Pros: had no breakfast and the coffee was not good quality coffee. No desk in the room so I needed to use an end table to hold my laptop. good wifi though. bed was comfortable and room service was good.
Cons: had no breakfast and had bad coffee. no desk in the room.
Cons: Needed to have outdoor outlets power on so you can plug in and charge boat battery,s over night
Cons: Was not clean. Charged more for less than the Little Missouri hotel. it was a rip-off
Pros: Nothing at all. didn't stay there
Cons: I booked a room. We had and emergency come up so we couldn't travel. I sent an email right away (about 20 mintues after booking) to cancel the reservation and I was charged $ 223.63 the full amount for the room. Bad policy specially when I had an emergency come up and I was willing to pay some cancellation fee but not the full amount. We travel a lot to newtown, nd - will never stay at this place again.
Cons: I don’t like it when Hotels double and triple their rates when there is an event in town. I spent 4x more on my room than the event itself. Next time I will prepare to return home and not stay the night.
Pros: it was CLEAN!
Cons: no breakfast in morning
Pros: The room was great, bed was comfy.
Cons: The shower was too high and had poor pressure. For the quality of the room, the shower was a big disappointment. Not even enough water for my wife to get the shampoo out of her hair.
Pros: Nice exterior & lobby area. Nice bar restaurant area, bartender & servers very friendly.
Cons: Ice machines on 2 floors didn't work. Very noisy outside, could hear semi traffic all night...
Pros: Staff was awesome, our room was clean and comfy
Cons: We were looking forward to useing the hot pool and it was closed our entire stay, They said they were working on it but we didn't see anyone working on it. they said due to some issue with testing the water. It's upsetting when u pay for all the amenitys and can't use it.
Cons: I should have a free breakfast in the mornings

Pros: Liked the walk in shower
Cons: Arrived at 5pm no room was ready. Waited 20mins for a room went upstairs room had not been touched. Had to wait another 30mins for another room. Notice on front counter “only clean room every 3 days”. Really. So we had no coffee cups or shampoo after the first day. Had to go a get some myself. Total ripoff.
Pros: Enjoyed location & staff was easy to work with when there were any complications with booking expenses or other issues.
Cons: Keep staff updated with updated computer updates and improved procedures.
Cons: Room floors very dirty. Shower slimy moldy. Bad shower head. Leaky fridge
Cons: Room wasn’t ready! Upon arriving, no fridge in the room, tv didn’t work, ice machine on floor was empty!
Pros: Staff was exceptional. They we're busy, under staffed and Still very pleasant!!
Cons: Breakfast was over by 9 a.m. unheard of at any hotels I've stayed. No blow dryer in room. And very under staffed during busiest time. Very expressive for what you got!
Pros: The food was fine......I ate too much however. The Little Missouri is a good place to stay, The staff was helpful and friendly! We will stay there again when we return to visit New Town!
Cons: There was nothing that stuck out. If I needed information or help with something someone was always available to help!
Pros: The rooms are very clean.
Cons: A loud vehicle ran most of the night which kept us awake. Did not get much sleep. I finally called to report it. A younger girl did approach the truck as I watched from my window. I felt this was putting her in danger as a young girl. She had to knock on the window of the truck several times and they finally rolled down there window. They did leave after she spoke to them. The hotel needs to provide some type of security. Also, when trying to check out there was no one at the desk to help. I waited for approximately 5-10 minutes and no one arrived.
Cons: All good
Pros: Proximity for fishing.
Cons: Chair uncomfortabe, bed was hard, Was noisy. Staff was very helpful and accommodating at hotel.
Cons: The Staff was extremely rude!

Featured amenities include a business center, dry cleaning/laundry services, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available on request), and free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: I wasn’t able to pay cash. It went directly on my credit card
Cons: Advertised as 4 miles from Casino, it was 11miles. No shuttle to Casino! Had to take a very high priced taxi service.
Pros: The location and convenience area great. Would be nice to see a little more breakfast options. Our only complaint was the beds. Definitely a bit worn out and linen and pillows were in poor condition. Otherwise the staff was friendly. It was great to be have access to power outlets for the boats. We would stay again.
Cons: The location and convenience area great. Would be nice to see a little more breakfast options. Our only complaint was the beds. Definitely a bit worn out and linen and pillows were in poor condition. Otherwise the staff was friendly. It was great to be have access to power outlets for the boats. We would stay again.
Pros: Room was well laid out. Breakfast was very basic.
Cons: Booking and the hotel had NOT communicated my “ confirmed” reservation. Comforter was old and lumpy but clean. Lamp shade was broken, come on it’s a lamp shade just fix it. It was almost impossible to find in the dark without gps. Road to it was dirt. The price was more than any other hotel and yet it was the worst on the trip. Don’t be fooled there is no lake view My advice if you are in that area keep driving.
Pros: Breakfast was great and the restaurant next door was excellent. Other restaurants in New Town are hard to find!
Cons: Gravel road into parking lot.
Cons: breakfast wasn't ready by 6:30 like they said. They barley had the coffee out. Food wasn't ready till 15 minutes later
Pros: Very kind staff
Pros: We did not eat the breakfast.
Cons: I didn't like the housekeeping staff standing around carts blocking the walk way speaking Spanish.
Pros: I liked the privacy that you have, also no one gets into your business.
Cons: Can't complain
Pros: Manager needs a customer service training course. I had an issue, she ignored then decided to call and insult me.
Cons: WiFi, new management, honesty by the staff, and better pricing
