over breakfast. Loved the garden and pool. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Granada.
Cons: Ule gave some tips that were a bit off the mark... I asked if I should wear a swimsuit on the kayak tour and he said no, but I did get wet so glad I did decide to wear a swimsuit. Then he said sandals were okay to wear on the volcano tour because there wasn't any hiking, but we hiked up a gravel path on a hill and I wished I was wearing sneakers. He also said it wasn't customary to tip tour guides but everywhere I read stated otherwise. And I could tell the tour guides were disappointed that I didn't tip, so I left money for Ule to give the guides after I checked out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect! The room, the pool, the patio... everything was amazing. The rooms and the whole accomodation were super clean. The beds were very comfy and huge. Uli and Hazel are very accomodating and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a very spacious accomodation in a beautiful colonial building, close to the historical centre of Granada. The owner is a very friendly and helpful person, he helped us a lot with tours in Granada and its surroundings as well as with our further trip. We are very happy that we chose casa cubana!
Cons: Noisy air conditioning.

Pros: Everything. You guys need better photos of the property because these ones don't do it justice. The property is stunning, with beautiful courtyard gardens, a small inviting pool, comfy beds, airy rooms and one of the chic-est indoor outdoor bathrooms I've ever seen. Staff was wonderful and breakfast was delicious. I couldn't recommend this place more, possibly nicest, best value place I've ever stayed.

Gretchen Victoria was absolutely marvelous with her help and accommodation of our every need..... she always went the extra mile to accommodate us. Breakfast was to the point and the bar and snakes and weekend grill wonderful......definitely the place to stay in Grenada. We travel overseas several time a year and this was one of our best accommodations.

Cons: Everything was very good
9.5 Excellent
Pros: A lovely property just a couple of streets from the main centre so a little quieter than than some of the other properties we looked at. All of the staff here were amazing and I really enjoyed our stay here. We also booked a tour through the hotel which was really easy. Breakfast was great. Cons: Nothing at all.

Pros: The breakfast was good no issues there only two choices to choose from though. Nica or American style. The place was pretty empty due to low tourism so we had hotel almost to ourselves. It is a very clean hotel lots of spots to lounge around.
Cons: They could of had more alcohol choices and colder beer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved everything, from the concept of the hotel and it’s charities, it’s commitment to community, investment in staff and care of the guests. Exceptional experience! Keep up the good work everyone. Thanks

Jicaro Island Lodge - Granada - Bedroom
5
9.7 Excellent (68 reviews)
Overview Reviews
When you a stay at Jicaro Island Lodge in Granada, you'll be on a lake, just steps from Rerserva Nacional Volcan Mombacho and Lake Nicaragua. Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, luggage storage, and laundry facilities.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The cabins and the landscape are attractive and well designed. The bed was the most comfortable I've slept in in a long time! The shower was very inviting and delightful. The pool was lovely though not really accommodating for lap swimming. The highlight of our stay was the early morning birding boat trip with Eduardo, an excellent guide.
Cons: We expected the meals to be more varied and creative. The vegetable portions were tiny and there were limited choices for my husband who is vegan. The lamps on the night tables are unreachable once one is cocooned in the mosquito net; it would be helpful to have a light switch on the headboard . There is not much to do on the island besides swimming and kayaking.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything!
Cons: Wish spa opens until evening.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place. Supports local community projects and is environmentally conscious. A big plus! Great facilities including a bird watching tower, kayaks, lovely pool and paddle boarding options. Loved the staff, food, numerous activities and overall ambiance. I would highly recommend a stay here in this beautiful and unique lodge.
Cons: All good.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: So relax and amazing place with a colonial style
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very well presented and very friendly family run hostel. We liked the kitchen area, the communal space the free city tour. Despite the issue with the room meaning we had to move hostel, Carlos was extremely apologetic and clearly cared about the situation. He even asked us to return for breakfast.
Cons: Our room had a leak from the heavy rain at the time and there was no alternative rooms at the hostel so we did not stay there.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, location, and large undercover outdoor garden/seating area, highly recommend
Cons: Nothing
9.5 Excellent
Pros: It was a really nice place for relaxing. It was also very central and had everything you need near.
Cons: Nothing.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Owner was super-friendly and his free citytour was awesome. Very big room with a lot of space. Delicious typical breakfast. We fully recommend this place.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Great value for the price. Room was big and clean, bed was also big and comfortable. The courtyard with the hammocks was a great place to relax. Short walk to the center, restaurants and banks. The staff is very nice and helpful - a good place to practice your spanish!
Cons: There is no sound proofing - we could hear the people next door snoring. There's also a bar nearby that has live music at night, and a rage against the machine cover band woke us up at midnight. There is a ceiling fan, but maybe a ground fan would help create some white noise to drown out the sounds.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner Carlos was great! Super helpful and gave a nice morning tour of the city. Room was basic but very comfortable and clean.
Cons: Showers had great power but weren't heated.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The hostel is perfectly located within walking distance to the plaza and many restaurants. Our room was spacious, the bed comfortable and it was fine sharing the bathroom with another room. We enjoyed cooking our own food in the kitchen. Carlos, the owner, invited us to a free city tour, which was super interesting!
Cons: Some fruits would have been great for breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Carlos is a great Host. The included city-tour was very informative and performed well. The included breakfast helped starting the day in a good way. We enjoyed our stay!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice quiet colonial house. Close to Parque Central and el Mercado. Really nice staff and family business.
Cons: Breakfast could change from day to day.
Hotel Plaza Colon - Granada - Bedroom

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful and has an excellent location. The staff had excellent customer service as well. We had to be up at 4AM to check out and our concierge from the night before said "I will notify my colleague in order to have your check-out info ready in the morning. Would you like a wake-up call in the morning?". When we returned later after dinner, we double-checked with her colleague and he said "Yes, I have been notified and will have your wake-up call at 3:30AM and everything will be ready for you to check-out". The bellman/security escorted us to our car in the morning to make sure we made it safely and took our bags. The parking is safe and the parking security guard was also aware of our early morning departure. Everything went smoothly. I highly suggest this hotel.
Cons: To be honest, everything was wonderful. I would only say finding your room initially can be confusing because it is divided into 2 parts but that is about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Cleanliness and central location
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff at the hotel are super friendly and welcoming, as is everyone we have so far met in Nicaragua really. The room is big and comfy, with aircon! and the pool area is nice to relax by. Also, best granola ever :)
Cons: The door leading to our balcony, which is on the street, is not at all sound proof so if you're a light sleeper this may be a problem as from about 5/6 am it starts getting busy out.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was provided in a table service format. We were offered a fruit bowl, coffee and a natural beverage (generally a choice of local fruit drinks). The facility is top notch. It's one of the most expensive in Granada, but you simply can't beat the location. The facility has a pool in the courtyard, and a great deal of space to simply sit and relax. We were given vouchers for a free welcome drink in the bar on arrival. The beds were comfortable, and the a/c was sufficient. We had a refrigerator in our room. The shower was good.
Cons: Granada's tourism industry has not recovered from the violence in 2018. In this hotel, there were only three rooms booked the night we were there. We didn't see many other tourists in the city. The property is located in the heart of the city. There are a few very loud bar/restaurants within the block so you can hear music. We turned on the room fan to drown out some noise, but there were quite a few cars going by and the 'unofficial' taxis honk their horns a lot to generate fares. It felt like they were doing anything they could to increase our bill. We asked to extend our check-out by an hour and they wanted $20 more. They pushed to upgrade when we arrived and wanted an extra $29. Considering how they were almost empty, we were surprised and it gave a negative vibe.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great locatiuon Great Service

El Respiro Ecolodge - Granada - Building
8
9.6 Excellent (77 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at El Respiro Ecolodge in Granada, you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Rerserva Nacional Volcan Mombacho and Chapel of Maria Auxiliadora. Guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle for a surcharge, and free self parking is available onsite.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The place is beautiful, the view of the mountains and the volcano are incredible. There's a pool and the apartment we stayed in is very comfortable and complete. My favorite was the shower outside. The large hammocks are pretty awesome too.
Cons: It's not so easy to reach, so I suggest getting their recommended drivers. We took a regular cab from Granada that wanted to overcharge us. It's a bit far from everything, so you should shop for food if you don't want to depend on the meals that they provide.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Every stay at this oasis is worth the drive! There’s something magical about El Respiro, it’s serene and transformative. I’m in love with this lodge!
Cons: Everything was wonderful!!!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The view, the facilities, breakfast
9.3 Excellent
Pros: The food was excellent, especially the scrambled eggs. Its hard to get excited about eggs but these were truly the best I've ever had. ;-) Also nice pool area. and great luggage storage. The bed was very comfortable! And we saw howler monkeys from our outside sitting area. ;-) We enjoyed walking around the property. We also enjoyed the one dinner we ate there. Both the food and the conversation with the other guests was excellent.
Cons: Our one regret was we didn't get the farm tour - and that's only because our stay was too short.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Romain was an awesome host. We were initially confused about how to get to the property (we drove) and he answered our call and directed us immediately. The dinners he made were out of this world. The property itself is stunning with incredible views. The casita was super cozy, and having dinner on the balcony every night to the sunset was truly a dream. Breakfast was also amazing. Within less than 45 minutes driving distance to major attractions (Mombacho, La Leguna de Apoyo). Private, peaceful, and truly wonderful waking up to indoor/outdoor views of the mountains from the comfy bed.
Cons: We rented a Nissan (non 4x4) and that was not a smart move. The hill up to the property is very steep and rocky. We were able to swing it.....but wouldn’t recommend!! :) The property is remote, and not within any walking distance of Granada downtown (which is what we wanted) - but it is isolated, if that’s not what you want. Also, bring cash with you. It’s helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location and friendly hosts!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was perfect at El Respiro. The hosts are very welcoming and charming, the house and rooms were clean. I got awesome breakfast, lunch and dinner. El Respiro is just perfect to unwind and relax. Very recommendable, would come back every time.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The owner was super nice with us. We were concerned about the last disturbs in Nicaragua and the owner answered our e-mails so quickly and was so helpful and nice with us. The hotel is amazing. It is not a big hotel so it is pretty familiar but at the same time it is a high standard hotel. So it is the perfect combination. Seriously one of the best stays in my whole life. I will recommend this place to everybody.
Cons: Nothing. Seriously we were amazed to be there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful hotel in the middle of Granada. The hotel is exceptionally well kept and beautiful. I really enjoyed swimming in the pool and enjoying delicious cocktails prepared by the friendly bar staff.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: They upgrade me to a better room for the same price of a standard room if I pay cash. Cosy and modest colonial-feel hotel. Tucked away in a side street yet just a few mins walk to main square. Tasteful decoration everywhere. Good wifi, nice breakfast. Free water to fill your bottle. Many day trip options
Cons: Pick up from Managua cost US 40 which is rather expensive. You can get a private taxi to managua or the airport in travel agencies at US 25. Be prepared for little insects as the hotel has open space.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel is picturesque and perfectly located in Granada. Walk a block in any direction and you hit everything you want to do in Granada. The staff is accommodating and helpful. Enjoy the pool, hammocks, and the bars specialty drinks.
Cons: The breakfast is the same every day and the bed is very very firm. The rooms are a bit small. Hot water for showers only comes after a long wait. Even with these issues I still feel good recommending this hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Liam, and his staff were exceptionally kind, helpful and professional! From the outset, to departure I felt welcome. To summarize, I had been traveling for four months and had a late shuttle out of Managua. Instead of charging me for a half , or full day Liam gave me the suite until I left at 2100 (930 pm). I appreciated this very much! When so many owners are trying to make as much money as possible, regardless of what is right ; Liam’s carrying nature brings better returns karmically! Gracias
Cons: Suite by pool can be a little noisy

There was a potluck dinner where everyone cooked and shared their dishes, a perfect way to get to know others.

Pros: Great Hostel in a convenient location. It had a really cool vibe (not a party hostel), modern facilities and very sociable environment. Located a short walk from everywhere in town, it was just perfect. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! After two months traveling through Latin America, this Hostel was on our favorites.
Cons: Nothing at all
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Atmosphere is great. Good location, free breakfast and common areas.
Cons: Private toilet was a sauna. Room quite hot as well. Hard to get any sleep with just a slow ceiling fan.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Location is fantastic - close to the main square, bus station and countless cafes and restaurants! The staff, particularly the French volunteers, are really friendly and helpful. The hostel vibe is good, very chilled and relaxed! The common areas are great for hanging out and meeting other travellers, you can sit and enjoy a beer or a fresca (try it) with new people! Or take some time to yourself in one of the many hammocks. There is a pool table and many seating areas. The rooms are decent and the bathrooms are good! Breakfast is make-your-own pancakes, which include bananas and juice! The hostel offers many great excursions (at great prices - Volcán Masaya recommended) and nights out (recommend the Treehouse party). Overall an amazing experience at De Boca En Boca!
Cons: Rooms can get very hot at night, welcome to Nicaragua!
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Pancake breakfast, the courtyard, the fresh water, coffee and tea just to take. Welcome drink to meet other new guests. And most of all, the hammock.
Cons: The common toilet has some problems flushing. The staff is friendly but not really making contact.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location only 2 streets from main square but next to Merced church. Communal kitchen was great and the cleaner was always around tidying up. Pancake mix &bananas available at breakfast to make yourself as well as free tea and coffee until 7pm everyday. Cool hammocks in open area also so it was nice to chill. Staff were great! We stayed much longer than we planned.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great decor, very welcoming, peaceful, incredibly helpful owner (Hans) - such a nice guy. Superb private rooms with very effective a/c. Perfect location. Great breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location, great kitchen, perfect space to relax in hammocks, on-site bar to buy drinks, enough space to have privacy however the centrally located kitchen also encourages socialising which is great to meet new people.

Pros: The amazing avocado toast made my day :) The view (the lake, the vulcano) is mind-blowing I loved waking up with the sound of exotic birds
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The views, style, smoothies, kayaks, massage, service!
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff, good food and the place is amazing. The fish they serve for dinner is a must, you have to order in the prior day in order to get a fresh pescado from the lake. Delicious.
Cons: The tree-top rancho #1 is not the best room. It is very simple, a bit hot and you will hear a lot of noise from the staff at 6am because it’s too close to the kitchen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Out of this world location and view, all amenities you need for a dreamy stay
6.8 Good
Pros: The location is beautiful, and the views of the lake and volcano are stunning.
Cons: The service was very slow and inattentive. We also spent $20 US on the local fish, and it tasted like dirty lake. So we felt a little foolish for buying that.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Great service and friendly staff
Cons: A strict no smoke zone.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Las isletas is a dream, located on their on island, beautiful design, amazing breakfast, you can rent kayaks anytime you want and have an amazing view over the mombacho volcano! We would definitely come back!
Cons: Food is a little pricy, since it is an island they have to bring everything there. On the first evening we had a fish from the lake that tasted really muddy. But the rest of the food was very tastefull!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Martin is an excellent host and made our stay just perfect. Food (especially ceviche and the ratatouille) was really outstanding as well as the way Martin and his team treated us. On our arrival day my boyfriend didn’t feel good so Martin made a recovery tea out of the natural ingredients on the islands garden. The best medical treatment- and once again: outstanding service! Thank you!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First of all the food was outstanding. The attention put into every detail and the super friendly staff were just some of the highlights. The island is magical and we got to experience nature like never before. This place is highly recommended and we'd definitely visit again.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, spotless room. Extraordinarily nice and very obliging staff and owner. On arrival, we thought that breakfast was included but were told that they would have to charge us for it. Without us asking for it the staff talked it over with her manager and let us know that they would indeed serve us breakfast at no extra costs. The breakfast was delicious and freshly prepared. You can choose from different options, we had pancakes and fruits with yogurt and granola. Also, across the street is a hostel through which you can book same day tours, such as night excursions to the Masaya volcano, which happened to be extremely convenient for us. We had the impression we were the only guests in the hotel and they treated us with special attention to make our stay as satisfying as possible. After political troubles in the past months, tourists are still rare in a country that is largely dependent on tourism. Visit Nicaragua and you will be welcomed with open arms.
Cons: Nothing apart from closeness in the room.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was very good
Cons: I like everything there was!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We liked everything .. the comfortable rooms, the friendly and attentive staff, the food prepared to order. We were also given great advice on what sights to see in and around Granada.
9.5 Excellent
Cons: I didn't like the fact that when I booked my room with booking.com, your website only showed 2 queen rooms available. When I arrived at the hotel there were only 2 guests staying at the hotel, and many junior suites with king beds were available. This was very misleading, and I will always xcall the hotel from now before reserving a room with booking.com
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room, and in fact the entire hotel is truly breathtakingly beautiful. My room, a junior suite, had fine historic hardwood furniture, beautiful tall ceilings, a private balcony with french doors overlooking the Iglesia La Merced, very comfortable king size bed with a thick American style mattress and powerful air conditioning. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was friendly and very professional. The common areas, from the restored historic grand marble staircase to the small courtyard swimming pool were truly gorgeous. The included breakfast, served in the courtyard was the basic traditional rice and beans, eggs, fruit, toast, and coffee. This building is a work of art and obviously a labor of love for the family that recreated it entirely from the ground up around the original mansion's Italian marble staircase.
Cons: This was such an exceptionally good experience that there was very little too not like, but I will note that the shower was not hot and the wifi in the room was weak.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, great options for breakfast as well. Beds are very comfortable. Pool was great! I would definitely go again,
9.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff is wonderful, they help you 24hours around the clock. Any problems you have they will solve it. The hotel is always clean. I recommend sit by pool inside the hotel and stare up at the stars at night, beautiful sight to see and Cool Breeze. When I visit Nicaragua again I would definitely stay at Hotel Real La Merced again.
7.0 Good
Pros: Gorgeous building, rooms, & location.
Cons: Got lucky finding parking right in front.. could have been alot worse.. also online it said english was a language used, although only one receptionist spoke english.. very minor complaint.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a beautifully renovated old colonial house with a courtyard and pool in the middle. The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean with good Air conditioning. The bathroom was large and modern with hot water. The hotel employees were so friendly and did everything they could to make our stay a good one. We were even given a free yoga lesson by the pool which we really enjoyed. The pool was incredible after a morning of sightseeing as it was so hot walking around the city. The internet also worked really well throughout the whole hotel. The hotel is located next door to the beautiful Iglesia La Merced church and close to everything else there is to see in Granada. We felt really safe here and wish we could have stayed longer.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: As someone who’s known the history of the house, it was exciting to finally stay there. I’ve always loved that home The staff was very friendly and attentive. Always there for anything needed. I enjoyed the breakfast, and again, the staff was very attentive. The price was a good deal and included the breakfast as part of the deal.
Cons: The linens and towels had seen better days, with stains and holes. Only stayed two days, I thought for the type and history of the property, the place would be more upscale. Maybe I just stayed in a budget room, but to me, it should still reflect its history.

I honestly can’t recommend this place enough, especially as a solo female traveller. Thanks so much xx

Pros: Great breakfast! Great location!
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Everything, warm shower (not that you need hot water in Central America), nice pools, air con and 3 extra fans in our room. Most importantly, Gerry and family are fantastic hosts, Gerry is always happy to provide info and knowledge, or help in any way he can. He can organise tours (plenty around Granada) or you can just chill around the pool. If you get breakfast included, there's a great choice of toast, fruit, cereal, pancakes, tea, coffee. My family loved our few days here and found it hard to leave.
Cons: Nothing, this place has everything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We can’t say enough good about Gerry & Casa del Agua. We immediately felt safe and taken care of as soon as we were welcomed into the property. We received a thorough orientation of the city and had some fantastic experiences booked for us that we would have never been able to find on our own. The room, itself, was clean, comfortable and we were happy to have hot water, A/C, fans & English TV channels. Breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday, Gerry makes some of the best pancakes! We enjoyed having coffee, filtered water & popcorn whenever we wanted. We could go on and on, but the bottom line is, book here. Don’t look anywhere else, you will absolutely love your stay here!
Cons: It couldn’t have been better. We loved everything.

The facility itself was beautiful, full of plants, flowers, beautiful design and a small pool that was quite clean. The rooms had air conditioning, the Wifi worked well. Pros: A la carte breakfast, clean room and silent airconditioner
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful, clean, well-maintained boutique hotel. Excellent and friendly staff. Fernando is super nice and overly polite. Erica makes excellent eggs. Short walk to the nightlife yet far enough away that it was quiet. Great (and quiet) air conditioning.
Cons: The staff spoke no English. This wasn't a problem for my friend and me since we have enough Spanish skills to get by. This may be a challenge to others who lack any proficiency (or are concerned about that). The wifi is good, so you could always use a language translation app.
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff. Good facilities.
Cons: WiFi in the room was poor. Had to go to the reception area for it to be effective.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff very helpful
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Pool, location, super friendly Fernando, quietness, laundry service not expensive and fast. 5 kg only 250 NCB. AC and hot water - OK.
Cons: Nothing, just breakfast not really enaugh - just eggs and tostes with jam and juice and coffee, but they allowed to cook and Fernando helped with this so much. So we bought chicken and vegetables in Supermarket and cooked great breakfast. Also I think one king size bed enough for double room. Better put table and give more space to guest.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The place was clean, had also the pool available for guests. Our room TV had the best selection of satellite channels I have ever seen in any hotel when traveling the world. Breakfast are also included in the price and there’s selection for what you want to eat - either US, continental or local style breakfast.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Small colonial style hotel not far from the central areas of Granada by foot. Good wifi, good shower, comfortable bed. Good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. Small swimming pool in central courtyard area.
Cons: tv was a bit tricky to use,but I didn't come here to watch tv
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was chosen from a small menu and included juice and coffee. The staff was very helpful. I especially impressed with the security- you have to be let in at a gate so no one is going to be wandering past my room who is not meant to be there. I enjoyed drifting around the pool in the evening watching the geckos hunting on the walls- so cute.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fernando is an amazing attendent. He goes above and beyond for all the guests and he is a pleasure to be around. He makes your stay 100% more comfortable than it already is. Best service from a hotel staff member yet. And the rest of the staff are also very kind and attentive to everyone. The hotel is quiet, clean, super comfy beds, super spacious and awesome breakfast. Also a fantastic price!
Cons: It was all great
