Cons: "Let me just say that I’m a loyal Delta costumer until now. The flight attendants (the two women) were an absolute nightmare. They were so rude and condescending. I was carrying with me my service dog and a bag containing an expensive medication (it couldn’t go on the top bin). Despite being in the comfort class and having the seat next to me empty, we were tight for space. The flight attendants were unreasonable and forced me to put my medication on the top bin despite the fact I had told them it was extremely delicate, that it that to go upright, and that I needed to keep it with me. They did not listen and pressured me into giving them the medication. The medication could have easily gotten broken. Thankfully it didn’t but this is no way to treat a human being."

I got to the airport in Denver at 5:30 am for a 7:30 am flight to Atlanta, and the line to check a bag was about 40 people long. I waited 55minutes to check my bag, as they kept moving the ski priority people, and people in danger of missing their flight, to the head of the line. There were obviously not enough Delta workers on staff to process all the flights at that time."

She saw that after we were airborne and at a steady altitude, I brought my dog "Kacey" up into my lap. She immediately raised her voice and stated the dog needed to remain on the ground. I politely explained her condition BUT she refused to listen to anything. I put my poor old dog back under the seat. After approx 20 min I could hear her patting very loud. I lifted her again and asked a different flight attendant for some water. She was very hot on the floor. Or course, the flight attendant saw my little chihuahua drinking the water and said that after she drinks a little more, she must remain under the seat. By now, my husband is getting annoyed. He tried explaining to the flight attendant the medical needs that my dog has " she's on protein shakes" which were approved their security. and how fragile she is. She can't BARK, SEE, or HEAR. Yes, we will be putting her down soon but we took her to Montana for my daughter to say her GOODBYES!! Sorry to say, but that flight attendant has turned me away from UNITED AIR LINES forever. BUT, since the only way to make our connection was not to get our luggage, they refused to get our luggage on another flight on our connecting airline. Said we'd have to figure it out with Fed Ex. No solutions or help offered. I will never fly Spirit again."

Pros: "Lots of leg room, friendly crew, and very cheap!"
Cons: "Boarding process like every other airline boards inside seats to window seats. This means everyone that boards first needs to stand back up to let other passengers get to their seats. My flight was delayed but the crew was very professional about handling the situation."
Cons: "No WATER!! The least mercy you can show a person is to give him water. If you cant even provide a glass of water without charging, you're not worth serving."
Pros: "Friendly staff, I'm afraid of flying so it helped to hear the staff be so polite and easygoing on the flight."
Cons: "You must bring your own snacks unless you plan on purchasing on the plane. Boarding took a little longer than expected."

Cons: "I didn't like that the carry-on was $55 and the seats were uncomfortable,"
Cons: "Everything but especially the flight attendants who spent most of the flight in a very loud conversation in the back"
Pros: "I'd like to thank Joni in customer service/baggage claim in MSP for locating and calling me about my son's lost iPad, as he left it on the flight in the seat back. She was fantastic!"
Cons: "I booked through Kayak, so I didn't know there would be extra charges for checking bags or carry-ons. Flight was delayed 20-30 min. Limited legroom for me (I'm 6'2''). Staff was courteous and flight went smoothly otherwise, I would fly Spirit again."
Pros: "On the way back from Denver to Phoenix I did like the instructional Stewart he made it fun to listen to"
Cons: "The fact that you have to buy everything even just a soda or water. You had to pay $50 each Way for a check in baggage. I don't think I will fly Spirit again for those reasons. Had to pay extra for a requested seat. The list is too long."

Cons: "The counter lady said my luggage was to big. It is the same bag I used on the previous flight with Spirit. WE walked out there and put it in the luggage sizer and it fit. she never left the counter she just yelled. I don't think so. so we had her come out and look. Customer service is lacking."

Cons: "Sitting in an airport for 12 hours and arriving home 14 hours late, sore and tired."
