The hotel didn¿t allow pets despite our search filter looking only for pet friendly hotels.
I like the way the suites were set up. I found them convenient for a family with children. Although the pool was gross, kids don¿t noticed this and they still had a great time swimming.
The pool was disgusting. Very cloudy, gum and wet masks all over, and they could t keep up with the towels. The staff was overwhelmed and not very friendly. Our pull out bed was broken. Breakfast was awful.
No usb ports in the room. Hot water didn't last.
the room was a suite with a sitting area and separate sleeping area. very clean bathroom. Pet friendly a big plus
No place to put garbage except 2 small containers. I would like to have had a refrigerator and freezer d/t food was all take out - no restaurant/room service d/t COVID. There was a fire at 3am, had to evacuate, stressful, no sleep. P Small pool/no hot tu
Rooms were nice
Noise, people smoking weed on our floor all night. Garage outside doors for a whole day.
Hotel was clean and quiet
We went there so we could have the buffet breakfast. We were very disappointed it was not offered. The Embassy in Detroit served their hot breakfast so I assumed this one did also.
Problem on WiFi
Smell sour in halls
The carpet was coming up, the couch was filthy, the window in the bedroom was cracked and held together by scotch tape, then the icing on the cake was when the toilet clogged and I Called for maintenance, the front desk guy got an attitude with me.
Jewelry came up missing. Fire alarm at 4 am Did not tell us every thing in hotel was closed before we booked Worst birthday ever
Web site stated made to order breakfast and there was no breakfast at all very disappointed. They need to change the website if they’re not going to offer the breakfast
Hello. I stayed at your hotel for two nights this past week , had to unfortunately leave our home right in Naperville ( my son and I) due to some issues that arose at home and I felt it was in his best interest.
The first night was pleasant. The second time we checked in the hotel desk clerk advise me that my credit card was declined for credentials and I clearly had enough funds to cover that amount.very disappointed. A complimentary night stay should be given
