Pros (+) The breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and a very nice eating area. The front desk staff, with a couple of exceptions, was very helpful with giving us recommendations and driving directions. The hotel was quite
Cons (-) Maid Service was marginal. Twice she/he failed to leave us coffee pods. When they were left it would have been nice to have at least 2 per person.

Pros (+) The hotel was clean and nice for the money we paid to stay.
Cons (-) The breakfast. The waffles taste like they added something to the batter or spoiled. Took one bite and almost vomited. The sausage taste like frozen patties from a box. Eggs were terrible. Orange juice and apple juice taste like it had no flavor. If you are going to this hotel, make sure it's not for the complimentary breakfast.

Pros (+) The location was great for a conference in Wheaton. The staff was very professional and friendly. Overall the facility was clean and quite.Take the time to visit Napperville Settlement while you are there!

Cons (-) Room did NOT match the pix on their website! It was like stepping back in to 1986, except they did have a granite countertop on the vanity. It is possible I got an old room. maybe some are updated, I'd ask when checking in! Worst was the broken arm on the Walmart quality desk chair, the gas lift strut was broken too, so sitting at my computer I was like a kid at the table, way low! Also had about ...
