Pros: The staff was nice and helpful

Cons: The hallways were smelly and the room was musty. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and I felt the room overall could have been cleaner.

Cons: Elevators / No television / room was old

Pros: Beds were comfy. Conveniently located. Quiet even by the airport. Room service was good. Housekeeping was on top of their game.

Cons: Floors and carpet were dirty...walls needed painted. Dingy smell in room and halls. Shows age needs updating but could see they were working on that. Lights were out in bathroom.

Pros: Good location in regards to quickly getting to downtown Nashville.

Cons: The pictures on the website were very deceiving in my opinion. They made this hotel seem much nicer than it actually is. The beds are not pillowtop mattresses. The bathroom was very small. There was no shower curtain, but was promptly remedied.
