When we checked in and changed rooms we were given a handicapped accessible room….not required nor requested as we are not handicapped. Front Desk Manager, Havy, moved us to a new room after we spent our 1st night there. Appreciate her assistance!

Cons (-) Some elevators weren’t working and the other one was very slow. The entry wasn’t very welcoming. There was a lot of road noise. No coffee in the lobby.
