The location to Assateague Federal Park is is one of this hotels best features. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms was clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We will definitely return. We liked everything!

The staff is amazing and very kind.

Rooms are cozy and have balconies. Hotel is located waterside with a nice dock extending out. Bring trunks because they have an excellent jacuzzi room! Friendly staff, great price and location. They have breakfast included but you can skip it.

The breakfast was especially good. Not just cold cereal and bananas, but also fresh made waffles and eggs. All together a good value. One bed in our room was extremely hard, and the other was very soft, but the foot side was about 5 inches higher than the head side. Either way, it was difficult to sleep.

The hotel was very clean and right on the bay. The staff was very helpful at all times. Requested two beds and was given a room with one bed.

Location was excellent, we were all most in the center of all activity. The pool was clean, well maintained, and not crowded. The gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and took his time to let you know the best placing for eating and shopping. No complaints, will stay again.

The owner/manager of the hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating. When there was a discrepancy over having a non-smoking room, he re-arranged bookings in order to find a room better suited for me and my spouse. He did this very quickly before unload Since flies are a constant source of irritation in the Chincoteague area, I was a bit disturbed to observe the house-keeping staff keep the doors wide open while servicing the room. My family was very diligent about making sure that the doors were shut!

We found the hotel on the chain website. GREAT location. 15 minutes to Chincoteague. Right off Rt 13.Rooms were clean and have been remodeled. Close to restruants and stores.

We were on the road and had a very late night, and the front desk attendent provided us with EARLY breakfast at no charge. This was very much appreciated since we were exhausted and very hungry. It is not often that you find service like this a a motel. Our stay was very brief, we have no complaints and were very pleasantly surprised by the outstanding hospitality and charming conversation at the front desk.
