The breakfast was fair (just fair), and the room had a somewhat proper view on the waterfront. 1) The hotel management seems to have forgotten the word "renovation" for a very long time. The room looks and feels very much like a flashback to the early 80's. 2) The fridge didn't work the first day. When it got to work, it still didn't actually work: didn't cool anything on its own, just kept cold things somewhat as cold for a night or so. No fridge + summer super heat = bad combo. 3) The staff was arrogant and unprofessional. When you say you'll send the technician right away, you simply cannot expect for the client to understand "right away" as "sometime tomorrow". 4) No hair blow-dryer. 5) Just one electrical socket in the room means you have to take turns to charge cell phone or camera. 6) 100 Euro/night for that? I feel robbed.
Free parking and garden. The hotel urgently needs a major renovation in order to be considered decent. The hotel calls themselves a three star but it is at least one and a half less. The fact is:. in spite of the terrible rooms, the mould in the bathtub, the rusty balcony handrails, it still is probably the best hotel in Neapolis. Suggestion is: avoid staying in Neapolis by all means. If you have no choice, then Limira mare is probably your option.
Decent breakfast, good bar prices, underground easy reach parking, Overpriced at least in peak season, old and cheap furniture, door not locking in any way, no wi-fi except at lobby, air condition totally inadequate and very noisy, no safety box in room, no safety boxes at lobby.
Very comfortable room. Hot water/Air Condition perfect. Short walk to the beach. Relaxing environment. Next to a very trendy beach bar with a DJ and volleyball court-super clean water. Parking. Helpful staff/family run. Great snacks! New building. The location is a bit far from life, but if you have a car you should be fine. (Car is necessary here) Roads leading to hotel are not great. GPS location for the hotel is incorrect so call the hotel! WiFi only reached one corner of our room. The city of Neapoli is a bit boring and food was mediocre. Don't come here looking for nightlife! Come to relax. Otherwise all perfect!
